    We enjoyed an early dinner (5pm) on Memorial Day. The food was perfectly prepared. Service was outstanding. It was the second time we Sami served us. What a pro!

    The food was mediocre at best. Steak had no flavor at all. The mashed potatoes were luke warm and the mushrooms were cold. We sent them back twice and on the 3rd time they came out they were hot, but we had already finished our meal, and they were kind of rubbery. The manager never came over to speak with us to see how our experience was or how our food was. Very disappointing as we have dined at this location before and the food was very good. Plus, we have dined at many other locations, and the food is usually very good. Our server was very good and trying her best to make everything right for us. They never even offered to take the mushrooms off the bill after it took 3 times to get it right. Just was a very disappointing experience as we were celebrating our 12-year anniversary.

    The food at Ruth’s is consistently delicious and my steak did not disappoint. However, the service was a bit disappointing. My husband chose from the wine list, and the sommelier told him they were out of that wine, and proceeded to “recommend” comparable bottles that were twice the price of his original choice. I wanted to get a family picture taken and I asked the hostess who was walking by if she could take it and she pretended not to hear me until I raised my voice and then she finally turned around, visibly annoyed with me. Not the attitude I expect at a high end restaurant. There is an option to make your meal surf and turf, which my husband opted to do with the addition of scallops for an up charge of $18. When his meal came out, one of his scallops was the size of a dime, if that. They fired up another one, but that should not have been allowed to leave the kitchen. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating, and my filet was cooked to perfection. I also thoroughly enjoyed the crème brûlée, which was beautifully carmelized yet still had the chilled custard. Overall everyone enjoyed their food, but the service needs a refresher on standards for high end restaurants.

    Food & cocktail was delicious. Had the filet and scallops . Side of sweet potatoes casserole . Blueberry mojito . Great view of the airport . To finish the night had the cheesecake.
