It's closed still! Made reservation, got there, and it was closed.

I reserved a table here and when I got to the restaurant it was closed . If the restaurant is closed they need to remove it from being a able to reserve a table because I wasted my time and gas . Not okay!

Made a reservation for dinner when I flew into town. Ubered there only to find out they were closed for renovations. You should not be taking reservations for a restaurants that’s not even open

They were closed. I tried to call to confirm my reservation and they never answered. They had a sign that read "Take Out" what a waste of time and gas

They were closed when we arrived for our scheduled reservation.

Host and servers were polite and attentive. They were wearing masks, as we were.
Many of the other customers walked in without masks.
Some loud table in the corner - Father's day celebration?!
The food was tasty and plentiful, a little on the pricey side, but worth a splurge.
The house cabernet was Hess, a favorite of ours.
We would recommend for a fine dining experience if it fits into your budget!

Excellent food and service. Jennifer was great. Awesome caesar lobster bisque lamb shank and stuffed rigatoni. Bought delish terra missou for wife’s bd.

We had a wonderful experience. Food was fantastic, the staff are very professional and attentive.

The food, service and atmosphere was impeccable. Although we were they're last customers, we did not feel rushed. Definitely will be back.

Great selection, excellent service, food was generally quite good as they usually are, but dishes with arrabbiata sauce were a bit salty. Crab cakes were excellent, chocolate gelato was superb. I've been here 15 or so times over the last 10 years. It didn't seem up to the previous standards. I didn't see Rossa, I wonder if she still comes in.

Unfortunately, they marked us as a no-show to Open Table. So clearly not being run to the same standards of efficiency as before.

First time to this establishment. Once seated, the menus were in dire need of repair, as well as the inside decor. Although I did enjoy the ambiance. The food, however, was not bad, but, seemed like it was microwaved and from a can. The prices were also too high for this place. It’s almost as if the owners are failing to put any money into their food and restaurant and spending elsewhere. I would not eat here again as there are better quality establishments elsewhere.

Everything was delicious the waitress was very helpful and the drinks were strong!

First time and last time. Poor service and prices are a surprise at check time.

Date night, no music, planning to listen to music. Friday night, service very weak, food outstanding for the price. Hosted should get a new job, needs to be friendly, Happy and kind that she’s not. Better restaurants around for price and better service.

Our server, Eric, was wonderful. He was friendly, professional, and was never a pest. He answered our questions and made good recommendations for wine and entrees. The food was perfection. Our selections tasted even better than we expected. It was a wonderful evening. We will be back soon.

A very poor experience. Menu looked great on paper, but food was tasteless. Wait staff seemed stretched due to a private party.

We really enjoyed the food and the waiter brought us a little something for our anniversary.🥰

We dined here on a Monday evening, which I recommend because the restaurant is relatively quiet and the service was undistracted, not rushed but well timed. The cuisine was EXCEPTIONAL! I had the special Sea Bass and it was the best I have ever had anywhere and I am 75 years old and have been around the world a few times. The Chef's understanding of nutrition, flavor and texture is beyond what I have experienced in several years. Thank you Chef and Staff for an incredible experience!

Took the family for New Years Eve, as always had a wonderful evening with delicious food and great service.

We lived the Great Food and Service.

Everything was wonderful nice portions good flavor except for when the food arrives it’s very cold. The temperature of my pasta was cold my fish was cold but the flavors were all good service was great beautiful inside staff was wonderful.

As usual, the entire experience was great. We’ve come to Rossas for a number of years for various occasions. Personal and business.

Service was excellent food very good. Noise level high.

It was a nice evening out for my wife's birthday. The food and service were outstanding. The only issue was we had a 6:45 reservation and we weren't seated until 7:30. Things weren't looking great after we arrived but it worked out wonderful at the end.

Had not been there for a while and remember to the food to be amazing and the service impeccable.
This time the food was still great. Service was Ok at best. for the price one would have thought the service would have been rite on, but it was lacking.
Also, very noisy in there for whatever reason. So much we had a hard time hearing the service or each other for that matter.

While service overall was good, there should be two hosts during peak periods to get patrons seated faster. Three parties were ahead of us, but we waited 15 minutes to check in with the hostess.

The noise level in the dining area was excessive, making conversation across the table difficult. Sitting in the bar area would have been better!

Food was delicious!

Way too noisy at 7 pm on a Saturday night. As a table of 4 we had to really raise voices to be heard. Not comfortable at all. Server was pleasant, but the restaurant did appear to be understaffed for the number of guests.
I’m surprised the restaurant hasn’t put baffles on the ceiling, or carpet on the floor, or any of the other techniques that good restaurants use to reduce overly loud dining noise.
Very disappointing.

This was one of the worst dining experiences that I’ve had in a while. We were served drinks and appetizers and my daughter informed the server that something was wrong with the lemonade. It literally took her about 15 minutes to return to the table and say that they’re out of lemonade. My tea was never refilled, and we sat there waiting for our meal. After approximately 45 min, we asked the server if our food was on the way soon. She then states she would be back she was going to check on it. Meanwhile we observed her going to other larger tables and serving them replenishing drinks, etc. She finally returns to our table to apologize and say that she never put in our food order. All of the other tables that were larger parties and came after us
were already being served. She then tells us that she can have our food out within five minutes. I requested to see the manager, at which time another server, Eric, comes over and represents himself as the manager. After questioning him he admits he isn’t the manager, that the Chef is and ask what I want him to do about it. We still have no food, and they were trying to comp us a bottle of wine, which we turned down and then freedessert which we turn down. The server then states that we’ve already spent about $80 but they’re willing to take all $50 so we would just have to pay $30. we literally only had an appetizer, salad, and some tea. I was just looking at him because at this point it’s been over an hour, we hadn’t received our entrees, and they are trying to rush the cold, bland tasting food to us like it was alright. I told him it was not all right and I wanted to speak to the manager. The server bends down and ask what I wanted him to do. I was so angry, I could not even look at him he then goes away and comes back and says that they are going to comp the whole bill. I took offense and was insulted due to the way that we were treated and insinuation that it was about the bill.

It was a fabulous dinner date. The food was amazing and the ambience was fantastic

The server brought us a tiramisu dessert for our anniversary. Nice ambience and good food.

Inexperienced service resulting in a non experience.

Excellent service, lots of room between tables. Food was fresh with large portions. A great place for special occasion.

Great place to eat and reunions, food is delicious and service is perfect. High recommended.. best italian food in the IE.

The service was great in this Restaurant however the meal, Linguine Vongole that I've ordered was quite bland. The food was OK overall nothing to rave about.
