Always drove by this place and wanted to try it. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine and I was not let down here. Our party tried a number of different items from traditional to hibachi-type and sushi. Waiter was attentive, helpful and funny. Ambiance was very nice here. I appreciated the partitioned areas of the restaurant which allows the opportunity to feel like you're in a smaller place and not a big loud restaurant.

This was a shot in the dark chosing this place. My husband LOVES sushi and I wanted to take him somewhere nice for sushi for his birthday. The catch was, I wanted his family to join us. We had looked at quite a few other places but no one could accomodate our party number at the time we needed. Im SO glad that we settled on Royal Ginger. The food was AMAZING, the service was great, portions were HUGE and prices were reasonable. We'll be going back, for sure!

We had dinner at Royal Ginger early on New Year's eve. My husband really enjoyed his meal of chicken and shrimp. My dinner was not very hot but good. The waiter was great. He made recommendations, check on us without being intrusive. We will dine at Royal Ginger again.

Was seated promptly and had efficient service for my drink and appetizer order,then my entree. I had the broccoli soya bowl, which was very tasty. It's easy to miss because of being in a very congested area, but worth finding.

The decor is nice, the staff is very accommodating. I'm not sure why the place isn't more busy. We went on a Friday night and the place wasn't even half full. The food was good, no complaints there and the menu diverse enough to suit most people. I did not have their sushi this time but I have ordered it before and it was quite good. I recommend the place.

Went here with family for my birthday. The service was slow... the server was very soft spoken and I'm not sure if we had clear communication. I ordered Japanese Green tea and it was super weak after 10 minutes of steeping. Although after I addressed this with a server, they fixed the issue immediately. The sushi was medicore. I grew up in a viet-chinese family, so I have had excellent pho in the past.... the pho they serve here was not clarified and lacked flavor.

They did however serve a delicious chocolate lava cake complimentary on the house for my birthday. I would not go here again. It was okay, but there are better restaurants in central Ohio.

Food was moderate, nothing special than a regular chinese restaurant. Did not even know who our server was.

Every time in order their sushi it is always great!!

We love Royal Ginger! Imaginative Sushi and Asian Food. Everything made fresh and delicious.
Health conscious options: brown rice, steamed veggies and Tofu, etc. Something for everyone!

We enjoyed our evening at Royal Ginger! What a great find in the midst of the mass of Polaris chain restaurants. The food was beautiful and creative, and delicious, too. Great service, notable happy hour specials, and a gentle, muted decor and ambiance all added to the experience.

My family and I eat Royal Ginger at least once a week. We've had sushi all over and it is handsdown the best anywhere. HOWEVER, the service is, and always has been, awful. The staff turns over frequently yet never improves. We keep coming back for the fantastic food but get punished every time due to the service or lack there of. Go eat there but be ready for unknowledgeable staff and unrealistic wait times.

I took my partner out for his birthday. I was searching for "best sushi in Columbus" and this place came up. Truly amazing sushi. We needed some help and the server was so kind and patient with us. She gave great recommendations, including what Sake to guy and which ones were cold and hot. I can't wait to go back, even if it's not for a birthday dinner.

We really love this place because of the variety of options available. My wife and I love it for a sushi date night, and my whole family loves it for the options (Chinese, Thai and Sushi). It's in a very convenient location in Polaris, and we always have good service. The ambiance and decor is very nice as well.

Food was good, but service was lacking. Took forever to get drinks, and service went downhill from there. One person's main dish wasn't served. Hard to get water. Asked for clean plates, and those took a long time. Restaurant was nearly empty, but server took forever to get anything for the table. Restaurant needs to hire more wait staff and train them more professionally. The related Royal Ginger on Lane Avenue and the Blue Ginger are much better restaurants.

I love this place. The food was great. Service was impeccable. Wonderful all the way around.

Went there for V-day. Was pleasantly surprised with 50% off wine & alcohol. Definitely will be headed back as the service & sushi were great!

It was our first time at Royal Ginger, and we went on a Valentine's adventure whim. It was a great time - food was good, server was fun, and an overall great night.

We didn't know anything about the place so Valentine's Day was our first experience. Excellent service. Duck and ceviche were very good.
