   Excellent dinner, our waitress was wonderful and informative. The wine list was spectacular!! Gary had one of the best steaks ever and my scallops were great too.

   Hands down our favourite restaurant in Canmore (and there are so many to choose from!). From the ambience of the large stone fireplace, always with a fire glowing, to the incredible views out the window, the soft music playing, and, of course, the exquisite food. We've dined here many times and always come away more than satisfied. And the service is always impeccable. Merci Isabelle!

    Always excellent at Rustica. Went for date night and it was fabulous. Beautiful setting, Isabel provided great service and is a server that is unsurpassed in fine dining. Food was 5 star as was the wine list. You can’t go wrong when you book dinner here.

    Rustica is one of our favourite spots to dine. We went for Date Night which was really great value. It was a set 5 course menu. The food was nicely presented, well prepared and tasty. I found the dessert to be a little too sweet for my liking but my partner ate all of theirs. The service is always great. The courses were nicely spaced leaving us time to savour each course.

    Just had yet another fantastic night and our server tonight was Isabelle..food was fantastic, we had the best east coast oysters ever and the scallops to start, finished with the filet and strip loin and it’s hard to find fault in this place. Food fantastic, service is exceptional..we are regulars for life!

    Had a late reservation and got into town late, no issue altering reservation. Service was knowledgable and excellent in providing informed suggestions. Very friendly and warm staff who knew the right time to approach the table. Would highly recommend and we will be back for a summer reservation on the patio.

    Beyond pleased with the overall experience at Rustica, our waitress was very kind and attentive, the mood was fantastic and great atmosphere. Food and drinks presentation was incredible and creative and tasted great, only complaint is one of our mains was the halibut and the bottom side was quite burnt.

    Had the most fantastic nite, sat by fire place ( wood) and had Stephenie looking after us Had absolutely one of the best steaks in a long time from a restaurant. Great Drink menu lots of good Bourbon and Scotch plus ever thing else. Very quiet, sort of a hidden gem as it is at the Golf Course which is currently closed. So not many people and like I said very good food, Chef Peter complements to you thanks for Great Dinner and Great Staff

    We booked the Rustica upstairs for our wedding and I can not say enough wonderful things: firstly, the set up was absolutely beautiful. This was such an intimate time, no one was too far apart . It was easy to chat. The waitresses we had were absolutely amazing! The service was impeccable. We were a group of 18 and our food came out perfectly. All at the same time! The meals were absolutely to die for, great playing, the taste is second to none! I would recommend Rustica to anyone ! Our whole night was amazing. Thank you Rustica!

    The room is okay, the service is good and the food is below average. Steak was well undercooked, served anyway and then it was slow to be corrected and "pan seared" because the "broiler was off". Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Porterhouse MR , which is the way it was prepared, the server was asked to bring a some pieces back to cook more, as one of you wanted it Medium ,unfortunately you were the last table and after your meal went out the broiler was turned off which is common practice after we close, the only option was to pan sear otherwise the wait for the broiler to come up to temperature would take to long. Sorry again

    This place is pretty amazing. Our experience was a bit unique, as it was a cold, icy day so we had the place to ourselves! We got a great seat by a fireplace, and we’re even able to take in the breathtaking views briefly when we had a pre dinner drink. Our server was attentive and chatted with us. The food was delicious and plentiful, and I’d definitely recommend this for a nice dinner in Canmore. We even saw some elk crossing the street on our way out!

    Not much more to say when your review is 5-star in all categories. Such a great place to go for a birthday, anniversary or just because. The food was beautifully prepared and presented, and the staff was extremely attentive. They even remembered it was our anniversary.
