This was the worst experience. We made a reservation and was not seated. It was my husband's birthday. We will not be back and I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Excellent meal - steaks cooked to perfection.Calamari was delicious The only criticism would be for the brussel sprouts - ok but they were bland and not crispy

The service was excellent. Our waiter Brian was outstanding. He was attentive and friendly. He added to the experience. The view as always was excellent. Overall, a great anniversary experience.

It was VERY loud. We were sat right next to the kitchen (despite a number of other tables being no open). The food was mostly very good. My steak was a bit over done and dry. My wife’s sea bass was excellent and the potatoes and asparagus were very good. As our food came, another guest who wreaked of pot was sat next to us ruining the tasting experience quite a bit. Our server was very professional, and polite.

Ok, where do I start. I usually don’t write reviews, but I really have to this time! Last night we went to dinner for our 2 year anniversary, which I noted in the reservation, not that I was asking for anything but no one mentioned a word about it, moving on to the seat placement. It seems as though they sit all the black people in the back room of the restaurant, while all others sit in the front of the restaurant. I wasn’t the only one who noticed. Ordered the lobster Mac & cheese extremely dry & disappointed. We paid left, the greeters at the front desk didn’t say anything as we were leaving, like have a good night or anything. Our dinner came out to around $200. I told my husband we will take the ride out to Tysons next time, this Arlington location has went down!

Always a great experience. The food is always amazing! We don't typically sit on the side where the bar is but wanted to ensure we got a table with "Teddy" our fave waiter.

I reserved well in advance on open table for a birthday dinner for two (2), with a table that had the best view. When we arrived, the hostess saw that my husband was disabled (a disabled Purple Heart Veteran), on a scooter and placed us in the back of the room in the corner by the hostess, in a room outside of the main dinning area. This was truly embarrassing on a special day. Management should stop telling hostesses to place black people in the back, in the corner. Our initial thought was to leave right away. The hostess told us we would have to wait until another table IN ANOTHER CORNER IN THE BACK ROOM was cleaned to be seated and she didn't know how long it would take. Then we saw an EMPTY and READY table for 2 in the main dining next to the window with a good view not being used, the hostess could have seated us in but WAS NOT INITIALLY OFFERED TO US. The butter for the bread was hard, the lobster tails x2 were tough, hard, rubbery. We were told the Porterhouse Steak we ordered for 2 fell on the floor in the kitchen and the plate holding the our steak shattered. We had to wait for another steak to be cooked. When it arrived, it was not cooked the way we ordered and asked for. The Manager did what she could to address all our concerns. I would recommend Ruth's Chris Steak house providing the service shows improvement.
