Each dish is prepared from scratch to order from the best quality ingredients.
Pasta, Gnocchi, Pizza and Bread are prepared in house by hand, as tradition dictates, with flour and water imported from Italy.
The Gelato (of which I greedily preserve the secret of traditional recipes and prepare myself using ONLY natural elements) it is definitely an experience that you will remember

Home Made Pizza
Home Made Fresh Pasta
The famous Roman pasta with fresh eggs and Guanciale
Very satisfying experience. On the street vibe was cool, food was great.
Really outstanding! I’m going back soon. Hidden gem
Nice place, intimate setting, service and server were very good. Food was just ok, menu avg. Would have expected traditional Roman favorites.
The service was good but the food was just average. Disappointed.
We love this restaurant! Reminds us of Italy. Small, quaint, homemade pastas!
Food was very good and the Sangria was great also.
Wonderful food and we will be back. Top notch staff, so professional and helpful. I was First to show up and they sat me right away and didn’t make me wait for my party to show. The staff and manager are amazing representatives of your establishment . We were bad customers with a 5:30’reservation and everyone was late. They were so nice and accommodating, I know what a pain it is to keep coming to the table for a 1 drink order instead of all at once. overall definitely will be back!
We enjoyed every course and enjoyed the friendly waitstaff. The owner greeted us when we arrived, suggested dishes for us to try and was very attentive the whole night checking in on how we were. Will definitely be back.
Our order was the Tuscany cutting board and the Rich side salad for our appetizer. I had the Fettuccine Bolognese and my wife had the special of the day fettuccine & porcini mushroom pasta for our entrees.
For dessert we had the tiramisu.
All dishes were wiped clean.
Absolutely lovely experience with amazing service
It was a bit hot inside the restaurant
We were a table of four, which included a discerning (aka picky) teenager, and had 2 appetizers and 4 entrees.
Appetizers: both excellent.
Ricotta and roasted pepper bruschetta
Melon and prosciutto
Tagliatini Siciliana (eggplant + tomatoes): I thoroughly enjoyed the flavor and the eggplant was perfect. As a personal preference, I would have liked a tad more sauce to coat the pasta.
Scoglio (seafood pasta): one of the specials and was given two thumbs up.
Bacon cheese pizza: I'm sure you figured out this was the picky teenager. He really enjoyed the pizza and the crust was quite tasty.
Gnocchi with basil pesto: best gnocchi we've ever had. It lived up to their description of 'melts in your mouth.' The denser gnocchi we've had in the past now pale in comparison. The only critique is the pesto was a bit salty, but still good.
Highly recommend if you're in the Winter Park area.
The food is consistent. The best homemade pasta and pizza in the city.
I found the food rather bland with not enough variety, mostly pasta and bread.
Try the Velvet tomato soup with Frisella bread as a starter! While the Fettucini Alfredo with truffle sauce and mushrooms was good, it was a bit dry. The Nutella pizza was very unique and quite good. Service was very attentive.
We love Rome’s. The food and service are great.
Great little restaurant in Winter Park. Nothing beats great authentic Italian food; the owner is from Roma and brings the passion, friendliness and charm that one would expect.
The best pasta in Orlando! Super fresh, taste so delicious that I want to comeback as soon as possible!
The staff was super friendly, nice and helpful.
Food was good. However, our entre came together with the main course. Plus, it took almost 50 min to be ready. That’s a lot for “pasta”.
Rome’s flavors is truly authentic Italian cuisine. My husband and I have been to Rome many times and were impressed with the attention to detail given to the dishes by the Italian owners and chef. It’s hard to find this kind of authentic Italian food especially in Florida. The fettuccine carbonara was the best carbonara I have had outside Italy. We will be back soon!
The restaurant was small and quaint. Very warm though. Unenjoyable. We wanted to stay for desert but just couldn’t bare the temperature inside. The service was terrible. The food was over priced. We got 3 tiny stuffed mushroom caps $12! Mushrooms are $2.00 at the grocery store for a whole pack. Seemed silly! The pasta was fresh and delicious. The prosciutto was sparsely placed on the slices of melon. Over priced. We won’t return. Too bad though. The location is a gem! Owner seemed nice.
We had an early dinner for 7 and were very pleased with the service and food. We were so well taken care of and the food was delicious and portioned perfectly. It wasn't our first visit and won't be our last!
The menu is basically pizza and pasta. Wine and beer only. There is outside seating. The pasta was very good but typical sauces. Our server was attentive. Their strength seemed to be pizza. The ambience is modern.
Food was excellent as always. Service was a bit slow for the lack of tables. The temperature inside was as warm as outside and made it very uncomfortable. If it’s 94 degrees outside and you ask to sit inside, it’s because you want to be cool and comfortable. The server said they always leave the door open
I guess we will only come back in the winter months.
Ambience is fantastic. The pizza was delicious! The specials are always a treat
Food was awful and the server didn’t anticipate needs
Staff was very friendly and informative about all selections on the menu and the specials. Food was delicious and the wait was not long. Outside dining was great being just one block off of Park Ave. gave us a tucked away feeling but could still enjoy views of Central Park.
This place was great. Finding a place that make fresh pasta was awesome. Will most definitely come back.
Homemade pasta was extremely good. Light and good tasting. Menu was adequate, focusing on pasta. All dishes were alla carte, a small side salad to go with the entrée would be a nice addition. We tried three different pasta dishes and all were very tasty.
We dined outside on a gorgeous central Florida Saturday afternoon. 4 entrees all delicious, tiramisu and gelato to finish it off. Bonus is that they can prepare Gluten Free pasta and entrees.
Attentive service rounded out a very nice lunch.
Food was great! Thought the portion size was perfect. Not an overwhelming amount but we didn’t feel like it was too little for the price. Server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend and we’ll be heading back soon.
It was great
We dined indoors. The wait staff was very good and the atmosphere was charming, but the food had no flavor. I cannot recommend the restaurant because of this.
Love the pasta choices and the appetizers. Carbonara was great! Wine selection is very good.
Inside and outside eating available. Very small footprint. My tuna and side of broccoli and mushrooms was excellent. Pizza crust was think and burnt on the bottom. Our server wore a mask but others only shields and for me, that is not adequate. May go back after pandemic to try house-made pasta.
This was our first time eating at Rome Flavors, certainly not the last. Everything was wonderful, staff was welcoming and caring. The food was excellent, had a baked whole fish and pasta with prawns, simply and carefully prepared.
Look forward to our next visit.
Fresh pasta has such a nicer texture and flavor. The portion sizes were small enough to leave room for desserts.
Simply wonderful experience.
The weather was brisk, but the outdoor seating area had heaters.
Our waitress Teresa was incredible. She have us the VIP experience—her recommendations were spot on, as was her service and energy.
The food was fresh and flavorful
Overall, our group LOVED our time there and we’ll be back soon.
Great experience. Extremely authentic Italian food and great vibe
The food was great. The waitress was very friendly and nice. She didn't explain the specials, so we didn't even look at the board they placed on our table.
It took her a long time to find the bottle of wine we ordered and after she opened it, she never refilled our glasses. They had a lot of waitresses but somehow it looked unorganized.
This is such a nice restaurant but I noticed the lack of professional service before at lunch.
Delicious! From the bruschetta to the salmon and the lamb, every bite was so good!
