fabulous food, ambiance and service!
This was our second time and we were thrilled to be back. Our daughter was in town and we all three enjoyed everything to the fullest. Exquisite food, excellent service. Very nice dinner! Can’t wait to be back
Great restaurant. Food was delicious service was impressive and the prices were fair for midtown NYC. The only detractor was the noise level was high at the height of lunch service.
This is truly my favorite restaurant. Not only is the food delicious but the service complements it perfectly. This is one wonderful restaurant!
I love Rotisserie Georgette! This time only had a light meal as was before a concert. Sorry to miss saying hello to Georgette but plan to go again in May when next in NYC.

The food was just OK the chicken was dry the ribs were a bit cold.
The service was excellent however very attentive! The chocolate soufflé although very small was delish
Awesome from start to finish! Great food and service!
My favorite lunch on the UES! The food, the servers and the ambiance...all top tier!
Superb service; friendly ownership; food always excellent; specials always worth trying; varied wine list
Extra good service.
I love this place. Great service. Fantastic food. Had the Cote de boeuf for the first time and it could be the best steak in nyc. Chickens are glorious.
Consistently good quality food - both comfort foo and healthy options, reliable, pleasant service, good atmosphere.
Rotisserie Georgette was the perfect place to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Service is always great. They make you feel like a guest in their home. Food is always delicious. And a special dessert with a sparkler was served to celebrate the birthdays. One of my favorite restaurants.
Very nice atmosphere. Went here for a quiet Sunday dinner. Good service, pleasant waitress. The menu is far too limited and doesn’t really have a good focal point. Barbecue ribs, and Duckling for two, and a steak are about the only doggie entree choices.
So we were left with a rather bizarre set of choices. The quality of the steak was just average at expensive steak house prices.
Lovely neighborhood gem. Very good bistro food, great Tarte Tatin
Pricey, but the flavorful food is well worth a splurge. Had sea bass from the rotisserie fire. Hope they have madelains on the dessert menu when you go. Scrumptious! Charming atmosphere. Attentive staff. We'll be back.
My favorite midweek French food experience in NY - somewhere between a brasserie and fine dining. I’ve been told the weekends are even more fun!
liked the fact that the owner came by to see if everything was alright and could recommend the home-made ice creams: chocolate and blood orange were wonderful!
Proper correct service that is not obnoxious. Delicious food
Fantastic room & great lighting
The Duck for 2 was perfectly cooked. Although we could not taste the orange.
The tarte tat in’s service is great.
Very nice restaurant for a date night. Cost feel
We had a fabulous first experience....great bar ambiance, wonderful ambiance restaurant, superb food and impeccable and very friendly service. A NY gem!!! We are returning this week.
Was absolutely terrific!
I keep coming back to Rotisserie Georgette. It is a warm, cozy setting that feels authentic. We celebrated a birthday and complimentary champagne was brought to us upon arrival! We then moved on to Vesper cocktails expertly crafted by the bartender. The menu is simply prepared foods with amazing flavors ...just right! A favorite appetizer is the lamb keftes as well as the Salade G of mesclun, frisee, pear, walnuts and lardons. We shared the Double R Ranch Prime Cote de Boeuf ( the most tender meat I have ever enjoyed in my life!), The Smokey Cherry Glazed Baby Back Ribs, and the Poulet Roti with Provencal sauce with a Stuffed and Crisped Baked Potato. Heaven! For dessert try the duo of warm bittersweet chocolate and orange Grand Marnier Madeleines.
Always a good choice to eat here. Great classic French cuisine along with creative spins. Must have indulgence: Crème Brulee French Toast!
Selected this restaurant completely on spec. It was nearby the theater we went to. Food was excellent, service first rate, all around an excellent late night dinner. Be sure and order the roasted carrots if they are on the menu. They were wonderful.
Had a wonderful Birthday celebration dinner with long time friends.
Very noisy. Food mediocre. Had to search for the server.
Everything was terrific! They accommodated me as I recommended to be at a quieter table.
The waiters were so attentive and kind! The food was delicious but their hospitality truly made the difference.
The best mussels ever.
We had the duck for two which was truly amazing....in fact 3 could have shared it. Nice crowd and they are very attentive to your needs.
The poule de luxe was divine, as always. Though we went for Restaurant Week, ended up ordering the special chicken for 2, some sides and the delicious warm tartin. All was fabulous. One friend ate off the Restaurant Week menu and enjoyed that chicken as well. Well worth going when you want a delicious chicken at a lovely location!
I've been here before and truly enjoyed the chicken. Tried the duck a l'orange, which although good, did not measure up to the very high standards of previous meals.
Had a wonderful group celebration in the private dining room. Food was all fantastic, from the appetizers (the Gnocchi and Burrata in particular), to the main courses (Branzino, Duck, Chicken, and Steak were all excellent) to the awesome desserts. Private dining room holds twelve, but we were only 10. Includes windows into the kitchen for a Chef's table experience without the noise and heat.
Such a lovely restaurant. The food is sensational. Lots of opportunity to share dishes. Best chicken and ribs but many more outstanding choices available.
Tellement, chaleureux, on s'est mis à discute avec nos voisins de table et la sympathique propriétaire, Madame Georgette. Merci!
Amazing! Simple ; refined and delicious!
The food was delicious, and the portions were generous...however, I said I would not recommend--maybe I would, not sure---because the dish that both my friend and I wanted to order was no longer available...we did not want either of the other choices on the restaurant week menu. The waitress offered us, instead, the chicken breast, since we had wanted chicken pot pie. I was told that nothing came with it, but that we could order sides. The sides were $10 and $12 each, which is very expensive. I asked if we could be given complementary sides in so much as our choice was sold out, and meat on a plate is just not sufficient, to me, to be called a meal. The waitress said this could be done, and the manager came to ask what he could do. I was very impressed at this point. I told him that we were already taken care of. When the bill came, while we did receive one side, gratis, we were billed for the other one. I questioned this, as no one said that only one of us could have a side, and there were two of us. The owner, Georgette, came up to us, and said that she could not give us two sides, because the chicken normally sold for $29, and we were getting an entire meal for the price.....Isn't that what Restaurant Week is about? I could not argue any more, but we should have been told in advance that we would not each get a side with the main dish. We might not have chosen to order it....then again, we might have, but this was not stated as it should have been. The point is, that while the chicken might actually sell for a high price, how much could 6 carrots, or a couple of potatoes set back the owner? I do not think this was the proper way for them to have handled things. Petty.....Yes, the food was wonderful, but we left with a bad taste anyway. Thank you.
I was disappointed. They changed the restaurant week menu. Instead of rotisserie chicken (their specialty) they had chicken pot pie. Instead of Profiterole (one of my favorites) they had something else. The mussels were ok but I've had better. Same for the French fries (extra cost).
Jubilee has much better mussels and fries. The pate was very good.
Fantastic friendly service
