   From the moment we arrived at the restaurant Stephanie made us feel like the most important people in the restaurant We felt welcomed ,acknowledged( my friends birthday ) and made feel real special The food was superb thank you chef . The wine and the views. were pretty amazing too. Wonderful choices on the food and wine menus. Disappointment that there we no halibut but the risotto was fabulous. Ordered the muscles and what can we say… “yummy” Then the crème brûlée that you had my friends name and sparklers for her bday it was the best ! Thank you Stephanie and Rustica for a wonderful evening .

   Our group eats at Rustica Silvertip once a year and it is a date that is circled on our calendars. After an afternoon of golf and a few cocktrails on the outdoor patio, we go inside for what is always a great dinner. They have a FANTASTIC menu - good job chef.

   Booked my reservation for out 2nd anniversary and the staff were super friendly! They went above and beyond! We were offered to take pictures once we were settled in. (which turned out amazing) I asked our waitress if she could secretly help record my proposal and without hesitation she found us the perfect spot with an amazing view! We were congratulated by all the staff and they even offered us a free desert to celebrate! Overall my Fiancée and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back for our 3rd!

   Rustica gave us an excellent dining experience al the way around..... from our welcome, to the food to the service and the absolutely wonderful landscape outside our window. What was especially special for us was the very efficient but yet relaxed manner of our waiter. Even though he was busy, he took the time to explain things including the history of the restaurant and resort and remained confident and relaxed through it all thus making us relaxed to enjoy our dining experience.

   Had a lovely dinner at Rustica. Our server was amazing, though it took us quite a long time to get our food. Quality of the steaks were amazing. Highly worth the visit!

    Isabelle as always was fantastic! She always makes our visit to the restaurant a memorable one! The food was amazing! My mouth is still watering! Rustica really knows what they are doing when it comes to steaks!

    We have the Silvertip resident's card so this helps with the pricing a wee bit. Our server and the scenery amazing. I have a hearing handicap so like that the music is not too loud as in many establishments. We also liked and commented on the music selection. of course music, like food, is subjective, but we two guests enjoyed it.

    I ordered the beef tenderloin and my husband had the seafood risotto (special item this month). Both of us were so happy with our meals. They were generous portions, outstanding flavour, and beautiful presentation. The ambience is beautiful and the views were stunning.

    Rustica is an amazing restaurant on the Silvertip Golf Course. We had dinner with friends and it was excellent in every way—food, service, outdoor views and lovely ambiance! Annika was a total gem as our server, and she made our dinner experience extra special with her attention to detail and radiant smile! Very special evening. Thank you!     We enjoyed the view. Our server was awesome and friendly and knowledgeable. I had the veal Oscar and was not impressed, the zucchini and potatoes I found over spiced. Or perhaps it was just a spice I was not fond of. Maybe oregano ?

    First time to Silvertip this season. We were so happy yo see Isabel!! She’s so wonderful!! The menu had some new items but a steak for $200 + That seems a bit crazy My husband ordered the 3 course dinner Returned the Mozza balls, not good My halibut entree was

    Rustica at Silvertip Golf ResortResponded on May 4, 2022Hi Kate sorry you found your meals not up to standards, the mozza balls are actually risotto balls with Bocconcini in them, we had an issue with preparation that day, not an excuse we totally expect to be held to a high standard and we are sorry your meal wasn't there. The $200 dollar steak is in fact a Japanese Wagyu, which is the most expensive beef in the world and its not in everyone's budget, there are still plenty of options on our menu from $45 to the $65 range.     Beautiful view by the window seat. Our server was so sweet and amazing, she was engaging and attentive. The food blew us away the flavour and great portions for the prices. Would come back 100%.

    The bison steak and the beef sirloin were both really good cooked to perfection and the vegetables and Company I’m not very good as well the wine selection is amends and impressive, the server Isabell was really good perfectly attentive and quick on her feet also humourous and smiling.     We wanted to go out with friends for a nice quality meal and we were not disappointed. I had the bison rib eye and it was cooked to perfection, with a generous portion of wild rice and vegetable. My wife and my friends wife had the shellfish trio that was presented beautifully, and was also cooked perfectly. My friend had the veal tomahawk which was more of the same. All in all, the drinks were great, the food was fantastic and the service was top notch. It seemed as though they may have been a bit short staffed, but it certainly didn’t reflect as much with the service.

    Well we had the ultimate last night out at one of our favourite restaurants in the mountains! Our server Stephanie was AMAZING, very helpful, funny, attentive and even got us a couple of cocktails on the house for our anniversary which were fantastic! Now the food is just excellent every single time we go, the prawns and scallops, mussels, Oysters (first time trying and glad we did!), steak tartare were lovely but the meat cuts really shine here…we had the 10oz ribeye and the lamb with a side of truffle risotto and as usual we were blown away!!! We also received a lovely berry palate cleanser in between and a tiramisu to go. Wonderful experience yet again and we will return year after year, thank u Stephanie and Chef for making it an evening to remember!!
