Steak was tough. Garlic cheese fries had no cheese
Great food...atmosphere and very fair prices. Maria is and excellent server with a sparkling personality!! A great asset to Ron's!
Our waitress was great! Very friendly and detailed.
I would recommend it but remind them that even though the prices are high, the quality of the details not so much.........I had to ask the waiter for a wine list as he assumed that we were going to order the house red or white. The dinner salad is great and beautifully presented, the ribeye steak was tasty and tender but my date was not overly impressed. My salmon was not overcooked and tasty, and I'm being picky, maybe, but the lemon garnish was barely a slice. Presentation counts to me. I had to ask for a fork for the dessert and no spoon was brought for the coffee. The waiter seemed overworked and maybe they were shorthanded on a Saturday night. The atmosphere is nice: quiet and no smoke. Maybe my expectations are too high..........
Ron's, Is always a must when we visit Las Vegas. We love that it is our little secret and a nice
break from all the craziness of the Strip.
Very nice place, quiet..and the food was great. I had the Porterhouse steak, my husband had the pork chop..really delicious. Our waiter was so, so nice!
We loved our dinner at Ron’s. The food was outstanding, the service was excellent, and we plan to return. Thank you!
Excellent steak and potatoes. Better than the D steakhouse on Freemont street. Good spot in Vegas if you want to avoid the crowds. Lots of parking in the shopping center.
Thank you! Service was great.
Reasonably priced Steakhouse at locals casino in the suburbs. Good food, good service and a reasonably obtainable comp for players.
My husband and I have enjoyed several anniversary dinners at Ron's and even taken family members from Canada there for an amazing steak dinner. The service is always fantastic and if you tell them you're celebrating an anniversary, you get a special treat to share with your special someone.
Great service great food nice atmosphere very clean
Always request server Maria..She is very attentive..It's to bad quality and portions have been altered, not for the best.
Mediocre food at high prices. I had the thick pork chop which was very tough and dry. My friend had the lambchops which she thought were below par. You get a chunk of meat on a plate and everything else has to be ordered separately. Same soup as at buffet which is a much better value and experience. Had the cheesecake which was like what you get at the supermarket.
Love this place! Been there 5x and always love the service and the great meal!
Love JP our server! He is the best! We ask for him every time.
Served wrong wine, steak was over cooked. Food was very tasty though
We have dined at Ron's often and taken friends and family there as well. This time we noticed several changes. The menu has changed no longer the smaller filet mignon that I always order. My husband felt
the salads were smaller. Since we order calamari before and maybe other appetizers we don't normally
order a side dish. We didn't this time either. What a disappointment when a very large plate came with
our tiny filet on it and nothing additional. In the past there was at least some other foods with it -- small
but sufficient. The meat looked pathetic. All the food tasted pretty much the same as in the past. It might be enough, though to find a new favorite.
Great food and service
A great restaurant with amazing Prime Rib. Cooked perfectly. Service was top notch. Will definitely go there again.
A real local gem! The service is fantastic, the ambiance is quiet and the food is superb.
Sold locals Las Vegas steak house inside Arizona Charlies on Decatur. Not cheap but also not overpriced like the big boys on the Las Vegas Strip.
I have eaten at Ron's many times and it has always been top Quality. However The top Porter house was 44 dollars. This was the worse piece of meat I have ever been serve. I took it home and my dog wouldn't even eat it. For the they charge this meat was complete over priced. Ron you need better Quality Control.
Ron's never disappoints and my recent visit was no less than excellent. As long as you don't mind having to walk through a casino which appears to have zero ventilation to remove cigarette smoke you'll be impressed. On my last visit I had a couple friends from out of town with me and they both loved Ron's. One of my friends is a Canadian cattle rancher and he knows a great steak. He was blown away at the quality of beef served at Ron's. If you visit Ron's I highly suggest requesting a table in JP's section. he's an outstanding server and definitely enhances the overall experience.
The food was ok the waiter think his name pj was very goid
The ambiance is great once you get into Ron's Steakhouse. Getting there through Arizona Charlie's is not so nice. AZ Charlie's is one of the old and extremely smoky casinos. I just take a deep breath before I open the door to the casino and do my best to hold it as I bolt into Ron's. Inside Ron's is always clean and quiet. The menu brings back memories of the great old supper clubs that used to dot Las Vegas. The food is excellent and the service is always attentive without being stuffy like the overpriced places on the Strip. We had J.P. as our waiter and he is always very good.
Service was great but we were there early so not a lot of patrons. Food was good and we were in and out in an hour so very efficient.
Andy the waiter was very attentive. Love the services!
Hostess who seated us made a rude comment that we needed a big table cause we were big people! Felt that was very degrading & if I hadn’t dined there before, I would have walked out. It was brought to the other hostess’ attention when we left. I don’t want to see that little rude gal again!
Server Maria was outstanding. Rest of staff friendly. Food was good, prices a little high, no value to menu prices. Ambience of room rated fair. All things considered it was a good dining experience.
Ron's is a real local GEM! The service is great, the food is superb and the ambiance is quiet so that you can have a conversation without raising your voice.
Old time steak house and great value and low prices
Why change your menuwhen it was better before you new owners took over. Terrible quality. Prices have gone up but food quality and portions are less for the money.I have frequently been here from day one....Wow. ..
My porterhouse steak was delicious...cooked to my specifications. Our server, Monty, paid attention to every detail and made our visit a very pleasant one. The flaming creme brulee was exceptional.
The waiter Monte was very attentive. But the place was filthy, we finally had to comment to the waiter that there were large pieces of used napkins and piece of food on the floor besides us, and he went and got a dust pan himself to clean it up. This is after two so called managers walked right over the garbage and ignored it a well as the bus help and other waiters. No one seemed to care. We would have been better going to the coffee shop which is better managed and cleaner.
The food was nothing like you would expect at the high prices for an exclusive type restaurant, it was so-so. My Prime rib was tough and dry, had been warmed up it seems like in a microwave. I had to keep pouring Au-jus sauce on it to make it more palatable. I don't even like au-jus. I will never return and wouldn't recommend it. The only reason I didn't send the food back is I didn't trust them.
So much for an early Valentines dinner, it basically sucked.
They took the best thing, the lump crab cocktail, off the menu and raised their prices. Might as well eat at a better steakhouse on the strip for the price you’re paying now. I’d gladly pay an extra 10 bucks for the filet mignon at The Palm or Joe’s Seafood.
The Service, Food and Amibance at Ron's is perfect for a quiet evening of dining with friends. JP is the best server and his attention to details is only second to his knowledge of fine wines. Malou is also terrific and our bread basket was always replenished and our water glasses were always re-filled.
I Enjoyed my evening very much the service was exceptional atmosphere and ambiance was great all the employees were very courteous and made me feel very comfortable great job
We always make time to eat here when we’re in Vegas because we love the steaks here. But we were really disappointed with this time when we were told that steaks are no longer served any rarer than a Medium.
Since that was our only choice, we ordered as medium and it just wasn’t the same. And a few of our medium steaks were more like medium-well done..
Please change this policy. I honestly don’t think we will come back if are not able to order a steak medium-rare or rare.
The commercials in the room for the restaurant said the Caesar salad was made table side. It was not. Brought out, and very drenched in dressing. Not a $11 salad, woulda got the wedge. Wasn't a deal breaker. Love the food otherwise, and the staff is fabulous.
