Delicious food served by a very knowledgeable, attentive staff. The meal presentation was attractive and led to a very delicious experience.

Service was extremely slow. Took ~45 minutes from the time our salad plates were cleared to the time our entrees arrived. The manager on duty was largely uninterested and unapologetic. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The restaurant was extremely busy. We were a table of two and virtually invisible. After 30 minutes of no service we ordered drinks and asked for some bread. The server brought edamame about 15 minutes later. Our food arrived lukewarm. The manager who walks around greeting tables stopped by about 5 times. Too bad he wasn’t a server! Overpriced for the quality and poor service.
Would not go back.

Love their Mai Tai's. Strong yet tasty! Wife loves the 1988 cocktail. We recommend the Canoe for Two, a delicious assortment of Hawaiian appetizers. The Caesar salad is particularly tasty with it's blue cheese dressing. The lobster bisque could have been creamier. But the chocolate soufflé was a great finish. Jacob, our waiter, was attentive but not overbearing. Love watching the sushi chefs prepare the appetizers.
The Flowers Chardonnay was a wonderful compliment to our Asian flavored meal.

We went there for the Monday prix fixe. Had terrific service as usual. This is a great deal and our friends had never been to a Roy's and they really enjoyed it.

Roy's advertised on e/mail a steak dinner w/free lobster tail .. so we decided to go for it. We dine at Roy's fairly often (mostly for special occasions) and find it consistently excellent. I had the filet mignon and John had the rib eye .. both were exactly as ordered, medium, and they were excellent. The lobster tail was a wonderful addition, we both enjoyed this very special treat. Look forward to returning soon.
