We had the opportunity to sit at the “Chef’s” table or shelf. We watched as the staff prepared all the food, and it made us hungry just watching. All the food we ordered came gradually with the exception of samples we were offered.

This is a great restaurant, and the chefs and their assistants were wonderful and provided us a great experience.

Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable experience.

We had a wonderful dinner; however, we were in the small room and the noise level was SO LOUD!
The waiter apologized, but in order to hear my husband, I had to sit as close as I could.

Very long wait for food, did not fill eater glasses till we asked toward the end of the meal. Kit hen seemed slammed. Food was really good except for my husbands salmon which was way over cooked.

Not sure I can write a rave review for this restaurant. Although tasty, food seems overprice. Also was extremely cold and noisier than I would have liked. Think I will look elsewhere next time.

Our delicious appetizers and entrees were prepared fresh to order. In fact, we had to order our dessert, chocolate soufflé, while we were eating our dinner because it was prepared fresh. The food from start to finish was absolutely delicious!

Excellent time had by all. The food is outstanding, with some very "special" dishes.
The seafood Trio is a really good choice.
Highly convenient location.

I think the ambiance was good, but could be improved with better lighting..........our table and some others were a little dark. Also, the staff and service was fine, but they seemed to have a hard time getting "around" the table, to take orders, deliver drinks, meal etc. So a suggestion would be to have better table arrangements if that would improve the staff logistics.

Food and service about as good as it gets in this area!
However, you cannot hear anyone talk at the table it’s so loud. Energetic is great at the bar area, not for eating and socializing.

Clearly everything was going wrong this night, the waiter said. The waiter was a big problem himself, let us sit for 50 minutes without stopping by! But when brought to the attention of the manager and the manager didn't help? Ok, the next day the manager has my reservation, email and phone number and no call??

We have a very nice dinner. The food was wonderful as usual! However, the waiter was not attentive at all. His shirt had stains on it and we could see his under garments in the back. We received the bill and we used a 25.00 email credit as well as we had 3 gift cards that were given to me as a Christmas present because we had our company Christmas party at Roy's. The server told us we could only use 1 of the first cards...they were only 20.00 each. We paid the bill without argument because we were treating another couple and didn't want to make a deal out of it. We went to the manager who told us that we could have used all three gift cards. The server needs a lesson in how to dress and what customers can do in paying their bill!

In a restaurant with this price point (pricy) I expect a higher level of service and we certainly didn't get it. Our server did not check back to see about a 2nd cocktail before dinner, he didn't check back to see if we were pleased with how our steaks were prepared, didn't come back to see if we wanted a 2nd glass of wine with dinner. When we were served dessert, however, they tried to clear table before anyone was finished. There are too many other good restaurants in Naples..unlikely we will return.

We were seated in the main dining room and it was so loud that we asked to be moved to the patio. After that it was a great experience. Entrees were a little slow to come out but with no complaints from us our waitress gave us a comp dessert!

I had the mussels with coconut and curry sauce a and they were delicious but an hour or so afterwards, I had a bad gastric reaction that lasted 2 day. I've become good friends with the wrong kind of throne.

We’ve been to Roys a number of times, including their Valentines Day dinner. Last time, it was very special. There was a special menu and all things romantic. This visit was just dining. We were seated at a table in the middle of others. I had requested one out of traffic due to a hearing impairment, but wasn’t seated as asked. Since the restaurant was busy, our server seemed hurried. We did ask for their special edemame snack and were told “not tonite” due to Valentines Day. Our food was good, there just wasn’t any special feel like last time. We discovered several other restaurants on our visit. We will probably return to them next visit.
