Patrick our bartender was great! Love the old time steak house feel. Steak was good - asparagus awesome!
My girlfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful time! Food was amazing and service was spectacular! Will definitely be coming back!
Great place for dinner! We saw Waitress and this was close to the theater and our hotel. Our waiter, Tony, was friendly and our meals came out of the kitchen hot! Attentive service from the minute we came in until we left!
Terrific service from The moment we entered the restaurant. The calamari was delicious, as was the fish and chips (ale-battered Atlantic cod and fries). A great place to go for a pre-theater menu!
Great location, food was awesome, prices were good. even for NYC.
Poor service & burgers were dry.
Went to a show at Radio City, and we needed a table for 6 for dinner to cater to many tastes and get us out efficiently. This place fit the bill on all accounts. Fish and chips and steak sandwich were ok but Shepherds Pie was hands down the winner of the night.
The food was subservient, the service attentive but not intrusive and the COVID protocols were followed precisely. It was all we hoped for.
This restaurant was super convenient to our hotel and for a pre-show dinner near The Gershwin. I enjoyed the shrimp and scallops risotto and my wife loved the scallops. Our server was very attentive and polite. The ambience is wonderful and the prices are very reasonable for the location.
Rosie O'Grady's is a classic, upscale Irish Pub. It is just lovely for an intimate lunch for couples, a business meeting or a fun evening out with family and friends. The food is consistent and delicious. Our server did not know much about their wine list, however - so you might be better off ordering a Guiness or a whiskey. Had a lovely lunch with my husband yesterday!
Great food! Great service, even got my note in the comments of our reservation that we were there for a birthday and did a cake for us! Thank you!!
Disappointing. Have always enjoyed this restaurant on previous NYC trips. Service was OK, and the environment was fine. But the food was no good. And expensive. We won’t be back.
A classic NY spot! Beautiful, flavorful meals. Waitstaff was fantastic. A favorite.
Great classic ambiance, excellent service, good food
Visiting NYC and wanted to pick somewhere near the theaters. The service was great! Super friendly and welcoming. The food was good; nothing new to write home about but it was good. I’d recommend it for visitors like myself that just want a location with all-around menu options; they have one of pretty much everything (fish, pasta, steak, salads).
Fantastic all around from the staff to the manager, Diego! W3 felt welcome and the food was great!
Excellent spot to eat before a show. Food, service and atmosphere were all great.
Got wrong meal. Took time to fix. Everyone had almost finished when new meal came out. Was good food but pricey.
The food was excellent and a great value for what you get, but our waiter was rude and very slow when the restaurant was virtually empty.
The steak in the French dip was very tough and grisly- only partially edible. I was disappointed because this used to be my favorite dish at this restaurant. I’m not sure what changed but it was not for the better. To be fair, guests seemed satisfied with their meals.
Very good and great food selection even for picky eaters.
We stopped ( we did get reservations) for a pre-play meal. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The food was very good and you could see different groups of people (either fine dining or at the bar) having a great time.
Everyone was very pleasant, efficient, accommodating from host to waiter and waitress!
Friendly staff, very accommodating. I arrived early, was made to feel very welcome. My friend and I enjoyed the food and the service.
Wonderful lunch, the hostess and our server were great! Would recommend highly!
This was the best rack of lamb I’ve ever had. My wife enjoyed the Shepard’s pie as well. Service was excellent- ask for Guri. He took great care of us!
We ate on a day that was 100 degrees and the server kindly provided large glasses of ice water without prompting. There were few customers, probably due to Delta variant. It was very relaxing, comfortable, clean, tasty experience.
Great food. Wonderful service and always a must visit when we are in NYC! As always - the wait staff is the best! 👏👏👏
The food was very good. Our waitress was spot on without being intrusive. Our drinks were ok I like my vodka very chilled but the weather was against us
Definitely would eat here again
We are from out of town & the restaurant is very close to our hotel. I thought the meal portion of the sDay Boat Scallop dish was truly perfect. Little went to waste!!! My partner had the seafood w/fettuccine noodles in marinara sauce. Hers too was just the right amount!!! Thank you for a good evening!!!
Have been here many times. Always good food & service at a very dependable price.
Exceptional and relaxing dinner. Service was seamless.
Excellent experience! We so appreciate the individualized attention we received from the maitre'd , Diego, and our server , Johnny. Very personable, and the food was excellent
Amazing meal. Great service.
The food, service, and ambiance were wonderful! We had a lovely dinner!
The hostess was amazing! So warm and friendly. But our waiter was a total dud and the food unremarkable. It was pricey but I’m not sure what we paid for. Certainly not the service.
Relief from the heatwave inside this classic NY landmark restaurant. Early dinner on a Tuesday so it was very quiet. A generous portion of salmon and mashed potatoes. It could have used a bit more flavor. The dinner rolls were a let down. They were cold and dry. They didn’t ruin the meal. I will always return to Rosie’s
Never disappointed! Staff and food were great. Would recommend this restaurant.
Es la 3ra vez que visitamos NYC y cenamos en este lugar. Relación precio/calidad muy buena
We ended up inside due to rain making the day humid. Very attentive service, the food was good.
