    Thanks for serving us while celebrating my wife’s 42 Birthday!! Our waiter Jim(Kind Guy) was a great help with navigating menu options while being patient with other party members being their first visit to a Ruth’s Cris restaurant. Everything was Excellent! Mr.Grant

    Our steaks were way overcooked and had to be sent back. For a restaurant that specializes in Steak, I was shocked. Medium orders came out well done. In addition, It doesn’t appear the steaks were rested. Calamari appetizer, although flavorful was also sent back. Way too wet and drenched in sauce, when you do expect a little crunchy. Ahi Tuna appetizer was spot on. Lobster Mac and Cheese was also very runny. The server was great and he sent more Ahi Tuna and Mac and cheese to the table while waited for new steaks. Overall, not impressed with my first dinner dining experience at Ruth’s Chris. A 300 dollar tab w tip. Honestly, I could get a similar or better steak at Outback for much less. @Ruth’s Chris Crystal City location.

    Our waiter, Jim, was a real pro and provided quality service Food was excellent, though the creamed spinach wasn't hot.

    The experience with the servers was great. The non-server staff, however, could care less that you are paying good money to dine there. They are unfriendly and offer little by way of customer service. When you go to a place that bills itself as a fine dining steakhouse, you expect a certain amount of presentability from the customer base. But RC doesn’t enforce a dress code, and the customers really take advantage of that fact. This makes for an atmosphere that does not match the price of the food items. The food is good. But all in all, you feel a little disappointed by the experience when the bill comes around.

    We enjoyed an early dinner (5pm) on Memorial Day. The food was perfectly prepared. Service was outstanding. It was the second time we Sami served us. What a pro!

    The food was mediocre at best. Steak had no flavor at all. The mashed potatoes were luke warm and the mushrooms were cold. We sent them back twice and on the 3rd time they came out they were hot, but we had already finished our meal, and they were kind of rubbery. The manager never came over to speak with us to see how our experience was or how our food was. Very disappointing as we have dined at this location before and the food was very good. Plus, we have dined at many other locations, and the food is usually very good. Our server was very good and trying her best to make everything right for us. They never even offered to take the mushrooms off the bill after it took 3 times to get it right. Just was a very disappointing experience as we were celebrating our 12-year anniversary.
