Rose. Rabbit. Lie. at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Ratings and Reviews
thus was our 4th time going to this restaurant. past three were exceptional. 4th time, 10:20 pm reservation. server couldn’t wait to get rid of us. seemed like he wanted to go home? we barely saw him. we observed other customers receiving great service! food was great. service poor. we opted not to have desert and instead finish dinner and get out - go some place else for desert.
I would definitely recommend this place!! Wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere! Our waitress was not only friendly but very knowledgeable when it came to the different cocktails and items on the menu. They had a wonderful cocktail list and creative dishes. I would like to see them have more options on the menu..not that many enticing items for a vegetarian. But the overall experience is one of a kind!
Nothing quite like it. An old-school supperclub with a modern trust. Swirling entertainment, supremely talented musicians, charming staff, exotic concoctions from both bar and kitchen. A lively, heady experience of a meal. Unique twists but not hipstery for its own sake, nothing so out there to scare off the non-foodie. Really, the meal is just one slice of this wild, wonderful pie. The floor (and tabletop) show steals the night.
The ambiance and experience was great with the live music. My favorite items were the crab spaghetti, crab cake, and Apple dessert. I wouldn't recommend the caviar taco- not exciting at all. Bread was okay because it wasn't warm. The agnolloti was okay. The steak tartare was okay. I hated the pineapple dessert because it had too much of an alcohol flavor. Not sweet like a dessert at all.
It’s a must. I’m so glad someone recommended it. We had a blast. The outside is so unassuming and we didn’t know what to expect. Glad we did it. Best entertainment of the trip. The food is good but small portions and somewhat pricey. Eat before you go after all you’re there for the entertainment.
The show happening looked fun but we were seated against the back wall at a wobbly table. My steak was good, but my sisters chicken was not so great. I liked the bar where we waited for our table before we were seated and the service was fine. I would not go more than once.
Very skeptical when we got there, the seating arrangement was kind of odd. But after you settled into the place listen to the music and the great service and the food was amazing. Little pricey but well worth it, food is so flavorful. We highly recommend this place to anybody and deafly will be returning.
Rose.Rabbit.Lie was a dining experience, not just dinner. We were there for 3 hours and enjoyed every bit of it. The caviar tacos were heaven. Patrick was our waiter and he was very attentive. We opted for the tasting menu which I would recommend. I am a pescatarian (no meat only fish) and they modified the dishes so I could enjoy them too. Loved the music, sometimes it got a bit too loud for my tastes. Would definitely go again.
Whether you want a nice Vegas dinner that’s out if the ordinary, or you’re celebrating something special, I highly recommend Rose.Rabbit.Lie. It’s unique, but not so far out there. Their craft cocktails are wonderful. Branch out and try one. I’d also recommend any of their signature dishes, but especially the bite-sized caviar taco. The entertainment was a nice addition. My only complaint is that we couldn’t see the singers and dancers much in the dining room. Yes, it is loud, but not the entire time. Also, Kevin was a wonderful server and did an excellent job explaining the menu.
Although I reserved a table, we were seated right beside the stage which sounds fabulous...unless the band has their back to you; which is exactly what happened. The stage performance is geared towards the rest of the restaurant and not to the area directly in front of it. Very unfortunate. All the singers and dancers played towards the rest of the restaurant. So location was a huge disappointment. Food was good but sparse for the price. I would not recommend this restaurant. Paid way too much for appetizers and drinks and bad seating.
The hostesses are extremely unfriendly...they almost make you feel unwelcome. They sat us in the worst spot. Our waiter on the other hand was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious and our waiter totally helped us out by giving amazing recommendations. There's a dress code but its not enforced because I saw people dressed very casual. Not a place to go for a special occasion.
Authentic. Real. Smooth professional live entertainment. Specialty cocktails are creative and delicious. The desserts are inspirational and flavor pairings are always spot on. We first found place upon the recommendation of a friend for the "must try" chocolate terrarium. We now return every year!
