Well what can I say that’s positive? Nothing unfortunately! Awful experience with awful food. Booked well in advance for a7 pm table. Waited until 7.20pm before stayed and 8.20 pm before our good arrived. Ordered a filet mignon , which arrived cold and very undercooked, topped with butter that just wouldn’t melt. Inedible, dry and hard potatoes along with two slivers of hard carrot. As much as I tried I just couldn’t eat it. To their credit they removed it from our bill and offered us free desserts which we declined. Service do slow, very poor. Couldn’t get out fast enough. So disappointing. Wouldn’t return.

Had a long piece of hair with my steak. It took 1.5 hours to receive the food.

Worst dining experiences I have ever had. Reservations for 5:45 pm, seated before 6:00 pm , dinner served at 8:00 pm. Many complaints from tables all around us. Never again.

Cool ambiance with the extra large fish tank, but service was very poor. Took 20 minutes for our waitress to even come by and acknowledge us. Another 15 minutes for her to take our order and get our drinks. Never brought bread to our table while others were seated after us and received food and drinks before. Tough service experience. However, food tasted great. Maybe we just drew the short straw, but probably wouldn’t be back for the price we paid and service we received.

Drink selections was nice. Unfortunately they only have Pepsi products and I hate Pepsi. Waited 25 minutes past reservation for table. Server was super friendly and understanding but the kitchen was very backed up. Very small menu selections. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for any foor after we ordered. Our entrée sat in the window for a long time, the grouper was dried out, the tuna stack plantain chips were hard as a rock. My daughter ordered the kids shrimp and got the adult shrimp dinner. Manager took care of of those 2 entrees. The salads were good. Overall not recommend.

lack of basic hygiene: just incredible to see so much dust on the furniture separating the tables, frightening if the rest of the restaurant is cleaned in the same way... the dishes are also very disappointing and the service goes with it! 2nd visit in 7 years, out of curiosity, and no change. This will be our last visit 🙁

Disappointed. Took 30 minutes to get drinks, appetizer came out before, beer came in a plastic cup, prime rib was well done and dry, everything else was so salty. Waitress was nice and did everything she could to accommodate. RunFish is a tourist tap and we unfortunately won’t be back.

Service was very slow, waited over 20 minutes for a drink and over 30 for salad, was told there was no bread available for the table. Waitress said things were “backed up” because the bar was busy (this was Christmas Day and we had a seated reservation in the restaurant, which was pretty full but not crazy). I had to ask the server twice to check on our salads. An hour in, our food (steak and lamb) arrived undercooked and lukewarm (the accompanying veggies were cold). I asked for a manager and we left without eating. Very disappointing.
