Eaten there twice...great food. The seafood dish was excellent. They gave us a wonderful 56th anniversary dessert.

We have celebrated our anniversary here for several years now and it doesn’t disappoint. We both had the 4 course dinner with wine pairing and it was fabulous. We will definitely be back next year. Thanks for continuing to make it special.

We went for my significant other’s birthday, and from start to finish, the service is just lovely. Friendly server, highly responsive wait staff refilling water, every request handled graciously and with ease.

The food was also amazing. I hate to admit it but I’m somewhat difficult as I have a few food sensitivities, but each one was met with, “that’s not a problem, I’d be happy to make sure we accommodate that,” which is great. Everything came out cooked as promised, with small modifications as needed.

Overall, so grateful for nights out at places like this, 10/10 would recommend for a special dining experience.

Upscale food and prices. But well worth it if you can. I'm a simple food person so there aren't as many choices for me but I found a few super delicious options even for me - the Yamma Mamma meatloaf with mashed potatoes, tempura onion rings, and some greens was delicious as you can see from my empty plate. The appetizer was Mongolian Beef wonton tacos and was amazing. The salad I got had hearty greens and a very light dressing and was okay but not my favorite salad. The lava cake style souffle with ice cream is a must have. The service is impeccable. Check online for prices before you go because it is pricey, but worth every penny

Our visit to Roy's turned into a HILARIOUS WONDERFUL ABSOLUTELY MEMORABLE evening. We were so thrilled to meet Diva (GM), Evan, Jason (Executive Chef), Masson (our awesome waiter) and the many other staff working at Roy's that night. We LOVED our time there and wished we could visit EVERY WEEK ! The staff were working and giving EXCELLENT customer service to us, and others that we knew who were there for a large party. We hope to see them all again whenever we get a chance to get back to Waikiki. We definitely have already recommended Roy's Waikiki to our friends after telling them the story of our AWESOME night at Roy's.

This was the last night of our vacation and we have on a number of occasions saved the best till the end i.e. Dinner at Roys. It’s not inexpensive but the service and more importantly the food makes it good value.

The noise level in dining room was so loud that you couldn’t talk or even think. Our ears were literally hurting when we left. We would definitely not go back to this location. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. The ahi was delicious.

The noise level at this restaurant is ALWAYS far above what could be considered comfortable. Many children, many of them screaming and adults literally yelling to be heard at their tables make the dining experience less than adequate. The food and service are excellent however.

It was my first time at a Roy’s restaurant and it won’t be my last. Everything we ordered was delicious. Loved the ambience and our waiter. We even ordered dessert, the chocolate soufflé. It was out of this world.

We arrived promptly for our reservation but ended up having to wait 10-12 minutes for our table to be ready. We were quickly served chilled edamame and water and greeted by the GM, Diva. She was charismatic as very knowledgeable, already aware we were celebrating and wanted to make sure we had a good time. She told us about all the special menu items and made recommendations for every portion of the menu. We started with a ahi roll that came out lightning fast and was delicious. The beet salad followed which was small but also very tasty and not too overdressed. We then had the trio of Fish; salmon, Opah and Mahi all of which were cooked perfectly. The Salmon was my husband’s favorite, grilled with pickled veggie and the Opah with the ginger miso glaze was mine. We both equally loved the macadamia nut crusted mahi. A Hawaiian classic. Our last dish was the seafood “Mac n cheese” which was a bit disappointing, only because for $52 I expected a bit more lobster and the orzo pasta was nothing to rave about. Good, but not great. That said, the service was wonderful. My glass of water was always full and there was always someone coming by to check on us.

Wonderful meal, great seafood offerrings on the menu. Really enjoyed the crabcake appetizer and the seafood entrées. Just wish the dessert options were more enticing to us. Good service, noise level can be a little louder due to the closeness of the tables and groups having reservations. Will go back on my next trip.

We always enjoy coming here - we like to sit at a table outside and get a variety of pupus And drinks for dinner. The crab cakes, spring rolls and short ribs are excellent. Service is always great.

All the servers were extremely nice and wonderful at their jobs. The food was amazing as usual and a small little cake complementary of the restaurant was the perfect little touch to our anniversary dinner. The chocolate soufflé is absolutely to die for and takes 30 minute to prepare. Our waiter was really well prepared and came ahead of time to let us know this and let us order ahead of time so we didn’t have to sit around waiting.

白身魚のパン粉焼き(ソース名忘れました)が今まで食べた白身魚料理の中で最も美味しかったです!ペアリングのワインも最高でした。前菜も最早前菜のレベルではないです!最高!お財布さえ許せばまた行きたいです♡

Food was excellent.we started with bao buns & a great field green salad. Richard had the chef tasting menu that had a 3 course app of rib/shrimp/spring roll.followed by macadamia crusted swordfish. Dessert was macadamia tart. I had Maki rolls: spider roll/frying fish roll & rainbow poke bowl. For dessert, I had the pineapple upside down cake. Overall an excellent meal.

Roy’s is well known for its cuisine reminiscent of Hawaii. The butterfish with a sweet ginger Beurre Blanc was delicious. The gravy on the meatloaf was rich and quite delicious with mashed potatoes. Despite the very busy restaurant, our waiter was attentive and helpful in making our selections.

Food was amazing. We got the chicken roll with pineapple sweet and sour sauce and beet salad for appetizers. They were very delicious . Followed by the filet mignon and Shellfish Orzo "Mac and Cheese" which we described as the best we ever had in those two categories. They were both in the 50$ range but it is worth the money!!! Expect this dinner to be for a special occasion. No dress code but people appear to wear casual nice vacation attire.
