Reliable dinning experience.
Wish they would invest in an espresso machine so that patrons could enjoy a real cup of espresso, but we'll be back. Experience was great.
It was a great time with my friends. It was my wife's birthday and I was able to order flowers for the table, and our server was awesome. Worth the money!
Attentive waitress and busboy. Excellent food presented in an attractive manner. Amount of food was generous without being too much. Can't wait to go back!
Rovezzi's is amazing. Every time we dine there the wait staff are wonderful. We had Kelly this time and she was great! Chef
Rovezzi makes the most delicious gluten free pasta! Also the regular pasta is homemade and my husband loves it! Don't forget to get the Brussel sprout salad! Trust me you won't regret it! I love theat they will accommodate my gluten free lifestyle. Highly recommend this restaurant!
I loved it. What great food and, warm, genuine, staff. I wish you were open for lunch and I wish you were closer to Cambridge, MA where we live. But we will be back.
This was not our first visit to Rovezzi's and it won't be our last. The food was delicious and perfectly prepared. The restaurant was very busy, but our server did a pretty good job of taking care of all her tables, including ours. There always seemed to be someone around with more water for an empty glass or asking to remove empty plates. The staff obviously operates well together.
Our meals were vet good. My portion of cod was small, but very tasty. Our waitress Michelle was one of the best. We will be back
Our waitress Chelsea was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted without me having to explain, she had a great approach as a server. Food was excellent as well
As usual excellent food and service. Joey was an outstanding waitperson.
Love how the menu changes so there's always something new to try.
Fantastic as always
Food was awesome and the service was top notch! I will definitely be back again. One thing I would recommend is reserving a table on-line which was supper easy.
Music was good that Friday night but TOO Loud....my friend and I asked to have our table moved away from it to a corner and we were still talking loud. Food was excellent enjoyed the bruschetta, pasta Bolognese and she had the shrimp cavatelli. Creme brulee tasted lovely light but the upper top to the brulee was very hard, like breaking through a layer of ice! I really like the interior of the place, intimate, open and well organized.
AC not really cooling the room. Otherwise perfect. Love the food. New waitstaff very good.
Fantastic dining experience ! Entrees perfectly prepared and Delicious as usual. Service was excellent.
Coming from NY, we've eaten in many very good Italian restaurants, so we do have HIGH STANDARDS. We discovered Rovezzi's quite by accident in 2015 on our way home from Maine . We were SO IMPRESSED with the food last year, we made a reservation for dinner as we were returning from Maine to NY again this year as well. The food was AMAZING both times. The BEST bruschetta we've had ANYWHERE, followed by a DELICIOUS AND AMAZING dinner.
The food was superb, from the Appetizer to the entre', everything was excellent, my compliments to the chef.
We were a little late for our reservation because we got lost. It was our first time dining with you and we are from Belchertown so we weren't familiar with the area. Our daughter recommended Rovezzi's for our Anniversary. Once we found you, the parking was fine. We were seated right away. The food was very good and our waitress was pleasant. All in all it was a very nice experience and we will be back again.
The waitress was very attentive. The dining room was busy but the meals were served on a timely manner but not rushed. There is always plenty of help and we always have a great meal
Some of the best service I have ever received, including at high end fine dining restaurants. The food was spectacular as well. We have definitely found our new Italian restaurant!!
We were celebrating 4 years since our first date. Our delicious meal consisted of the mussels appetizer, scallops with risotto, and veal parm. Excellent dinner!!
Met friends at Rovezzi's for dinner because it is midway between our homes. Food was excellent with attentive service. We definitely plan to meet there again.
All-round good value restaurant. Dined for the first time last week. Service from hostess to our server was attentive, good-humored and efficient. The food was well prepared, very tasty and reasonably priced. Ditto for the wine. We sat at the outside table (there were four of us) and as it was on its own, we had a uniquely intimate meal together. Would happily go back again.
