We love dining here, more than any other place in Beverly Hills… the best service and the food is excellent for late lunch !
Nice spot as usual. Quiet Comfortable Good food.
Everything was fantastic, food, drinks, service, ambiance top notch!
Such a cute outdoor dining experience! Perfect for lunch w your girlfriends!
eat there often, both lunch and dinner and always love it, especially because you can have breakfast anytime of the day
Amazing food. Great spot for breakfast and lunch. Incredible ambiance.
Lovely afternoon on the patio
Outstanding good and service
Under the incredibly strong leadership of the Managing Director Offer Nissenbaum, even during this difficult time in Hotel Management, all operations at the Peninsula Hotel are running the best in class. The Rooftop Terrace at this national treasure is another example of superior management. Food is varied, simple, and excellent: At breakfast time, I particularly like the well prepared hash brown, varieties of tea such as the exceptional Darjiling tea, perfectly toasted English muffin, and fresh papaya. Of course at breakfast they serve all kinds of eggs and breakfast meats, as well as freshly smoked salmon, as well. Service is closest thing to perfect, and the ambiance in a cool or warm day could not be any more pleasant.
Great. Nice ambiance good food and great wine
8th grade grad dinner! Great service. Food was good but not great for the price.
The food and drinks were over-priced for the quality. Our service was very nice.
A lovely ambience with good food and good service.
I’m pretty sure Carol Burnett was at the table behind us. I got lost in the bathroom that was actually a spa. It was awesome.
There’s something ugly about the bourgeoisie and their “gate keepers.” Staff was busy ineffectively running around in circles duplicating each other’s labor. Seating in a partially shaded corner with cramped footing for our 15th anniversary. Food was generally acceptable however brought out in random order. Typically the bus boys were all over it whilst management seemed pretentious and confused.
With such good individual ratings why did I give it a poor overall rating? Dogs. Everything from Doberman to chihuahua. Of all the tables on the patio ours was one of two without a pet. I love dogs but there is a time and place for everything.
Excellent service- tasty food-great ambience!
Exceptional attention and care by the wait staff. Food was great!
A wonderful place to feel like you’re dining at a resort on vacation💝
The manager Jonathan went above and beyond to accommodate our party requests and create a comfortable, memorable experience. Jesus was a fantastic server, gave excellent recommendations and was very attentive despite the busy dinner hour and us being a little outside of his central section. The cocktails were lovely, the food was fresh (great fish and local produce) and the price was completely reasonable. Our family will certainly be returning and appreciate all the teamwork in this restaurant!
The ambiance was great we had a great time the only thing is that
the food took long time to come to our table both times appetizers and main course. Only the dessert came right away which we appreciated so much.
Always great experience
Food was excellent and prices are correct for the location
Wonderful place for a celebration
Always good and reliable fine dining
It's a lovely place to have a nice meal with friends.
Lovely, quiet afternoon brunch which will not be the case once the pandemic is over!
We’ve been going here for years & loving every moment we spend at the roof garden!
Food was delicious. Service was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
The Rooftop has decided to go “Baja”. Almost every dish is Mexican. Choices for entrees were limited to 2 or 3 rather boring renditions of salmon or hamburger or chicken and the 2 bottom items listed were tofu or veggie related so the only other selection for dinner was a salad or 5 different tacos. While the device was great, I ordered off the room service menu. Mushroom flatbread. The flatbread was doughy, not crisp. The mushrooms ere swimming in a creamy sauce. Their menu needs to change or expand before I return, or I won’t return. It used to be 1 of my favorites
I have always loved this restaurant and have had good experiences here. Last evening was absolutely terrible. I don’t know where to begin. Our waiter was not invested in attending to our table and was much more interested in serving a larger table that was drinking a great deal. He forgot my dinner, forgot my
husband’s drink. I asked for more dressing and it never came. When I reminded him he only raced by and told me he gave that task to someone else. Did not apologize or offer anything, merely passed the
buck and raced to the big table drinking.
We have reservations for Thursday evening to take another couple to dinner at the Rooftop but I am going to cancel because things were so bad. I hate having to write this review as this was my favorite casual dining place in the area.
Place and food is great. Staff are friendly and accomodating and professional
Nice convenient and somewhat elegant place for a casual meal in a nice hotel. Service was mediocre but staff is super friendly nonetheless. Food is average. Good place for families.
Very unfriendly staff at the front door. Instead of greeting- telling what we can not do
It was ok, I had high expectations and it was just ok. Overrated but we still had a nice time. The hotel itself is very nice.
Limited menu. Food was good but basic. Servers were nice.
Quiet, friendly, special.
Jordan was the best server
Took a client here. The ambiance and food was mediocre. I was expecting more having been to the hotel before.
Diego the busser was excellent and he was more attentive than our server, our server came only to take food order and never checked up on us, neither if we need anything, runner forgot the requested items for huevos rancheros. I expected more from 5 star hotel. Diego should be the server !
Wasn't worth it , not even a roof top , all walls around it on the 5th floor, roof top must be glass and on the 20th + floor
My daughter turned 15 years old!, a milestone in our Mexican culture!
