Rosalita's Cantina
Great place! Our server was obviously in a hurry for us to leave. I understand it was also Mardi Gras but the place had open tables for those waiting.
have been here a few times the service is great so is the food. we go for the strawberry margaritas they are delicious but weak on the liquor. we had 2 pitchers (there were only 2 of us) and neither of us felt anything when we left. after spending $60 on drinks I would have liked it to be worth it. other than that experience was great.
Our server was great and patient. We had a large group. But the food was just ok. The green tomatillo sauce was cold and glopped on my meal. I had to pick around the burrito. Disappointing since the other Rosalitas. Eat West County Mall has always been top notch.
Service was terrible considering they weren't busy on a Friday at lunch time. Food and margaritas were good. Waitress gave up as soon as she said hello basically. Would go back for the food and drinks only.
This is a great Mexican restaurant in the heart of St. Louis, perfect for a tasty and filling meal.
Food was not good drinks were a weak although service was very good!
Great cheese dip. The guacamole was old. Some good, some bad... but overall ok
Had a reservation so got right in for 6 people. Ample Room and the booth for all of us. Wonderful Margarita selection. Extraordinary flavors and taste With everything we ordered on the menu. Highly recommend this restaurant.
We needed a place before the ballgame. Nothing wrong with it. The food was meh. The cocktails were meh. But I have had better Mexican in St. Louis.
Food was pretty good, love the tableside guacamole. The service was terrible. A waiter showed up and was trying to rush through our dinner order when we hadn't ordered drinks or appetizers yet. He seemed slightly irritated but wrote it all down at once. Our drinks and appetizers arrived in a timely manner.... and then we sat and waited forever while all the tables around us finished their meals and left before we finally got our food. We only had 4 people, They must have made a mistake, but we not offered any apology or explanation.
The food was delicious. The servicer was very nice. It was my first time and I will come back to taste other dishes.
Great food and service! Recommend to anyone.
We walked in and were pleasantly greeted and seated immediately. We had the nicest waiter and the food was good.
Good family place friendly staff and good value
We went before a concert and it was busy. The food was great as usual but the service and bar were slow.
However, the food makes up for it.
Experience was fine, we had reservations and had to wait another 30 Minutes before we were sat due to several large parties finishing up. Hostess / manager offered us 2 complimentary appetizers which was a nice gesture but when we received our bill they were both on there. We did not push to get them removed as it was getting late and we had a party of 8 so folks wanted to get going. Service was good as was the food. Need to be sure that the staff follows through on commitments or just don't offer at all.
Parking info is a little deceiving. They say they have a parking lot but don’t mention it’s a pay lot with super tight spaces. Also say they have valet but I didn’t see anyone out front when I was there. Food, drinks, & service were excellent!
Amazing birthday party! Accommodations for 14!
Great Food and great customer service as well , highly recommended
The food is always good and the customer service is awesome!
Dinner was fabulous! Our table wasn’t ready right at 6 so they provided complimentary guacamole and queso which we did not expect and was very generous. We sat upstairs as a party of 8 and it was great! Service, drinks, and food was very good! A perk~ as we were walking out we asked the quickest way to get to the Enterprise Center for a concert and the host said the complimentary bus right outside!
This was the first time I was disappointed in the food. My quesadilla was more dry than a desert, no cheese and barely toasted. I asked for a side of queso a few times and both my boyfriend and his brother did not get the shrimp they asked for. Normally we eat at the bar, this was the first time in a while being in the actual dining area. I hope its just a fluke.
The food was really good. I had the queso and chicken fajitas. I tried to order a peach daiquiri but they were out of the daiquiri mix. I got there at 5:15pm for my reservation but didn’t get the food until about 6:15pm, that is way too long of a wait in my opinion!
Loved it! We have been here before and have always enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere!
Great meal.
Fantastic! Loved the empanadas and tamales, in particular. House margaritas are very sweet so avoid if you prefer more tang. Waiter kindly brought me like juice to cut the sweetness. Our family with three kids thought it was a great dinner while traveling.
I love Rosalitas and have frequently visited the establishment. This is the first time service was awful and I was saddened by it.
The restaurant told us they don’t accept open table reservations anymore
Amazing food and fantastic service. Carlos was our waiter and was very attentive. Perfect birthday lunch!
Great service and food is really good.
Food and service were excellent. I Would not recommend the guacamole. I tasted like it was basically mashed avacado and fire roasted diced tomato’s from the can. Also, I was very disappointed by the margaritas. The blueberry margarita was very tart and the House was way to limey and not strong at all. If I were to go back I would order just tequila w fresh fruit such as lime or grapefruit.
Drinks over priced and food simply ok. The 3 of us spent 55 per person for lunch.
The food was mediocre and the whole place felt like it might shut down any day now. The server was great, but the margaritas were actually pretty bad.
This would have been a five star review all around but when we arrived we were told our table was accidentally given to another group. This was disappointing as we had a large bachelorette party and had to wait after a reservation was made.
Always a requested favorite lunch spot from our out-of-town relatives following a hectic morning at City Museum, just a few blocks away. Convenient, tasty and decently priced.
Enjoyable experience for lunch...good food and service.
I made an open table reservation and when we got there we still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our food took FOREVER to get and one person at our table never even received their food by the time everyone else was done eating.
Got in and out so quickly - which was a great relief with the kids! Good food and drink :)
We have eaten here many times and it still continues to amaze me how good the food and drinks are.
We went to the one on Washington ave and enjoyed it a lot. The service was great and the place is beautiful
Was great to look at and to enjoy the ambiance. I will go back and try a different dinner
