This was our first time visiting. The service was excellent. The steak was very bland with hardly any salt or pepper and that’s all they use to season it. I got lobster tails and it came with no butter for dipping. The manager was very apologetic and comped dessert. The lobster Mac and cheese was very good. But for the price ($150) I will go elsewhere next time.
Absolutely had no complaints. The manager visited our table several times to check on us.
This was our first time at Ruth's. It was our 50th anniversary and it was a nice treat. Our son had showed unexpectedly and wanted to eat dinner with us. I called and stopped by to change the reservation, but the person available stated only the boss could change tb reservation. She stated she would call to let me know, but never did. We sent our son home, and as I sat to be seated I noticed an email that the reservation had been changed. No call, no notice until arriving. Ruth's missed a customer and we missed our son and his fiancee having dinner with us on our 50th wedding anniversary. I was disappointed. Food was great, wait staff was great. Not so much waiting for a call that never came.

Took my best friend for her birthday and everything was perfect! From the surf and turf to the chocolate explosion for dessert! Joe was provided awesome service!
Excellent food and service
We have eaten here many times before and have loved the food and the service. Tonight, we still loved the food! However, the service was lacking, which is unusual for this restaurant! Our waiter let us run out of drinks twice. We had a gift card, but he used all our cash first ($100) and then left a $95 credit on our gift card? Just weird....
we will go back because food is amazingly good. Hoping for the kind of service we are accustomed to.
Always outstanding, melt in your mouth meals! A great place for a special occasion, or just to treat yourself anytime.

Overall unpleasant experience. They scheduled our reservation for 8:45 but were rushing our dinner the entire time. Our waiter Daniel was very nice, and was trying to make our experience enjoyable but the management was terrible. The manager asked us if we wanted to take our dessert to go before we barely touched our entree. For the cost of the meal, you would expect better management from the restaurant.

Wonderful anniversary meal
New Year’s Eve. Absolutely wonderful experience. Great food. Well served. Excellent atmosphere. Super waiter -Steve. Great manager stopped by table. Super experience!!!! Could not have been better. Love the hit plates. Waiter accommodating every request with ease. Simply wonderful!!!!! Highly recommended restaurant. Great location. Valet parking was excellent. Lobby experience was great. Even knew our name. Felt like we were expected. Super night. Thanks so much.
Lovely New Year's Eve celebration with a friend. Tons of food, often "free" additions, everything tasted fantastic. We also had enough left over to have another decent meal for the next day at home. French wine yummy too.
Visited New Year’s Eve for our 19th anniversary and we were well taken care of. The service was phenomenal and the food was amazing. It was our first time visiting a Ruth’s Chris and we will def be back.

Done and it was medium. Our baked potatoes were not cooked well and were hard except in the bottom of it. We loved the service we received but quality of food for the price was very disappointing after being so excited to finally get an opportunity to try this place out after years of wanting to.

The food was very good. Our waiter was amazing he was very knowledgeable and definitely made the experience better.
This resturant is HIGHLY over rated! The people that dine here for the most part are snobs. The food wasnt that good. I have been to much better steak houses for half the price. But on the good side, the service was outstanding! I would just pass this place up unless you want to burn money for just ok food.

We had an outstanding meal and tucked away in a private booth. Our waiter was outstanding, attentive and very helpful with menu selections.
This hardest part is the parking selection. No self parking. All valet.
The food is always spectacular and the service was top notch. Such a great experience dining with my 12 year old son.
This was our first time eating at this restaurant. My wife’s steak was very dry. My steak was good. The other food was good but her steak was very dry. She didn’t want to say anything so she just ate it. We might try it again but for the money we paid we were not happy with her steak , she got a filet.
Steak was cooked too well
Kenneth kept the Groth wine coming and Seth made sure everything was ready!
I ordered a filet medium what I received was well done and dry.
