Amount of food was too small. Even with three appetizers we ended our lunch hungry. It was my birthday but they did not offer me any cake with candle or wish me happy birthday (I mention my BD when I did reservation). Nothing. I did not like my waitress, she looked too arrogant to me. The bathroom was dirty. It was our first visit of Roy's and probably the last.

Roy's is one of our favorite restaurants, however this time was not good. The service was great but food was cold when it was served. I ordered my steak medium well and it was raw. Not a good experience this time.

We chose Roy's to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed. We arrived at our table to discover a Happy Anniversary card from the restaurant. The host and our server (Kim) both offered anniversary greetings. To top off the evening, we were treated to a complimentary dessert from the pastry chef and a keepsake photo at our table. Our dinners were absolutely delicious, paired with wines per Kim's recommendations. Attention to just a few simple things to recognize our occasion made the evening memorable. Thanks to Kim and the staff at Roy's. We'll be back.

The service was great, but the food was bland, flavorless, and extremely small for the price. NOTHING like the Roys’s in Hawaii. Was very disappointed.

I took my husband here for his 65th birthday. We usually get the seafood, because it's known for it. However, I ordered the rack of lamb and it was the most delicious lamb I have ever eaten - ever!!! My husband enjoyed his trio of seafood dishes as well. The card waiting at our table and taking our picture was very nice and thoughtful as well as his complimentary dessert. I had a chocolate martini for dessert and it was amazing. We love Roy's for happy hour, both the food and the cocktails. We had a really wonderful time. We've always enjoyed Roy's, but this time was the best. And we've been to the two on Oahu as well as the one in San Diego. There's no view at the Chandler Roy's, but the staff and food made up for the lack of view. Great job everyone at the Chandler Roy's! We'll be back!

We were looking for a close-to-home, low-fuss, low-key option for our Anniversary dinner and Roy's delivered! Great food in a quiet and understated atmosphere with attentive staff. The menu had some nice variety and unique takes on old favorites that were well executed. Will definitely keep Roy's in mind for our next special occasion dinner.

We've dined at Roy's many times over the years. On this past visit, I found that they were not operating at the level of excellence we have experienced in the past. While our server was excellent and well versed with the menu and wine selections, she seemed to be overloaded with tables or constantly running into a backed up kitchen to check on orders. We didn't have contact with her as much as needed. My wine glass stem was dirty and sticky. I'm not sure if that was a result of the bar with sticky fingers preparing other drinks but it took forever to get someone's attention to pour my wine into a clean glass. I wasn't asked about a wine refill till I was almost completely done with my entree. Everything was slow out of the kitchen.

The entree - Baramundi I tried was swimming in volcano sauced which was a bit off-putting and my husband's butterfish was dried out.

I am hoping this was just a bad night and not indicative of a decline in quality at this location. Because we have had so many wonderful meals here in the past- we will give them another try in the future.

Dion was our waiter tonight and did a great job. Just stopped in for a bite and to enjoy the $30 off $50 deal they had. I had stuffed chx for first time since I have had almost everything else on the menu. It was as good as anything else I've enjoyed there.

Roy's is generally good. Just really pricey for what you get. We only visit if we have a substantial coupon AND gift cards. It was almost empty this past Saturday night at 7 pm... They would do well to lower prices, increase portions and expand the menu. More seafood variety and options to prepare - grilled, blackened - more fresh veggies too!! We eat healthy and everything here is dripping in sauce or butter - have to scrape it all off to try to actually taste the food.

We didn’t have Thanksgiving plans and Roy’s had a couple openings in the early afternoon. The service and food were fantastic. The holiday menu had something for everyone. We chose the lobster bisque for appetizers and chocolate torte with raspberries for desserts. My husband had the traditional turkey meal. My son had the filet mignon and I had the Hawaiian-style butterfish. Yum, yum & yum. There were a number of other selections you could choose. We would definitely go there again for a special occasion or everyday dining.

The food was good and the service was excellent. I already have plans to go back.

I had the butterfish which was cooked perfectly. The dish as a whole was a bit too sweet for my liking but good. I actually enjoyed my husband’s swordfish dish a lot. The Maui Wowie salad was okay and the sushi we ordered was fantastic.

Had the prix fixe dinner ($30) with lobster add on ($10). Lobster pot stickers and crispy spring rolls both excellent. Salmon and short ribs great. Chocolate lava dessert is killer. Inside is fairly quiet. Patio has heaters and is quite comfortable though there is road noise from Ray road. Have eaten in several Roy’s including Hawaii. Excellent as always.

This is my third or fourth visit to this Roy's. Past experience has always been great. This visit not so much. I think perhaps they were short staffed? It was a Friday night 6.15pm. We were seated immediately, but it was quite a while before we were even brought water. After getting our appetizers, it took a long time to get our meal and even longer to get dessert, even though we put in order for dessert when our entrees came. My filet was not very tender and it was slightly overcooked. My daughters meal was great she said. I don't know if I will return to this Roy's. Also, we were here for my daughters birthday, which was noted in my on-line reservation and a card was on our table reading "Happy Anniversary"!!
