    Service was extremely sloe and the prices were exorbitant. $10 per shrimp! The sampler we were encouraged to order seemed like it had frozen seafood and smothered in spicy sauce. Very disappointed. We won’t be going back.

    Came back to see if it would be as good as our first visit and actually surpassed it! Everything was delicious- appetizers as well as main courses, food came out so quickly(good with a three year old in tow) and our server Jessica was so great to deal with

    My family had an excellent time at this restaurant. We ordered crab cakes and Sushi: Sloppy Johns. Both the furnishes were excellent! We also ordered chocolate lava cake for dessert and it was very good. The server did an excellent job of notifying us of the specials and what’s good.

    Rooney’s is onenof the best restaurants on the jersey shore. Its a must go. Food, drinks, service, ambiance and the ocean view are spectacular. Highly recommended. We go often and we’ll be back sooner than later! Lunch or dinner, it’s a winner!

    Lovely venue and we were seated on time. First time here. I ordered crab cakes and was told that they would be lump crab meat… not so. The crab cakes were a bit dry. Cocktails were good, but martinis were not o rely generous portions. My husband had the Tile Fish special and said it was perfect. Other family ordered Chicken Parm… huge piece of chicken, and 2 guests had lobster dishes and said they were delicious. Beautiful view of the Ocean and very friendly and attentive staff.

    We had a delicious dinner at Rooney’s. For appetizers we had calamari which was yummy. We also had grandma’s meatballs which we loved. Appetizer sushi was delightful. The swordfish with lemon butter was tender & moist. Mushroom risotto & califlower with feta was delicious. The lamb shank was very tasty. We enjoyed the apple crisp dessert with cinnamon gelato. Great way to end the meal.

    Been a fan favorite for years, especially the stuffed artichoke….but you changed it!! Too soupy and tomatoe base, go back to original please! Decided to try your homemade pasta (I usually get seafood) - big mistake! That was NOT a bolognese sauce and was way too salty. Could not eat it. Sorry, I love Rooney’s, but last night was a big miss! Service was excellent though and meal was removed from check, thank you.

    We went for anniversary. Food was great as usual. Sangria was delicious. Just a little disappointed that the anniversary was not acknowledged.
