Roux, the signature restaurant of the four-diamond Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, features an innovate menu with a creative twist. Roux fuses southern comfort with modern sophistication, with dishes inspired by executive Chef Randy Dunn’s grandmother’s kitchen, then spiced with locally farmed ingredients that are all Asheville. A diverse wine list, full service bar and select desserts created in the Roux kitchen complete the experience.
In 2016, Roux and the Hilton received the top annual food and beverage award for overall food experience out of 218 Hilton Hotels & Resorts in the Americas region. Roux is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, which features live music and drink specials.
