    Overpriced food, $300 for two people drinks and food. The seafood was good but not great. Lobster was chewy and the grouper special was dry. Oysters were good but at 4.25 a shell was no better than $2 or $3 oysters I’ve had at other places. Service was phenomenal. View of the ocean and good vibes.

    My wife and I went to Rooney’s for our 2nd wedding anniversary. It was a wonderful evening! They were able to accommodate my table request by the windows, the manager as well as our hostess wished us a happy anniversary multiple times (i.e., using different appreciated methods), the service, drinks, and food were all fantastic. Thank you for making our 2nd wedding anniversary celebration dinner so special! Warm regards, Mr. B. Lambert

    My husband had the two pound lobster with the additional crab meat and I had the lazy lobster. Both were outstanding.

    We dined at Rooneys on Sunday for lunch. We were a bit caught off guard by the menu prices. We’ve dined many times before and always had a nice lunch and ordered off the lunch menu . The menu was definitely the dinner menu and when asked if they had a lunch menu they said no. Most people seemed to be ordering the sushi since it was not as expensive as the other items on the menu. We had 4 Bronzino‘s all servings had skin on the fish and we were served the tail end of the fish. What happened to the nice thick mid section of the fish? Short rib and lamb shank was a bit dry and should have been kept in the pot with the sauce so it stays moist. Asparagus was steamed and it said grilled on the menu and they were yellow and woody. My husband is an executive chef and was not impressed. Calamari, oysters and bread were good and the service was outstanding!!
