    We’ve attended your champagne dinners before, including one at this same location, and they’ve been phenomenal. I was so excited for this event and even invited friends to join. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. To begin with, the champagne pours were noticeably lighter than in past events. In previous dinners, each glass was filled close to the top of the flute, which felt appropriate for a champagne-focused evening. This time, the pours were significantly less generous — except for the last table served, who received noticeably fuller glasses. It’s disappointing to attend a champagne event and feel short-changed on the very item the evening is celebrating. If cost is a concern, I’d much rather pay a slightly higher ticket price than feel like the experience is being diluted. The event was moved upstairs due to AC issues, which I appreciated being informed about in advance. However, we were told we might be seated with another party, which made for some uncertainty. The space also felt a bit bright for a special dinner. Service wasn’t what we’ve come to expect. Water refills were slow, and one major issue was with the sides. Two sides were placed in front of each group, but no one was told they were family-style. This led many to believe the dishes were individual, and some guests didn’t eat because others had already touched the food. When we asked, a server said, “It’s family style,” and walked away. We paid a lot of money for this event and hyped it up to friends. Sadly, we all left disappointed. I’ve always loved these events, especially because this champagne is one of my favorites, but this experience has me questioning if I’ll attend again. I hope future events return to the level of quality we’ve previously enjoyed.

    Took my husband here for Father's Day. Arrived and it was hotter inside than outside. We were dressed nicely and breaking out in a sweat even before the bread arrived to the table. I asked what was going on with the air conditioner, she said it was working off and on! Mind you it's pushing 90° outside. I asked if there was another room that we could be moved that would be cooler, but she said they were all the same. Turns out when I went to the restroom stuck my head in one of the other rooms and it was a lot lot cooler !  I assume she said this because she didn't want us to leave her section. We endured through the meal but it put a big damper on everything. Especially when they serve your steaks with a piping hot plate to add to the heat. The food was good but not to the standards of Ruth Chris Good. The mashed potatoes were swimming and butter congealed all over the sides of the dish, the steak itself was in so much grease that it grossed me out. The mushrooms were cold by comparison. Extremely expensive for a lackluster experience. I had my reservations for two months in advance. I feel like they should've notified the patrons that they were having trouble with their air conditioner so they could make a decision on how they wanted to spend their evening .

    We are steak people. When ever we celebrate, Ruth’s Chris is our destination. Atmosphere is up scale. Good & service excellent. They communicate very well and made us feel special.

    I loved the location. It’s a stand alone restaurant and not inside of a hotel. Service was great food was not as hot as they are know for. Overall a very good experience.

    Lovely atmosphere but the AC was not working. The special 60 anniv menu was lack luster. Tomato onion salad had no flavor and tomatoes were terrible. They did credit us for the salad. Server was overwhelmed with section. Bar ambience was nice and Ryan was attentive.

    all new Staff and manager tonight. didn’t feel as welcoming as usual. my steak was over cooked which they replaced but that is not always the best due too others at the table are done eating by then. they did give me a free small desert. overall just wasn’t up to par

    I had a cancer free dinner with friends and family after my cancer surgery in January. I decided to have it at Ruth Chris in Alpharetta, and I am so glad that I did. From the manager, Chris, and our server Pete and the entire staff, we overall had an amazing experience. Everyone was completely satisfied with the ambiance, food, and service. It was a great experience, and we will definitely be back.
