Excellent service and food! Will definitely be back again!
It was our first time and we’re pleasantly surprised. My mother in law especially stated that she can hear better in your restaurant. Usually we have to repeat every word, bc the music is too loud. Thank you for a great dinner experience.
The Tomlin Family
Service was excellent and waiter was VERY accommodating and efficient. Great afternoon
Morgan was a great server- the hostess was awesome, was able to be flexible and move us to outdoor seating on a beautiful day- staff friendly and accommodating and food was great quality- wings are some of the best in town and salmon was cooked perfectly
It was Mother's day so I guess the young children could not be expected to be quiet.
Food was a disappointment, especially the meats, could not enjoy the beef 'chewy'.
Sorry for this review...you asked.
Overall a great experience. Being brunch I would have liked to see more breakfast egg options other than omelette and scrambled eggs. I had asked if the had eggs Benedict, as it is my favorite, and was told yes when I made the reservation but there weren't any. The lunch side had great options and the waffles were insanely good. Make reservations and come hungry!
My family went to the Mothers Day brunch at roost and it was great. Service was amazing. Food selection was great. Enjoyed fresh shrimp, made to order waffles and omelettes, great salad selections and side choices.
The brunch was terrible, for $32 per person I would of expected better options and for the food to have flavor.
Outstanding service and warm, personable staff really made for a lovely Mother's Day brunch.
We love to go there especially when there’s music and we’re lucky enough to get a table outside.
Server was very professional & friendly! Food delicious! Seats were awkward & uncomfortable. Service & food top notch!
We had lunch at Roost and really enjoyed the food. The service was great. We will return when we are in Greenville again.
Salmon and spinach salad was surprisingly tasty. Flatbread was so so.
Sunday brunch was fantastic!
Great food. Great atmosphere.
Great atmosphere and location. Food was okay. Great beer list.
We drove down from Charlotte, NC for Easter brunch. Our first time eating at Roost. Definitely a great choice! I wouldn't change a thing. I believe Jessica was our server. She kept our drink glasses full and was always close by if we needed anything. It was a great experience!
A lot of food dishes were old and near empty. Dessert table always empty. Waitress didn’t ask if we wanted anything
Easter Brunch. The breakfast foods were fine. The ham that I was looking forward to was inedible. It was tough. Swimming in some kind of fluid and tasteless. The sweet potatoes were inedible . They had a weird spice to them that tasted like oregano. The dessert presentation was nice. I had a similar experience on thanksgiving. I think this will be my last holiday visit
Easter brunch was really good!
We had a ball from beginning to the end
I can always count on a delicious meal at Roost! The Avocado BLT Omelette is one of my favorites, and the soup, salad, flatbread lunch buffet is a good value!
We were there for a Birthday celebration. The evening was very nice.
Great night out celebrating our friends engagement. Love the happy hour specials and great atmosphere, service and food.
The manager, host, and waitress were exceptional for our wedding dinner. They were patient and kind in every way possible.
Met some friends for lunch - both driving 2 hours. It was perfect. Our waitress, Morgan, was simply wonderful. Food was delicious. Would book this again in a heartbeat!
Food was delicious. Our waitress was great! I will go back!
Great food and atmosphere. This will become a regular spot for us!
Impressive restaurant - beautiful fountain outside and lovely to sit outside when the weather is good. Food is good and I appreciate the vegetarian choices as a change of pace. Not on the Halls level, more casual but a good choice when in Greenville.
Great service. They were quick to get our reservation and seat us. Food was great but I wish there were more items for starters. We had a great time. Parking was also very close. Would definitely go again.
Enjoyed a great meal on the patio during live music.
I was not pleased that we had to wait for them to wash plates and bring them out.
This hotel restaurant is an excellent place to have a Sunday brunch with friends. Their assortment, selection and quality cannot be surpassed. We will be back. Thank you Roost!
Open table messed up our reservations. Thankfully I had a screen shot of the confirmation and the staff was kind enough to make arrangements for our party in a timely manner. Fiod was good but has gone downhill since we last fined there two years ago. The cheese/meat board was a joke. 4 small slices of cheese and the crostini was just buttered sliced bread. This would be fine for $8 not $15. We had good service and love the patio.
They were ill-prepared for the crowd related to a concert at nearby Bon Secours Arena. We waited way too long for our meal, and when it arrived, it looked like it was very hastily tossed onto the plate - no presentation. At least the manager did the right thing by comping the meal, but this place was a real disappointment. Given their close proximity to the Peace Center and Bon Secours, they should be prepared for dinner rushes. The food was decent, though.
Food was mediocre at best, perhaps me expectations were set high.
Cost was not worth what we paid.
Location and ambiance were the only real positives.
Good wine menu.
The Roost provided great customer service and the food was great. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
Visitors from out of town
Roost has an awesome brunch. They will make your omelets, and bring it to your table. They have something for everyone, no matter your diet. Awesome value, and I would definitely be back!
