   A little pretentious especially having to wait for a table that was empty and accompanying ingratiating small talk by our waiter. The food was excellent, delivered at a good pace and on that basis alone I would recommend. Expensive, but decent food.

   We arrived for our anniversary dinner and there was only valet parking. Walked inside and the hostess was on a phone call with a customer. We waited for 4-5 minutes for her to finish and ask us our names. Then we had to wait to be seated. We finally got seated and the server was very nice. He gave us recommendations. We ordered. They forgot my salad. The chicken and filet and the side of mushrooms were amazing. The asparagus was ok. The sweet potato casserole tasted like brown sugar, not edible, sent it back. They brought us a complimentary flourless cake for our anniversary, it was good. We had a lovely time.

   Unfortunately, the steaks we tough and dry because they were seared too harshly, they lacked flavor and seasoning, the lobster Mac and cheese was good but the lobster itself had no taste, and the Brussels sprouts were bland and undercooked so they were bitter. The service was great but for the price of everything, it wasn’t worth it. Very disappointed.

    We got there 15 minutes after our reservation time and just before the restaurant closed. We were delayed because of our daughter’s graduation ceremony. They greeted us kindly and were more than gracious to accommodate our group and get our orders in before the kitchen closed. They even took the time to bring us graduation confetti and decorations. Anthony and the staff working with him did a phenomenal job. Thank you for helping us end such a great day on a high note!!!!

    Food took over an hour to arrive. Seems like our ticket was dropped and we had to ask for one of our entree’s that didn’t come out with the rest of the ordered items. Felt like we were forgotten at times. Not the best experience.

    Really bad experience and I would never go again. My husband and I went for our anniversary last night and the steak was a poor cut and under cooked. We couldn’t even get refills in water as the waiter was too busy. We love Ruth Chris but would never ever go to this location again.

    The service was not as expected. We had to ask the server twice for a couple items that he forgot to bring. The steaks were good, but they weren’t cooked as requested. Sadly, our experience wasn’t that great this time.

    Very surprised the food preparation so bad, my wife and I ordered Mother’s Day prefix menu and we waited more than 35 minutes for the first course salads and the steak was horrible. Ruth’s Chris is one of my big favorite restaurant may be will still try after this poor experienced.

    We went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate my birthday, which also happened to be on Mother’s Day this year. Normally for a birthday, they make sure to put out the confetti and the special menu but none of that was done this time, as in previous years. The hostess had no idea what we were celebrating, even though we specified it on the reservation and the same for the server so disappointed about that. Things were very rushed the whole time and we got our salad before we even got our drinks and then we got our entrees minutes later so I wasn’t able to finish my salad. Just a weird experience all around on this visit. My husband had to ask the waitress if we still get the free dessert because it was my birthday and she said yes but never offered so I have a feeling that had we not said anything, she wouldn’t have either. It was a let down in comparison to the many other times we’ve gone.

    They made a big deal about dress codes hats etc. When I made the reservation., and was told thar if I was wearing tor jeans etc I would be seated on the patio. But the dining room was more upscale. We were seated in the dining room with multiple people in ripped up jeans, t shirts, sneakers etc. Service was very nice, but incompetent Food was good. But part of the order never showed up and staff never came to refill water/tea. This place IS NOT CHEAP and I told the manager that for what they charge and the epectation they set that i was disappointed. He gave me a gift card, that I gave away. I will not be revisiting, as it's not worth taking a risk on them ruining a special celebration

    Worst experience on Mother’s Day! They had to make my wife’s steak two times and put it back on the grill the second time. Ordered a medium rare steak and it was serve almost well done. Then they fired a second steak and served it raw. Then through it back on and over cooked it again. By then the steak was now swimming in multiple. When my wife ask for a manager again she brought over a second manager to take a look because she didn’t see the problem. She asked my wife what she wanted them to do and my wife said that she was good and didn’t want anything else because everyone else was already done eating. They offered to maker her something to go so that we could leave. I paid for what was eaten but I was disappointed that I had too.

    took mom for her special day and they have a separate menu for mothers day brunch and even gave her a rose after dinner. it wasnt crazy packed like other places and service and food were on point

    The best filet mignon dinner! We've been to other steak restaurants but you can't beat Ruth's Chris. Everything was excellent from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. The hostesses were very friendly, dining room was nicely decorated and tables were very presentable, service from our waitress and servers were very attentive, food was perfectly hot and delicious!

    We had not been to this chain for years. This was our first visit to the Anaheim restaurant. Wow! We have been missing out. I brought Honey here to celebrate an early Mom's Day. We had an excellent time. Prime steaks cooked to perfection; A T-Bone for meand Bone -in-Fillet for Honey. We will be back soon!

    I am not a fancy restaurant type person. Wife and I decided to splurge for our anniversary. Enjoyed the visit to Ruth's Chris steak house, Anaheim. The service and the food was amazing. Cant say enough about our waiter, Anthony and the food was just superb! The price was also high, much higher then expected. With tip, valet and food bill for 2 people was $390. Ouch. We had 1 appetizer, 2 steaks, lobster tail side, sider salad and 2 glasses of house merlot. I knew it would be $250, but wasn't expecting it to be $350. I'm not complaining. Its a fancy restaurant with fancy restaurant prices...just higher then expected.

    I took a group of clients for a business dinner. The steak was nicely cooked and the salad and desserts were good. But, there are a lot of things that went wrong with this meal. Had I not been with clients, I would have asked for the manager. To begin with, we ordered the seafood platter. Ruth’s Chris should take a lesson from their competitors. Comparatively speaking it was a big disappointment. But, aside from that, the lobster claws were barely cut! One person hammered their way into it. I sent mine back, because it was impossible to open. The claw never came back. I had to ask for u, and finally ended up taking it home, because we were already done eating by the time I did get it. The salads then came. We ordered three to be shared for the 6 of us. When the server dropped them off he spilled part of one of the salads onto the table. Rather than cleaning it up and offering to get a new one, he set another salad over the top of the spilled one! They never came by to clean the table, even after the salads were taken away. The waiter seemed overworked. It was hard to get him and took longer than it should have to get drinks. Before when I thought of Ruth’s Chris, I always thought of an elegant place to bring my guests. I won’t make that mistake again. Overall, we had a good time. But, I am going to find a new place to take clients. It was a very expensive meal for what happened.

    I appreciated the kind word and compliments from the hostess, Abbey. I appreciated our server, Corey. He was attentive and considerate. The food runners ranged from pleasant to questionable. When my boyfriend said. “No thank you to having fresh pepper on his salad, the food runner said. “Why not?” We were shocked by this response and that was disappointing for the level of service we expected.
