I recommend the Lunch Special. As good as the dinner, but more relaxed andthe food is priced for frequent lunches.

There aren’t two certainties in life, there are 3. Death, taxes and the phenomenal dining experience that is Ruth’s Chris Baton Rouge. The food and service absolutely never disappoint. Whether sipping a cocktail prepared by the well trained bar staff of Tiffany, Jesse or Hannah or being waited on by the consummate professional Kelly on the dining floor, one will never regret spending their special evening or just a night out at the Baton Rouge tradition that is Ruth’s Chris.
As always, steak was PERFECTLY cooked. The personal touch is key. The owner/manager is from Chicago and although he is a die hard Cubs fan (I’m a White Sox fan) he is still great. He and his staff made my soon to be 8 year old son feel special and that is one of the reasons (food being #1) that we come back.
My wife and I wanted to have a good dinner after getting some good news about my health. I had the small filet and she had the 12oz ribeye. The sides are large and so we ordered two to share. The steaks were perfectly cooked (medium rare), with a lovely crust on the outside from the high temperature (1800 F) broiler. The wine selection is extensive and somewhat expensive. Our waiter was very helpful with recommendations. They split our dessert for us when we let it be known that we planned to share. Thoroughly enjoyed the dinner.

Celebrated our 5 year anniversary at our usual special occasion restaurant. By far the best restaurant in Baton Rouge hands down. Alan always takes great care of us. The food is impeccable as is the service. Our meal: Starter spicy shrimp, turtle soup and French onion, Filets, the Brussel sprouts are to die for, the creme brûlée is a great end to the meal and the cocktails were on point! Go to Ruth’s Chris you won’t be disappointed.

Food was great and wait staff was excellent also. I would highly recommend it to some one for that special occasion. A little to loud in main dining room for romantic setting but maybe one of the two rooms to the side would be better for that.
Nathaniel was great and very attentive. We had reservations and were seated promptly. The staff referred to us by name and thanked us for dining with them.

We are never disappointed at Ruth's Chris. The food and service always exceed expectations. The very best steak. We also love their desserts, it's hard to pick a favorite.
Food was delicious and consistent, as always! The only thing I would change is that we sat in the back room...next time I’d rather sit in the bar which has a great ambiance with a fireplace and exposed brick and candlelight.

Ruth Chris Steakhouse is always excellent. Food consistantly wonderful, excellent wait staff. The owner is always there greeting you and remembers you on the way out.

Great service and tremendous quality food. Our server was even able to get an off the menu item for my lunch guest. We were pleasantly surprised when he delivered her steak with the baked yam perfectly appointed as she had requested.
