Great for sports watching and food a step above bar food. The happy hour could be extended but the staff and upstairs and outdoor areas are really great for a group of friends
Great variety and excellent food and great service! We had the mesquite turkey sliders, grilled salmon and surf and turf fajitas. All were excellent. Server was very helpful and attentive.
Highly recommend and I will definitely come back.
First we were late for our reservation because the open table directions have it in the wrong place. We ended up calling to get directions. Since we were >15 min late of course our table was gone but they found us another right away. Menu has lots of variety and food was very tasty. The indoors looked like lots of fun - Sunday football- but outside was very pleasant for my 96 year old mother in law and us. The bottomless mimosas were awesome. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I had been here for breakfast in the past, and it was always a good experience. For dinner, it was too loud to have a normal conversation. We had to scream in order to hear each other. Some sort of acoustic treatment is in order.
They could use more waitstaff too. The few on the floor weren't enough to attend to everyone in a timely manner.
Busy Sunday brunch. The service from the bartender was excellent. We had a turkey meatloaf sandwich and a buffalo chicken sandwich which were great. Sweet potato fries were also good. Couldn’t take advantage of the bottomless mimosas or bloody Mary’s since we didn’t have a lot of time but that seems like a good option if you wanted to sit and watch the games on Sunday.
Love Rush so much! We will definitely by back. Especially during football season. They play all the games on different TVs. The servers are quick and super friendly. This is a great place to be. Unlimited mimosas until 3:30 make Sunday's worth it.
It’s a nice casual place to have dinner. Nice bar with a ton of big screen TVs. Lounge/dance area upstairs
We had the best server! Love the ambiance, food, and decor. Always have a great experience @ Rush Street!
Enjoyed my trip and stay at Rush. They did try to rush us out before 10 pm but we ended up leaving anyway.
Went for brunch and the breakfast burrito was quite greasy. All the breakfast dishes we tried tasted ok, not my first choice.
We come here all the time. Service is always good, food quality is consistent, menu has something for everyone. It's a great sports bar, but also has nice patio seating, and even quite tables.
Love the food! Fresh and healthy and also hearty comfort options. I stick with the turkey burger and sweet potato fries. Pear Elderflower martini is perfect and has been for years. Patio and upstairs lounge has a great vibe and it turns into a club late night. More old school hip hop on the ones and twos and bring back the SALMON burger please!
A perfect place for a date or to bring out of town friends.
Server was amazing Abadin food was terrific
Ok for a fast place with a variety of choices. Service was good and so was the food.
Right down the street from Kirk Douglas theatre, great place to grab a drink and eat before the play. I think I got lucky and got street parking right down the street...not sure where we would have parked if we hadnt found that spot.
Nice bar, friendly bartender, waiter was really nice. Good comfort type food. Fast and efficient service. We will be back next time we go to the theater.
Loved the food and the conviviality. It has the noisiness of a bistro, and you had to talk a bit loud.
*Always* love this place, always delicious food, and Angela is simply amazing.
I love the brunch at Rush street! The waitstaff is alway very attentive and quick! The food is delicious and the portion sizes are just right for brunch! (I recommend ordering extra tater tots because they’re to die for!!) I also dig the ambience..it’s a classy sport-bar vibe and there’s plenty of TV if you wanna catch the game while you eat!
Always a great pleasure. Food and drinks are great and the staff is prompt and attentive. We go several times a month.
Great bar food and cocktails. Very good service as well. I enjoyed my time with coworkers.
This place never disappoints. Definitely one of my go-to spots in downtown Culver!!
Love this restaurant. The good is delicious and the service is superb! We keep going back because we want to try everything.
They advertise a cubs bar... but not one at all... false advertising.. would not turn on sound for the game and refused to honor their promise on the online. Googled cubs bar in La and then went there and very disappointed
Been many times over the years and loved it every time. My favorite is the turkey burger and the best Mac and Cheese.
Rush was a great place to watch the NBA finals and in the general a good place to eat. Also, I had to change my reservation and they were very accommodating.
Great place to watch the game
NBA Playoff game
Stopped validating parking.
Happy Hour not quite as advertised.
It was my first time here at Rush St. We went for Brunch and it was delicious! Service was Great, she was on top of all the tables around us. Always with a Smile on her face. Would not only recommend this yummy place, but will definitely be back!!
Great drinks and a cool ambiance.
Terrible Food and Service.
We came here for happy hour and dinner. It was an earlyish dinner so they weren't even busy, yet the service was still terrible. We were a table of 7 and so the waitress knew she could add in the mandatory tip but man oh man was she the worst. Also, giant fake boobs. Every time she came over to us, she seemed to be highly annoyed and she didn't even notice when everyone at the table had received their food except me. I had to ask 3 times before someone actually went to check on it and when I received it, it was cold. Cold fajitas... They even charged us for extra tortillas. The bill was about $250 and we split it evenly. So that was about $35/person. The next day my friend texts me to check my bank statement because they had charged her $133!! The rest of us did pay $35 so really what happened here. DON'T GO HERE, THEY ARE THE WORST.
The menu is very limited and the food we ordered was just OK. The server brought our appetizer and both entrees at the same time and then quickly walked away. It took 10-15 minutes to get our water glasses refilled, which only happened after we had to raise our hands and wave. I still left a $10 tip, which was not earned but i did not feel right leaving nothing but should have left less.
Food was delish. Server was attentive. DJ was great.
Rush St. has been a "go-to" for years. Working at Sony, the discount is always appreciated, but looks like the prices have gone up again, and even though the place was quite empty, the service was good, but not as attentive as usual, and the fries came out cold- considering there were only maybe a dozen small tables of two seated before we were seated, not sure why food wouldn't be hot... so yes, I would bring someone again- I wouldn't rush (pun intended) but hope for better next time.
Very loud. Had to yell to talk at the table......................I
Had a wonderful server, she was incredibly helpful. Noise in the restaurant was a bit much, but loved it otherwise!
Rush Street is a hidden gem. The food is delicious. We ordered the steak salad, burger and pizza. We sampled each other plates and every bite was yummy. It's not over yet, we tried the brownie sundae and carrot. The brownie was served warm with just enough ice cream and was moist not dry. We hear that the Sunday Brunch is amazing will definitely be back.
The last couple of visits have left something to be desired. The food and wait staff have been fine, but there have been other issues. On this most recent visit my friend and I were seated in an area that was apparently reserved for a party. We had no problem with being relocated, but the way we were treated wasn't very kind. We were treated as though we had crashed the party, and needed to be thrown out. I could say more, but I'll just end with I was disappointed this is the way my friend had to spend her birthday. No one likes being treated as though they are less than. :-(
Delicious food, very nice ambiance, and friendly staff. Would give 5 Stars but our server wasn't very attentive. Friendly, but not attentive.
Staff is friendly, attentive, but not overbearing. Food is well presented and tasty and the average price point for the neighborhood. Our group was seated outside to avoid the nose level of those watching the game which was considerate.
