Went to Roy's in Harbor East on The Charm'tastic Mile for a business lunch and enjoyed the Beef Short Rib Lunch Plate for $20.00 per person you can indulge in the "Brand Slam Business Plate" Entrée with Soup, Salad, Pineapple Fried Rice & Cookies. It has to be one of the best lunch deals in the city. The staff was friendly, attentive & professional. Craig was down-to-earth but very professional I will recommend him again as my waiter. Ask for tables #15 or #25 they are the best tables in the house.

Not sure what happened in kitchen... been waiting over an hour for our dessert. Everyone around us got theirs... I never complain about anything... waiter very nice but kitchen in chaos.

Awful experience. A three course prefix meal took THREE HOURS. Food was left under heat lamps for so long my sauce had a film on it. My dessert was completely raw on the inside (no, it wasn’t the soufflé), and no one acknowledged any of the problems. Glasses of wine took forever to get, our server avoided us given the uncomfortably long wait for food, and though we told the server it was a birthday, no candle was put in the dessert.

This is probably the 25th or so time we have eaten at a Roys, including Oahu and Maui. We have eaten at Roys Baltimore about 5 times but it has been several years. The menu was fantastic and the food presentation was beautiful. While the taste was good, it lacked the subtle greatness that it once had. It was all there but not quite what it was. Never thought we would say we were disappointed at a Roys but it was like having a great chefs recpes but not the chef. The exception seemed to be “the canoe” appetizer plate. There were three of us. There were three of us and among us we had the NY Strip with mushroom reduction and lobster Mac and cheese, the Misoyaki Butterfish and teh Classic Four. We had the Melting Soufflé for dessert. It was all very good but not quite what it was. BTW, our WaitStaff “Mo” was fantastic.

Roy's has incredible food, and you pay the price for it. However, beyond the food... the service is impeccable. Not in the sense of a pretentious experience, but in authentic genuine service. Even the busboy knew the menu inside and out. I'd say this was the best service we've had in a decade. Everyone in our party of six remarked separately that our waiter was the best waiter we've ever had. The food was excellent as well. Unlike a lot of upscale steak houses where the price is simply a markup for branding and a clientele on a business Amex... this is truly pricing which translates to food quality. The duck app was a bit chewy, if you want me to prove I can be critical. But the entrees were flawless. Good job, Roy's.

The service was great, however the food was mediocre at best. I’ve been here before years ago twice & was pleased with the food but this time I ordered a shellfish plate & my lobster was over cooked & scallops were undercooked! My husband ordered a Caesar salad that had barely any dressing & his stuffed chicken was bland. The only thing I enjoyed was my lobster bisque & mango mojito.. but overall for those prices, I won’t be back

A late Valentine’s Day for us. This has been a favorite for years. We came early for the happy hour and enjoyed the Hawaiian Martini and Mai Tai. Great as were the potstickers and sushi roll. Main course was the Moroccan Swordfish which was so delicious. Many layers of flavor but not over the top. Lava cake completed it. Great job by servers!

An unforgettable evening for our son's 2nd birthday. The entire team, led by Ryan Jones, surpassed even my highest expectations for hospitality. From the delicious amuse bouche to the birthday lava cake for my son to the attentive service, the experience was incredible. Bravo Roy's.

The food was fantastic - especially the butter fish and the crispy chicken spring rolls! And they were so nice about our anniversary celebration and brought us a special dessert! Always love dining here - the food is fantastic and the service is wonderful.

GREAT! This is the only Roy’s with in 350 miles of our home. We always enjoy eating at Roy’s in Hawaii every year. The last trip to Baltimore and eating at this Roy’s was 12 years ago. So we were passing by and decided to stop by for lunch. Open table was great to use. We were 50 miles north and check for availability and booked our Reservation.

We had a great time at Roy's for Valentine's Day. Their Valentine's 4 course menu was a great idea and their Pineapple and Chocolate Martinis were delicious. My Lobster and Filet Mignon Meal was impeccable as well. I can't say enough wonderful things about this yummy Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant. I will definitely be back. :)

We had an excellent experience at Roy's! We sat in the dinning room and the atmosphere was great. Roy's seafood is fresh and everyone at our table enjoyed the food. The server took our picture and put it in a card from Roy's for my birthday, which was a nice touch. Hope to go back soon!

Have eaten at several Roys over the years. I usually get the butterfish. It was moist but seemed over spiced and not very visually pleasing. The mac and cheese side was bland and could have used more cheese . The book Choy was perfect and Canoe appetizers and dessert was ok but the entrees not the quality I would expect for Roy’s and certainly overpriced. The service was very good, attentive. The wine list was good.

We had a wonderful time at this Roy’s location. The manager/partner Ryan was super accommodating and gave us the best experience for my friends birthday.
Our server Hayden was wonderful and I will take fond memories Home with me
