Had a great meal with friends. The portions were huge! Waitress was delightful with one of the most genuine smiles I’ve ever seen. Well recommended.
We visit Royal India late night, after the WOW show in our hotel. It was very clean, quiet and well decorated. The service was good, but the food was excellent; just wish there was a bit more food for the money. We will come back for sure (we understand there is a really nice lunch buffet).
Good, authentic Indian cuisine. Efficient and friendly staff
The Fish appetizer was very poorly cooked. But the entrees were delicious - Baingan Bharta, Chicken Kadhai.
Had the buffet. Food was fresh and tasty! Ambience was nice and the price of 15.95 was totally worth it!
Would go again in a jiffy
I got the goat biryani, it was a little oily but not bad
Excellent Indian restaurant as good as the UK
Wonderful meal. Would go again.
The food is fantastic!!!!!!!
Tiki Masala is the bomb!!!!
Service is Phenominal !!!!
Located in th Rio Casino.
the restaurant was empty when we arrived but the usher was reluctant to seat us in a 4 person booth. YThe service was very slow and we ordered two plates kebobs and goat biryani which was very disappinting. The goat meat was dry and very big bones which were not appropriate for a biryani. I called the Manager a few times but was not available . I was not sure why? Overall the foid was sufficient in quantity but mediocre in taste. The food at Gaylord and service was definitely more upscale than the current establishment.
The food is absolutely wonderful. Great variety as the menu has something for everyone!
Food was fantastic. Service was great. The prices was ok.
Good food and service. Only downside noone knew how to ck me in on open table reservation. So glad someone figured it out.
Great Indian food, the atmosphere was very nice, service was good. A+
Venue was great! We really enjoyed the gorgeous decor - including the chandeliers, sofa chairs and the fancy walls. Would recommend going there just to enjoy Indian food in a upscale, fancy destination.
Food - great. Ordered matar paneer, bhaigan, and naans. We love crispy naans, and they made them like we wanted to. Food was slightly salty, but still better than we would've expected in Vegas!
Only negative was that the restaurant was out of coke when they opened, and we had to keep on waiting for the kitchen to replace the food in the Buffet
This is a wonderful Indian restaurant. Lovely decor, delicious food, great service. Our party (we were three) thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Our only disappointment was the mixed salad we ordered. It was basic, generic, frankly boring. We were surprised because everything else we ordered was creatively and thoughtfully prepared and presented
I thought for my first time Having Indian Food and having the Curry was amazing.the service was awesome and excellent.i would definitely recommend coming back to Vegas to The Royal India Bistro
I took an important business colleague from India here for dinner as he's a vegetarian with limited cuilinary choices. He quite enjoyed the food, it was authentic Indian to him and went over well. Tasted great with the right amount of heat for each of our preferences. Service was prompt, got seated right away, definitely made life easier with hosting business guests from Bangalore and would probably do the same for similar Asian or Middle Eastern guests. Solid choice..
Great evening with an outstanding, authentic and creative Indian entrees, flawless service, and all in a stunning, quiet setting.
Overall great experience. Everything we ate was delicious. Wait staff very polite and attentive.
Great basic Indian food. Service was really poor this time we went. Servers were chastising bussers for not doing their job as we were eating.
Food though was great. Everything was fresh and tasty. If you're looking for big portions, find a buffet. Here they give you fair portions, but boy are they tasty!
Great place with good food
And amazing service. Go for dinner and enjoy the food
We love this restaurant and highly recommend it! I went here a few times back when it was Gaylord's (years ago) and am so happy that it has returned.
Burnt naan, teeny tiny food portion for amount of food you get. Don't go!!
We booked this place for 10.00pm to coincide with the ending of a show. The decor was beautiful and the food was excellent (although far too much) the only problem was that we were the only couple there which made us a bit uncomfortable. I don't know why it wasn't busy as everything was superb, maybe we were just a bit late. But I am still happy to give top marks and wood definitely go again.
Absolutely loved this place! Food was incredible to say the least. Our waiter gave us some great advice as well. Definitely will do again.
Nice menu and wonderful flavors. Just a bit pricier than anticipated from the "$" web site. Do not take the Rio Rewards card, which should be indicated somewhere.
Great Indian food before going to see a show at the Rio. Would recommend this to anyone going across to Rio but if not, it's out of the way and off the strip so I wouldn't come across just for the meal.
Large portions and excellent flavour. All 4 in our party enjoyed everything, including some lovely cocktails
To be fair, it looked good when it was empty with the tables set for dinner. Everything else was dreadful from the total lack of knowledge and skill of the waiter, to the food which was less than marginal, to our wine not coming until we were finished with a ho-hum salad...drink was our only salvation!! Then arrived the lamb kabobs which were truly terrible and unappetizing in the extreme! What happened to beautifully cut cubes of lamb filet threaded alternated with lemon wedges and seasoned with great Indian spices and mint?! Oh no. Grainy ground ... lamb? ... shaped as little footballs presented plain on the plate. I would never go again!
Overall very good food and service. Their signature drinks were not great, but their samosas and generous portions made up for it. It was a bit strange to have to order rice a la carte, but we did fine with their yummy garlic naan.
Really good, tasty, authentic
Tried their biryani. It was very good.
We wanted a pre-dinner show and we all love Indian cuisine. The choices on the menu are normal but the preparation and tastes was delicious. We asked for some dishes hot and some medium and they got them all right. Would definitely go back.
Nicest curry, great value, good service. Will definitely visit again in future.
My meat was cold and hard,no flavor. It seems like they served it ones and I got it on second turn. At the best it was over cooked and very dry. My wife's sea food was very dry. The was nearly empty, but the waiter no where to be found.
Really authentic Indian food with various north Indian Dishes. i really liked the chicken tikka masala and the samosa Chat. a very clean place and the staff is also very courteous. We went to dinner and i liked their various beers and wine list. I will certainly go back there next time i am in Las Vegas.
Happy with our dinner here. Our reservation was noted and we were seated right away. Menu was predictable, with plenty of vegetarian options if that's what you're looking for, and our food was well prepared. Service was timely, and attentive. We especially liked the tandoori prawns. Our initial reaction was that the menu was overpriced but - hey! this is Las Vegas and everything is overpriced.
The brunch was delicious! All you can eat at an affordable price. The chicken curry was my favorite.
We visited this restaurant looking for a Chicken Tikka Masala which tastes like one you would get in England. Although it didn't taste like that, the onion bhajis and garlic naan bread was delicious! These two items were reasonably priced, but unfortunately the chicken tikka masala was outrageously over priced at $23.
The food was pretty good, but it was far too expensive for what it's worth.
