Overall, amazing first experience here. Spencer took great care of my wife and I - and was super attentive with great recommendations. Lobster escargot, sushi roll, scallops, and prime rib were all delicious. Cap off was the chocolate soufflé which was just enough to share so not to be too decadent.

Only ask is the location we were seated which was right behind the sushi and sake bar outside so the noise traveled to us in spurts and was a bit detracting. But the manager stopped by and everyone was very accommodating. Will be back!!

We have been regulars at Roxy for about fifteen years. The food is excellent and Albert is our favorite server. He always provides exceptional service and goes out of his way to make sure everything is top notch

The Roxy always comes through with a great meal and experience. Had a new appetizer flash fried calamari which was very good (not oily) and an excellent filet . Excellent.

They advertise 102 martinis. So why not hand the martini list over with the wine list that was given right at the beginning? It took quite a while to get waited on, so I was not about to ask for the martini list at that point. and then wait for the waiter to go get it, and then wait again for him to take our order after I perused it.
In a nutshell, service was slow. I believe customers should be acknowledged and given a chance to order a drink right away - sets the tone and takes the edge of the day off. Slower service between courses could be forgiven if things started out efficiently.
Our waiter was pleasant even after my minimal verbal abuse; I think he's probably used to criticism. Food was good. I liked it better than La Strada and Ruth's Chris.

Always enjoy eating at Roxy's..never disappointed. Food on presentation on point. Great service and friendly. Attention to detail. Celebrated our anniversary and they remembered and brought us a glass of champagne. Love the atmosphere, ambience and overall feeling in this restaurant. It's always on our list now when we visit Reno. Can't wait to return soon.

Waiter treated us like we were not worth his time. Old Fashioned came with crushed cubed ice and a STRAW. steak and asparagus were mediocre as well as the golden potatoes. Will not be coming back.

We had a early reservation and had a space all to ourselves. Food was great, service was great. Loved the lobster bisque and the scallops!

Our server, Albert, was great. Very personable, attentive, but not imposing. I had the Roxy ribeye, and my fiancé had the prime rib. Both were delicious. We highly recommend Roxy!

Lamb chops, rib eye, and spicy shrimp all delicious. Alot of tasty martini choices at happy hour pricing until 6:30 pm. Very attentive service. Side dishes and escargot very lacking in taste. Potatoes close to burnt. Way overpriced for not a fully enjoyable meal.

Great service my water glass never got lower than half before it was refilled and the bread server was great always made sure we had plenty of bread the food was fantastic and service was even better

A hard comparison for us. We had been used to the steakhouse at Harrahs. We were seated on time but 30 minutes before we got pre meal bread. Meal came at 8 pm., an hour after we were seated. Food was fine tho not exceptional. Just not what you expect from a top steak house.

We enjoyed a cocktail before our reservation time and the hostesses were very accommodating with our seating. Food was excellent and the wait staff were friendly and prompt without rushing us! Well done!

We enjoyed our meal at Roxy together as usual. Our waiter, Albert, helped to make our dining experience even better. He is so helpful, and witty without being intrusive. Our needs were always promptly taken care of. We look forward to our next visit at your restaurant!

This restaurant was exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to take my wife out for our anniversary!!! Great food, perfect menu. Not too big, not too small. Our waiter Donald was absolutely great. If nothing else we would return for the extremely wonderful service Donald provided!!!

We’ve been in several times over the years. The food is consistently good. Bread and dessert are consistently great. Prices are what you’d expect. We had Filet, ribeye and scallops all very good, but nothing takes it over the top.

Food: lobster escargot, humungous lamb chops and chocolate soufflé was, as always, fabulous. We were well served by Albert and the ambience continues to be at a high level in spite of virus restrictions. Thank you.

Have gone to Roxy’s for years. The food and service is always wonderful. We had a family celebration there three years ago and everything was perfect. Would highly recommend it.

Food was excellent. The waiter made martinis shaken at the table. Perfect!! From the bread girl to the pastry chef the flavors were delectable. The soufflé melted in our mouths. A memorable evening out!
