I thought the restaurant was participating in Dine In the program and found out upon arrival that it wasn't. My fault, I'm sure. I had a delicious hamburger heaped with yummy ingredients. But I ended up with a hamburger contrary to my diet. I'd hoped for a salad but the menu is, to say the least, light on salads. So, if you're hankering for a burger, this is your spot. If you're looking for something with fewer calories, I'd go elsewhere. Both my friend and I had trouble finding the address because it says Washington and we kept running into Culver Boulevard without finding the restaurant. When management confirms the reservation, it would be helpful to give customers a better idea of location and parking.

See review on yelp since you won't allow enough characters for what I have to say. It was great though!

Thanks

We were there on a weeknight pre theater with plenty of time for a leisurely meal. The restaurant was about 1/3 full but the service was slow, even for a leisurely pace. Our server was pleasant but didn't seem to be able to juggle her 3 ordinary tables properly. We had to engage the manager to deliver our bottle of wine which had been set out on the bar counter for a while. When he poured it, he didn't offer a taste but poured a full measure into each of our glasses. That type of full faith in the label must receive reward from the wine producer.

Josh was a great waiter! He made this birthday special with a dessert choice with a candle on top! Bison burger was delicious too.

Made reservations for a booth on a Tuesday night at 7:00.

2 booths were available but was told they were for "larger parties".

Waited another 40 minutes. Still both booths were open.

Again asked if we could be seated at one. Both the Male and Female hosts were kind of rude. they said "we fill up late".Finally we accepted an outside table. Were shown to the smallest one they had, while there were at least 5 larger tables open.
Reluctantly the hostess allowed us to have a larger table.

As we were leaving , we noticed the booths we wanted, were now occupied by parties of TWO .
WTF ??

Maybe they did not like the fact that we were a mixed race couple ??

Very loud restaurant - there seemed to a be a number of parties going on in the restaurant - hard to tell whether it wants to be a restaurant or a bar.

Excellent and generous coctails. Our server was very friendly and able to help our gluten-free friends find appropriate menu choices. Mac and Cheese is to die for!

The design of the building plus the loud music result in an environment where you are literally yelling in order to talk to the other person sitting across from you.
Go here if you like to eat a tasty burger and don't want to talk to the people at your table.

Always a lively spot almost any time. Service & drinks were good but food was mediocre this time around. Buffalo chicken flatbread was dry and not very flavorful. Burgers were a little overcooked and the buns were over-grilled and cold.

I was there with a friend for the World Series game 1 game (Go Dodgers!). Got seated at a table with a pretty god view of the screens. They had some good happy hour specials on drinks, with some limited happy hour food options. It was fairly bus, but not crazy busy. Service was slow but acceptable. (took about 10 minutes to initially have someone wander over for my drink order.. but I was the third to arrive.) Good, but not great and I do feel like it could use a little clean up. It just feels a bit dated in both menu and venue.

Overall the experience was great. Good food and a nice environment. The music was excellent. Upstairs was pretty cool and a fun spot to end the night. My only complaint was the waiter not greeting me until my date arrived. I wish he would have stopped over right away with waters for the table.

My pre-theater (the Kirk Douglas is just around the corner) brunch was heavenly. I had the cheeseburger with egg on top, hollandaise and carmelized onions. Most noteworthy were the crispy fried tater tots! Good music, not too loud, 5 (count 'em) televisions for multiple sports choices, great service snaps for Whitney) and a lively bar crowd. Reasonably-priced FUN!

I enjoyed the atmosphere, the openness and the selection of meals on the menu. I thought the Lobster/Shrimp Egg Rolls were delicious, served hot and crunchy! My only complaint was that I thought our main courses took fairly a long time to be served to our table. But other than that, I would highly recommend Rush Street to friends/family.

The food as always was great. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and had a couple friends come up from Orange County and they loved the food too. The mac and cheese is killer, the seared ahi sandwich was great. My husband got the buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it too. It was nice and tangy. The only downside was our server she came off as though she did not want to be there and while she was cordial the interactions did not seem genuine. She kept on forgetting to bring us drinks and other things and we had to keep on asking for things we needed. She came across cold and annoyed at any request.

Rush St. has tasty food and a sports bar atmosphere, which would appeal to a younger crowd. I had a delicious flatbread with BBQ onions, but the burgers looked tall and juicy. I plan to return and work my way through the yummy menu.

Food was mediocre 3/10 andthats being generous. Tastes like bar food vs. restaurant quality food. Mac and cheese was underwhelming, which is suppose to be one of their best sides. The Veggie burger was not flavorful and my bottom bun was soggy. The Brussels sprouts lacked flavor and was slightly burned. The only thing decent was the sweet potato fries but it could of used an accompanying dip. Another friend had a flatbread that she said was alright. My drink was good it was their strawberry mixed drink. A friend had the lemon strawberry moscow mule and didn't like it at all (I tried it and it was not worth the calories). The ambiance is nice but man the food and drinks need A LOT of work. I've been once before and food was good so idk what happened.
