   It didn’t start off great. When we were brought to our table, it was probably the worst table in the restaurant. We asked if we could be seated at a different table. We had an early dinner reservation and the dining area we were brought to was basically empty, only two other tables were occupied. The hostess said she didn’t think so but would go check. She came back and said no she couldn’t move us because they were very busy that night. So there we sat, in an empty dining area with three other available four-tops in our view. Almost two hours later when we were leaving, one of those four-tops still remained empty. Manager did come to offer to move us, but by that time we were already situated and ordered with the server. It didn’t matter at that point, the damage was done. I commented to the manager that perhaps at this caliber of a restaurant you should try to accommodate your customers especially when totally possible. His response was that each hostess had their specific job and she probably didn’t know. Not a great attitude and not the response I would have expected. The food and service were good, but not exceptional. We’ll go back to other high end steakhouses before returning here.

   Server was amazing but food was overcooked and all sides were cold.

   My wife and I both had Ribeyes. We asked for medium and received medium well. Not an egregious issue, but impacted the tenderness and internal flavor. Was simply overcooked.

   Connor was an outstanding server. Handled our questions and food allergy inquiries beautifully. As always, food was exceptional.

   Started out with a friendly greeting, then shown to our table quickly. Waitress was great, got drinks and appetizers ordered, then meals. Kept soft drinks coming without being asked. Food was excellent, as always at this restaurant.
