Food was delicious as always and the atmosphere is fun and lively. Unfortunately the service during our most recent visit here was ridiculously slow and the group I brought with me (they were first timers) mentioned they most likely won't be coming back due to the service. Our waitress was really friendly, but once we were seated we had to ask other bussers and servers for our waitress's attention multiple times. After our 3rd failed attempt of trying to get our waitress to come help us, we ended up placing our order with another waitress that was helping another party nearby. We had the same waitress help us get our second round of drinks because our original waitress was no where to be seen and rarely came to check on us! Excellent restaurant - however the service made the overall experience a duller one.

Came in with a group of my friends celebrating 2 of our birthdays. We had Whitney she was great! Great experience from our drinks, food atmosphere our food runner Mike and our server Whitney. Definitely will be back😊

My Canadian clients loved my choice of Rush. It was my first time. One of the better burgers I have had. Great staff from greeting to departure. I will be back.

The food was great. Our server was great. The manager was great. The hostess was absolutely horrible. She wasn't pleasant or friendly. At first she attempted to seat my husband and I directly by the front door. I asked for another table given it was very cold that evening. She then sat us at a table that was completely unstable with a benched seat that had a huge dent in it. It was the most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced. As we sat there for a minute, I observed another couple who came in and was sat at a more acceptable and comfortable table. Disgusted by her behavior and not willing to be uncomfortable, we approached the hostess stand and asked for another table. We asked to be sat in the same area that the couple who arrived AFTER us sat in. She proceeded to tell us that they had a reservation to which I quickly responded, "we had a reservation as well." Needless to say, that went nowhere. I spoke with a manager who quickly addressed the situation and sat us appropriately. Though the situation was handled immediately by the manager, I will not dine at Rush Street again. The hostess treated us in a very unfair and unjust manner reminiscent of the 1940s. I'll just leave it there.

I had the hummus appetizer and a side Caesar salad for dinner. The hummus was excellent, but the Caesar was just average. The dressing didn’t taste much like traditional Caesar dressing and it didn’t seem to be freshly made.

I wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic or first date as the noise level was really too loud to carry on decent conversation.

Fun, Fast, neighborhood tradition. Love it! I would go back again and again.

Great sweet potato fries and tater tots. A sideCaesar salad was a little pricey for what you got. Enjoyed the turkey burger. Buffalo chicken sandwich was okay but wouldn't want it again. Very active brunch crowd.

One of my favorite places for date night or a night out with the ladies. Has music a light dancing upstairs after nine. Music is great

It was okay at best. The food was not remarkable and the server was almost nonexistent. I won’t be returning.

Went for Valentine lunch, most everything was good except the food wasn't as good this time around. Turkey club bread crust was really hard and I couldn't bite into sandwich. Fish taco had one tiny piece of fish, which was hard to find it was so small. Probably won't eat there again, so many other good restaurants close by to try.

Service wasn’t very good. Waiter disappeared for a while after they brought the food. Didn’t see them again until we finally got the check. Had to go inside to flag them down.

Good martini and other drinks. Good food. Nice and casual with multiple tv screens to watch Olympics and more. Service a little weak. A little noisy. Liked a lot. Too cold for patio but will try another time. Great area to walk around before or after too. Enjoyed.

We were trying to find a place inbetween the valley and Palos Verdes and I literally picked Rush Street off Yelp. Everyone said what a great choice. Food was excellent, service great - nobody rushed us even after dinner was done. Passed a hot party of folks coming in who looked so happy; I think they thought they passed a happy group going out. It's not uber cheap but it didn't matter. The food was fabulous. We all had burger that were perfectly done. I had the sweet potato fries (excellent) my husband an one friend had the chili to start. Our friends wife had a very generous ceasar salad with her veggie burger. We will definitely go back.

Overall good experience

Great place. The first time for the six of us. By 7pm it was pretty noisy. Food was good. Desserts excellent. We liked our server.

I thought the restaurant was participating in Dine In the program and found out upon arrival that it wasn't. My fault, I'm sure. I had a delicious hamburger heaped with yummy ingredients. But I ended up with a hamburger contrary to my diet. I'd hoped for a salad but the menu is, to say the least, light on salads. So, if you're hankering for a burger, this is your spot. If you're looking for something with fewer calories, I'd go elsewhere. Both my friend and I had trouble finding the address because it says Washington and we kept running into Culver Boulevard without finding the restaurant. When management confirms the reservation, it would be helpful to give customers a better idea of location and parking.

We were there on a weeknight pre theater with plenty of time for a leisurely meal. The restaurant was about 1/3 full but the service was slow, even for a leisurely pace. Our server was pleasant but didn't seem to be able to juggle her 3 ordinary tables properly. We had to engage the manager to deliver our bottle of wine which had been set out on the bar counter for a while. When he poured it, he didn't offer a taste but poured a full measure into each of our glasses. That type of full faith in the label must receive reward from the wine producer.

Josh was a great waiter! He made this birthday special with a dessert choice with a candle on top! Bison burger was delicious too.

Food was great, drinks were decent, service was subpar.

Made reservations for a booth on a Tuesday night at 7:00.

2 booths were available but was told they were for "larger parties".

Waited another 40 minutes. Still both booths were open.

Again asked if we could be seated at one. Both the Male and Female hosts were kind of rude. they said "we fill up late".Finally we accepted an outside table. Were shown to the smallest one they had, while there were at least 5 larger tables open.
Reluctantly the hostess allowed us to have a larger table.

As we were leaving , we noticed the booths we wanted, were now occupied by parties of TWO .
WTF ??

Maybe they did not like the fact that we were a mixed race couple ??

Very loud restaurant - there seemed to a be a number of parties going on in the restaurant - hard to tell whether it wants to be a restaurant or a bar.

Love this place. Good food and people.

Great brunch and football

Excellent and generous coctails. Our server was very friendly and able to help our gluten-free friends find appropriate menu choices. Mac and Cheese is to die for!

Love this place! They took our order quickly and food came out fast. We were able to get our friend to the airport on time to make his flight. Service was great!

The design of the building plus the loud music result in an environment where you are literally yelling in order to talk to the other person sitting across from you.
Go here if you like to eat a tasty burger and don't want to talk to the people at your table.

Food was good as usual, lobster and shrimp eggs rolls, delicious!

Time for new desserts, the same ones for a long time!!! How about creme brûlée or apple tartin!

Always a lively spot almost any time. Service & drinks were good but food was mediocre this time around. Buffalo chicken flatbread was dry and not very flavorful. Burgers were a little overcooked and the buns were over-grilled and cold.

I was there with a friend for the World Series game 1 game (Go Dodgers!). Got seated at a table with a pretty god view of the screens. They had some good happy hour specials on drinks, with some limited happy hour food options. It was fairly bus, but not crazy busy. Service was slow but acceptable. (took about 10 minutes to initially have someone wander over for my drink order.. but I was the third to arrive.) Good, but not great and I do feel like it could use a little clean up. It just feels a bit dated in both menu and venue.

We'll be BACK!! Love the atmosphere, menu, and locale. Great place to hang with friends!
