Always consistent steak, however atmosphere very cheap and poor. Seating feels like you in a canteen , we were seated in a small conference type room and then you pay $70 for a steak and feel like you in a cheap eatery does not feel right at all. Restaurant trying to maximize space and not customer experience.
My wife and I went here far a date night and everything was very good. I order a rib eye cooked rare and it was done to perfection. Look forward to coming back.
This meal was what you would expect from RCSH. Delicious, great service, personal touch. Everything was well done and made a for a memorable 23rd Wedding anniversary dinner.
The food was amazing and perfect as usual! Yum! The server was pretty distracted/ overly busy maybe?, so it took a bit longer to get any extras we ordered.
Food was great, service was lacking. After ordering our food and wine, our server did not come to check on us until it was time for dessert.
We wanted to celebrate our last night with our college son who was home for spring break. Our usual go to place used to be Capital Grille in Seattle but then our favorite server left and the service we received seemed to drop. We enjoy Met Grill, Daniels Broiler and the Ruth’s Chris in Seattle but the service at this Ruth’s Chris’s has ALWAYS been top notch. Our server Jason had a smile on his face and was extremely professional and pleasant to interact with. Food was delicious as always and the ambience very nice. We’re trying to cut down on our fine dining experience but if we do we definitely will try to go to this particular Ruth’s.
My husband and I have been to many different Ruth Chris Locations across the U.S. and the service is always amazing. the atmosphere is always beautiful, and the food is pure perfection !
Very good steaks but quite pricey. Excellent service from my attentive but not obsequious waiter.
I think there is better service and food out there.
We were 10 mins late to the reservation but other than that everything was good.service was alittle slow
We went to Ruth's Chris for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The food from our 4-course dinner was uniformly good, well-prepared. The staff was delightful.
Food was good but towards the end of the night, the service got really slow.
Overall it was god but the dining had a musty smell to it. Food is very expensive.
The food and service is fine but I find the decor dated.
Always a great night when we dine at Ruth’s Chris!
Every Ruth’s Chris we have been to is freezing. Is there some reason the a/c has to be cranked, even in winter? And maybe a splurge on insulated windows?
Great food, great service, quite place to conduct business - all the moons aligned here and it was a great success! ~M~
It was just ok...
Its very good - good value ‘Ruth Classic’ - always good!! You wont be disappointed...
Food yes, atmosphere no. It's an OK place, with a revised 70s steakhouse feel that feels like it's lost whatever might've been charming about it in the 70s. My steak was good, but my date wasn't crazy about hers. The open-air, square table arrangement without booths is awkward -- a great steakhouse will have more semi-private and comfortable spaces.
Never disappointed. Good food, Good Service. Good deal!!
Excellent service & atmosphere with excellent food!
This is the perfect location for a small business dinner meeting as well as a personal night out with someone special.
Five stars all around. A very pleasant evening. Personnel friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was perfect....the hot sizzling plates were amazing!
Delicious food, non-intrusive staff and lovely atmosphere
A little dark as far as ambience but this has been our “go to” for a few years now.
Great steaks and nice ambient even if a little too dark for reading well the menù. Overall e great experience
Excellent customer service!
AMAZING. don’t ask. Just go.
It was my first time coming to this restaurant but my girlfriends raved about it so I had to try it. Pleasantly pleased with everything we ordered and completely stuffed by the end of the dinner. The service was great! Will definitely be back.
The food was amazing! Our waiter Aaron did such a great job for accommodating for all 9 of us. It just took longer than expected to get each of our courses that we ordered. But nonetheless it was a good first time experience!
I made a last minute reservation on a Friday night for my Husband birthday and we were extremely pleased with the ease of making the reservation, the customer service and support that we provided as we were trying to get there and upon our arrival. The food was great and the service during dinner was nice as well.
The food was just ok, except for the wedge salad which was very good. My filet seemed a little tough and dry.
Good food and service.
We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Ruth’s Chris. We both had the lobster tail and steak special. Wonderful food, service, and ambiance!
My wife an I eat here quit often and the service is usually outstanding.. but this time it wasn’t very good.. being our anniversary I wasn’t satisfied with our visit.. I almost complained.. but my wife talk me out of it.. being a little over a $300 dollar check I still tipped 20% hoping it might motivate our waiter to work a little harder..!
We may just have to stick to the metropolitan grill next time..

Great place to celebrate an anniversary.
Having sampled all of the Steakhouses in Seattle area several times over I feel like I have a good gauge on the competition. First of all you need to cook a steak right and this place keeps missing on doneness. Second, the restaurant itself is in need of repair. Torn
leather chairs in the lobby, that you have to use because the front staff can’t be you seated on time for your reservation even when your the only one in the restaurant.
I went for dinner to celebrate with my husband for something and it’s just always a nice experience. The food is expensive but the servers are very kind and attentive, and I love the a la carte menu style.
Lobster Mac and cheese - needs updating. The menu needs to be updated with current receipes on sides.
Food was amazing! Steaks were cooked just like we wanted! Atmosphere was perfect! Our server Aaron was very knowledgeable and was always ready to answer any question we had. His assistant never left our drinks go empty. Overall amazing experience and will be back soon!
