I have been to many Ruth’s Chris and I have always had a positive memorable experience. Last night was memorable but unfortunately negative.
Upon arriving, the host and hostess were playing with a yo-yo....yes a yo-yo, and it continued for the 20min past my reservation time that I had to wait while I watched them. They also we both drinking out of a paper Coca-Cola cup periodically.
When I was finally sat, the waiter was very dry. Cordial but very dry. Plates stacked up on my table and water was difficult to come by.
My dinner, everything was good except my Chicken which was covered, rather drenched with butter. I love butter, but this was overload.
Needless to say, I will go to Ruth’s Chris again, just not this one in Anaheim.
Perfect. Service was great and attentive. The food was incredible from start to finish. Nothing could have been better
The service is not Ruth’s Chris of other cities. The price was as high but the little details for a 200.00 meal where greatly missing.
Food was great, a little noisy. Waiter took a long time to attend us towards the end of the night.
We were able to get a reservation last minute on a spur of the moment trip to Disney. Service was great, food was nothing less than amazing and the staff was really friendly! Will we back for sure!
Bar to dining room experience was excellent. I would expect no less.
Date night with hubby. Our server was excellent in every way. The food was delicious. Will definitely return.

The service was not at the level of the Boston Ruth. We asked several people for water and other items and they never came back. Food as average. I would not bother going there.
It was an amazing evening . Great food, great service great architecture. If I can give that place a 10 star i would.
We were so looking forward to our visit to Ruth Chris Anaheim but we were so very disappointed this time. We went the day after Valentine's day this year. We arrived and check in was great. Valet was horrible. We were then seeded and I was looking very well. The busboy your butter water and bread was amazing. But then our server showed up. She was polite but kind of is a robot mode. We ordered our food but it took several tries to get it through her mind what we wanted. We receive our drinks and that was good. Then we got our salads and they were very fresh lettuce is kind of wilted almost like day old. Then we receive our food and we're so looking for the amazing side orders I have there. The person basically just thru it on the table and walked away. We were very disappointed in the food. T-bone had no flavor and seemed old. The filet mignon I had I'm not sure that was fillet mignon. I've never had a fillet mignon with gristle. We had the corn and sweet potato casserole and these tasted like they were Valentine's Day leftovers. Our friends tried to warn us to go somewhere else next time believe me we will. We are so done with them after this trip.
Pre-Valentines Day Dinner to avoid the craziness of the actual day. Chris, our waiter was great!!!
We have been to this restaurant many times and it has always been top notch. Not true on this visit. The quality and taste of the food was awful. It was extremely disappointing as this is a one time a year splurge that we have while in Disneyland. We had a later reservation and there were few other patrons in the restaurant. Our server was attentive and what we would expect from previous visits. The chopped salad was not like any we have had in the past. It had different ingredients (mushrooms) and was not of taste and quality. The New York steak had the most off taste I have ever experienced from my favorite cut of meat. The creamed spinach was also not the same at all from previous experiences. The only part of the meal that was good was the baked potato. For the price of the meal, it was not even close to what my family, friends and myself expected. We have decided based on this meal we will most likely not be returning to any Ruth's Chris in the future.
The food was excellent—steaks cooked to perfection and the sides (we had Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes Au Gratin) were delicious. Our server was attentive and prompt. Very good experience.

We frequent this restaurant and look forward to dining there. I have had private parties Wirhbas many as 15 people , all of whom truly enjoyed . service is impeccable , gracious and charming. I look forward to the aroma that greets you as you open the door to the dining room .
This past visit was as wonderful as in the past with the exception of the wedge salad , a flimsy head of older lettuce no little tomatoes as in the past virtually no bacon and barely 1/4 worth eating , they are very generous with the blue cheese crumbles and offer an incredible blue cheese dressing , alas I had nothing to use it on... oh I used it I. My steak , scrumptious !!!
This was our 1st time here. We were celebrating Valentines Day. The ambience was really nice. The staff was very friendly. The menu had a nice variety to choose from and when the food arrived, I was extremely impressed. Not only did it look great, it tasted great. My wife ordered the 11oz Porterhouse steak and I ordered the Lamb Chops. Our sides were grilled asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes which were fantastic. During our dinner the restaurant manager came to our table and asked us how everything was. Overall we were happy and will eat there again soon. The prices are very reasonable. Valet parking is only $4.
It was good. We thought the scalloped potatoes were bland. We could not believe you did not have hot crab as an option on your menu. The Brussel
Sprouts were amazing. The lobster bisque was amazing the steaks were very good
Ruth Chris has outstanding steaks and great service!
We came in and started at the bar. The bar man made us some great berry morittos. Probably the best one I never had.
Then, we sat at our table where service is absolutely perfect. Our fillet mignon was also to the perfection. I love the mushroom and the garlic mash potatoes as sides with the steak.
Ruth’s Chris is the best steakhouse in USA.
