I dined here Sunday evening to celebrate the engagement of a dear friend, along with her other closest friends. Jonathan provides us with excellent service. This was the first time they had experienced fine dining. Every bite and sip was exceptional. You can never go wrong with Ruth’s Chris- the steak simply melts in your mouth.
Our 43rd Anniversary. Exceptional service and we really enjoyed and appreciate your making it so special !! Loved the the flower on the table and enjoyed the after dinner drink. Dinner was exceptional. Thank you!!
My husband and I visited here on date night. Ross and Tony took great care of us. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We will definitely be visiting again!
We wound up at Ruth Chris after a disappointing start to the evening at another restaurant. We were immediately greeted, offered drinks and appetizers. Our waiter Steve was nothing short of amazing! He saved our Valentine’s Day! Thanks Steve! Always great food and a pleasant place to dine.
Ruth's Chris is our go to good time restaurant. Wait staff are superb and the food delicious. Needs a few more local wines for those of us who frequent more often. Easy 5 stars.

Pre-Valentine's day dinner. Service and food were spot on as usual. Will be back again soon.
We were greeted and seated promptly. I had requested a quiet booth and we got a perfect one. Our waiter, Jonathan, was outstanding. He recommended the BBQ crab as an accompaniment to our steaks and it was excellent! Our steaks were cooked perfectly as ordered. Jonathan also recommended an excellent wine which was reasonably priced. The sides (asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and creamed spinach) were very good and plenty to share. The dessert was a duo of chocolate cheesecake and bread pudding and it was decadently delicious. All in all, it was a wonderful evening. Ruth’s Chris is definitely expensive, but for special occasions and a special treat, it’s the place to go. Consistently excellent!
All was top level from service to food to ambiance including noise level. The server,Jodie, was exceptional as was the Sommelier in terms of excellent wine choices. A pre-Valentine Dinner was extraordinary!

Having eaten many times in the original Ruth's Chris in New Orleans, I was skeptical about the Asheville version. I shouldn't have been. The steaks were as good as ever, the service excellent, and the cocktails wonderful, with live mellow music. Just what a steakhouse experience should be.