Food was great but Too expensive for what you get.. Could use some new carpet. Tables a little too close. Very noisy
We go here every time we are in Sturbridge, and are always very pleased with the food and service; if we lived closer, we'd go more often. Chef Rovezzi likes to make some unusual dishes, and they are always very good. Last Friday's seared scallops over sausage risotto, and shrimp over corn risotto, were both superb. We asked if we might linger over dessert and drinks, and our lovely waitress was happy to oblige. She even worried that the Port we requested might be too expensive, and wanted to be sure the price was acceptable before serving it (very unusual level of caring and service)!
Having had three wonderful experiences here in the past, we convinced another couple to make the drive with us up to Sturbridge from Connecticut. To our amazement, they were running a 2-for-$22 special -- one appetizer and one dinner for $22 bucks. There were only a few exclusions such as the filet mignon. We all jumped on that offer -- it was simply too good to pass up. Two of us tried the linguini with seafood. Superb. One of us had the crabcake, another had the pesto-stuffed rice balls. Fantastic. One person in our party has a serious gluten allergy. The kitchen fixed him up with a huge appetizer of sauteed calamari with hot peppers and, despite the fact we didn't know we should have ordered the gluten-free pasta 24 hours in advance, managed to prepare him a gorgeous bowl of GF pasta with pork belly. It turns out there's also an option to add a dessert for an extra $5 bucks. One person in our party opted to go for this 3-for-$27 deal and went for the creme brulee. The presentation with raspberry sauce and whipped cream was as professional as all the dishes wish had come to the table before it. Our waitress was attentive without being annoying, and we never once had to struggle to make eye contact when we needed her. Excellent meal, as always, and we will most certainly be back.
The best handmade pasta anywhere. Always a treat to dine here - attentive service, extensive wine list, and incredible menu!
Been there several times. Food always excellent and service always excellent.
We have been here on several occasions. As always food and service was outstanding. Can't of a better way to celebrate my birthday.
Our table was waiting for us on arrival. Our drinks were good as well as the appetizers but the salads where excellent. I had the baby arugula salad with strawberries and sugared pecans with a maple vinaigrette dressing on the first night. Yes the first night! We enjoyed it so much we went back for a second night and on that night I had the Brussels Ceasar salad which was
excellent. The pasta is made on the premises and the red sauce (gravy) was great. The wait staff on both nights were personable and professional. It was a great find for a pair of tourists and we highly recommend it.
We were a part of 4 on a Thursay night, we live about 40 min away and it was our first time dining there. Place was convenient off turnpike. Waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was good and prices average for dinner but, the dining room was small and noisy. When it came time to pay the bill the credit card machine was down and stayed down keeping us there longer than necessary. Probably would not go back.
our meal was outstanding, wine was delicious , the brussel sprout salad was out of this world, loved the experience
Rovezzi's is my 'go to' place when dining out or for a special occasion. Chris and his staff are exceptional; service, ambiance and quality are all excellent. If you haven't tried his chef's counter you must. It is such a great experience; your own chef and all the attention is on you and your party. A great idea. Keep doing what you do Chris and we will all keep coming to Sturbridge for this wonderful experience. Looking for a place to relax, Rovezzi's Ristorante-Sturbridge is the place for you.
Unfortunately the kitchen was very slow and we had to wait almost an hour for our food. I felt bad for our waitress who had to keep apologizing. We were starving by the time our entrees arrived and then halfway through I found a bone in my meatball that chipped my tooth. I'm going to chalk it up to a bad night in the kitchen because we have always had such a good experience in the past. We'll be back again.
I brought my friend Fr. Jack Brennan for his first visit to your establishment. He was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the meal which was done to perfection. If Chris had turned around he would have met us. I always have enjoyed the times at Rovezzi's. By the way Fr. Jack is the Pastor of St. Christopher's in Brimfield and St. Patrick's in Monson.
Great food. A little pricy and extremely loud but the chef provides specials that aren't the usual.
Been to Rovezzis several times. They have changed the menu which is not as easy to follow. It is becoming a little pricey. But the food is excellent, especially the veal parmigiano, meatballs, and bread.
Met friends there and really enjoyed ourselves. First time there and will be going back.
A hidden gem in Sturbridge. Great food and full pour cocktails and wine.
