Awesome as Always!!
food and service was great great for a date found entres to be very expensive
Paco continues to run the best on the Island. Rudy and Paco's is our go to restaurant when we are in Galveston. Always delightful. Always good food.
Rudy and Paco’s was excellent. I totally enjoyed it. I'll be eating at Vargas (Paco’s other restaurant) for dinner tonight and am looking forward to that tonight.
4 at our table. The service - top notch! They delivered all 4 salads at the same time. Delivered our food hot at the same time. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed our evening dining at Rudy and Pecos! Highly recommend this restaurant. We plan to return to celebrate our friends 50th wedding anniversary.
Great atmosphere! The place to be seen. Wonderful new restuarant.
Great food & Andy is a fantastic server ! Love lunches here !
Fantastic food and the best service you will ever experience. It’s pricy but I feel that you are paying for the total experience here and not just the food.
Great as always! Our go to spot any time we are in Galveston!
Our dinner would have been much more enjoyable had there but been an unruly 3 year old nearby. Fine dining and young kids did not mix well.
We were impressed not only by the food but the excellent service. Nicole was our server. She made us feel special and saw to all our needs. She and her other servers were a pleasure to watch. They were so professional and skilled. All of our food was delicious. You had us guessing what spices were in each dish. We are in the food business and love when we find such a food gem as your restaurant.
Amazing!!!!!!! Shared salad and an entree and it was still so much food. It was perfect! Will be back soon as it is going to be my new favorite place to celebrate special occasions!
We celebrated our anniversary here. The food, service and ambiance were perfect for this special occasion.
The food was amazing. Waitstaff was on point on every aspect of our dinner.
Beautiful experience. The only setback was after making a reservation at the beginning of the week, we were offered a table next to the kitchen door. It was our first time at this beautiful restaurant thanks to our kids generous gift card at Christmas, so we were a little disappointed at where we were seated, however the meal, wine, and service were impeccable! Thank you!
Bread and red snapper were the stars. Potatoes had no flavor.
This is THE BEST restaurant in Galveston and maybe Houston!!! The food is just amazing and the service is a 5 stars! Wine selection is awesome!!! is a great fine dining experience! make sure you have reservations and pants for the gentleman! there is parking just across the street! The owner is always there and he is really nice and friendly!
We were greeted by Paco who introduced himself to us and made us feel very welcome. We had the Chilean Sea Bass which was absolutely amazing. We will definitely make this a must place to have dinner when we are in Galveston from now on.
Lovely evening, prices a little high. But we're noticing all priced high in Galveston.
Awesome experience.. great service ... good food and drink ... cozy
My family at here two years ago and we’re blown away by the food and service. We returned with high expectations and were disappointed. The food quality dropped and our wait staff was not friendly. Sure they presented the dishes in unison and made a cool show of shaking drinks, but that doesn’t make for great service. Prices are high, exorbitant for the quality. Food highlights were the Caesar salad and crab cake. Snapper, grouper, potato gratin, brussel sprouts, crab bisque were all disappointing. Even the bread pudding quality dropped. Hopefully R&Ps had an off night because the experience could have been much better.
Great food and service. Figure $80-$100 per person (dinner and drink) but you get what you pay for...
Absolutely amazing experience! Make sure you order the crab cake appetizer. The owner Paco greeted us when we walked in and spent 10 min with us when we left. Service was excellent. Our waiter Andy made great suggestions. Cocktails were delicious. They nailed everything.
We love this restaurant for special occasions and are never disappointed. A special place, pricey but worth it. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants.
Took wife there for romantic birthday get away. Awesome food and service.
We went here for our engagement dinner and it was amazing! Great wine list and very romantic!
Perfect every time! We love to sit at the best Bar in town to dine!
Rudy nd Paco’s never disappoints! The level of service and attentiveness is unmatched and the food is out of this world! If you are looking for a complete dinning experience with an amazing atmosphere then do yourself a favor and make a reservation!
We have been to Rudy and Paco's many times. It is always great!
Fab pre Mardi Gras Ball evening with the love of my life
Wonderful dining experience. We enjoyed the hospitality and the amazing service. Our server Becca was simply wonderful, one of the best ! And Paco is so warm and personable. Will be going back very soon!
It was a most wonderful experience. The food and service always meet expectations.
The food was wonderful. Excellent spicing of the fish and well cooked. One of the best meals of our trip through Texas
Food was good, but not quite as good as on previous visits.
Great experience as always. Little pricey but outstanding food and experience.
An amazing place and wonderful family owned restaurant with a 5 star menu and a 5 star experience. A must go!!
Rudy and Pacos better than EVER. Tomahawk Prime Ribeye perfectly grilled....perfectly sliced and served
by Paco Vargas in person. My wife’s BIRTHDAY was again made all the more special by Paco, his family, his staff and our server. Food costs are very high and that may lead some to comment on prices, Paco counters that with an Extremely Well priced wine list that has at least two or three specially selected and priced wines. The Gulf Coast ceviche, a guarded “family secret recipe” I would personally love to have, was the best ceviche I have ever tasted. Perfect starter, perfect steak, perfect accompaniments, perfect Birthday desert for my wife, perfect wine and after dinner drinks, spotlessly perfect service. What more needs to be said. Do not miss this dining experience any time you are in or near Galveston!
We were greeted and treated like family — what a wonderful dining experience. Thanks, Paco! Food and cocktails and ambience were perfect.
