Great time at rooftop 120. The drinks were excellent. The staff were polite. Our server was very attentive. From the appetizer to my dinner was amazing. I must say the egg rolls were my favorite. Our seating was perfect for the sunset. Hopefully one day the bar will reopen so more interactive conversations can take place.
Booking the reservation was fine with Covid-19 there’s only a 6 people minimum. We had one person over so she had to book her own reservation. She put in the “special request” notes to be seated next to our party and even called the next day. The lady who answered was adamant on not being able to accommodate her. Once we got there we spoke to the same lady she wouldn’t budge. Then midway through our dinner the manager said why didn’t we ask for him he could have accommodated us. Food was good wait service was great but the lady who wasn’t trained well in customer service ruined the night.
Great set up for physical distancing on the rooftop. Staff was very attentive to making sure everyone followed the proper procedures.

My husband and I were excited to try a new restaurant and this particular restaurant especially because it’s rooftop. This is very far from our home. The first staff we encountered was Tori the hostess. She is awful and should not be allowed to work directly with customers. Our waitress Kendra was friendly and informative. The food and drinks were delicious. Not sure if we would make the long ride to go back especially if Tori is still an employee.

First time there, didn't know it was first day soft opening. It was a special occasion, we thought it was an upscale restaurant. Many VERY limited. Eating a hamburger for our anniversary wasn't our idea of upscale. The bar manager was VERY nice. Surprised us with a dessert which was sweet.
We were sat for dinner on a couch with a coffee table even though there were available dining tables. The service was soooo slow with an inattentive server. Very limited food menu.
It was very nice but there were kids running around back and forth which was very distracting and annoying
Ambience is good, location is good, service is awesome but except one thing. We ordered a fried clam and it came so early and once we started eating it was full of mud, looks like it wasn’t cleaned well before cooking. Informed them about this so they took the dish away and gave us other thing which we ordered. It was chef’s mistake to serve such thing with mud in it but still they charged for that fried clam which we have just one bite. Why should we pay for the chef’s mistake ?

Went there on Valentine’s Day. My filet mignon and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. Never intrusive, but there when needed.

We have never been to dinner at the rooftop. We were greeted immediately by two gracious hosts. We entered the dining room and it was very warm and cozy. The waitress was amazing the food was amazing. We had the fried calamari and it was Excellent! The burger, the rib eye and the salmon were all fresh and cooked to perfection! We will definitely be back! I especially loved the table that was in front of a fireplace in the wall.
The food was very good, but being New Years Eve it was overpriced. It would have been nice if they threw in few glasses of champagne to make the prixe fix worth it.
Absolutely fantastic !!! The food was so outstanding that we had to meet the chef he is truly talented I’m definitely coming back the short ribs were phenomenal chicken Marsala out of this world I couldn’t get enough of it I totally recommend this to everyone the second I got back to work the next day I told everyone you have to show up your fabulous food fabulous stuff and they had a great band playing at the restaurant was out of this world truly do love this place you guys got something going on 👍♥️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We sat inside at a nice round table for 5. Great atmosphere for having a conversation, not loud. Food was great, waiter was attentive and friendly.
I loved Rooftop 120-only complaint is it was insanely loud. It was very hard to talk. But otherwise food, service, drinks were all good.
Made reservations for my mom’s birthday. Was first sat out on the rooftop where we were told that our party of 6 would have to sit on the ledge to eat for dinner. We asked to move to a legit table but was denied for a “large party coming that reserved the whole other side of the roof.” We then asked to sit inside, which prompted the night to go downhill. We waited 2 hours for our food, at least an hour for drinks. We were ignored basically the whole night. Despite this all, we stayed hoping the food would be amazing since it was taking so long to prepare. We were wrong, as it was beyond mediocre. As we prepared to leave, we were astounded by the ridiculous bill that was NOTHING new what was worth paying for. No apology from the staff, servers or managers were offered. The final nail in the coffin was our waitress saying “sorry you had a bad time, that’s too bad but we hope to see you here again!” This left us dead silent and determined to not come back again. Ruined the birthday and the night as a whole.
