A great experience every time I visit.
Staff is always amazing and accommodating to leave you with a great dinner experience every time
The patio was the perfect environment - lots of social distancing - and this is a steakhouse that is original and not stuffy. Does not feel old fashioned. The food was delicious and the cocktails and wine selection were great!
I have eaten at many steak/chop house restaurants over the years, and this was the best steak I've had hands down. The filet was cooked to perfection. The salad, sides and wine were outstanding. The service was excellent as well. Highly recommend.
We started with cocktails that had some appetizers which were excellent then we had a porterhouse steak with the sides of creamed spinach Lyonnaise potatoes. Excellent service excellent food great prices friendly staff well done!
Amazing as always!!!
Very underwhelming, the service was fair and the steak over cooked.
aged steaks are great, desserts are phenomenal. Wine sommelier is the best in St Pete!
Celebrated our 20th anniversary. This was our first time dining there! We are outside and the weather was so nice . The service was outstanding! Our food was fantastic! I would highly recommend for any occasion!
We sat outside on the porch - not much ambiance out there - compared to inside - so that's the reason for fewer stars. Overall the food was outstanding - one of the best porterhouse steaks we have had. Our server was also terrific - very personable.
Think it was Jason.... maybe.
This is one of our favorite places in town. Usually it's just my husband and I, but this visit was a business meeting for our Toastmaster Club 2284. The manager, Kevin, was kind enough to let us reserve the Napa Room, which provided privacy for our group. Our server, Ron, also was very pleasant and attentive. Highly recommend for a romantic date night or business gathering.
Social distancing and masks were in place. Service from our waitress was outstanding! They recognized our anniversary and made us feel special. Food very good overall and prices reasonable. Apparently don't go at 6pm on a Sunday, several people thought it appropriate to bring their small children there and it ruined the atmosphere a bit.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was an amazing experience and made my husband birthday dinner special. Absolutely amazing food
The waiter was very polite and informative of the menu, being that it was our first time visiting. The atmosphere was lovely and the food was great! Dinner consisted of a ribeye steak, mash potatoes and Asparagus. Hubby had the pork chop, huge may I add! Very tastful.
Will definitely add this to my list of romantic dining!
Cocktails at the bar first were fabulous as always...these bartenders know what they are doing. The quality of our dinners was excellent! Our server was very professional and kind.
I alway can count on this fine restaurant for great cocktails and great quality of steaks for sure.
Fun with friends
Staff was great and very accommodating to my husbands current dietary restrictions! Food was excellent as always!
Booth table near entrance were well spaced. Servers were friendly and efficient. If you like truffle, order the truffle fries.
Amazing service and definitely the best service I ever had
All around top rankings!
First time in taking my son for a belated birthday dinner. It was an Excellent choice. Food and service were first rate.
Excellent food and service......highly recommend to others
I am always pleased with the food, service and ambience of this treasure. It s not an inexpensive experience but always a great one. Their HH surely makes up for it.
Since the rib eye is my favorite (used to be the duck) and the offered portion is way too much for me, they are always accommodating for sharing. Added to that the mushrooms and creamed spinach make it a culinary delight
There is no better steak in all of Tampa Bay than at Rococo.
From the greeting at the door (when they open it for you), to the cocktail in the bar, to the service and food at dinner Rococo is 6 out of 5 stars. Joshua is the best server of all times! This is our favorite steakhouse in all of Tampa - St. Pete.
Service needs to improve! Food quality was much better before.
Outside dinning was not set up!
Service was great. Steaks were very expensive!
We have date night every Friday & frequent the same dependable locations around the Bay, mostly in Tampa: Eddie V's, Haven, Meat Market, Capital Grille, Ocean Prime (<though quality has declined in the last few years).
Upon entry, there was promise that lived up to the Google reviews; upon seating, we actually considered leaving. The old house that comprises Rococo is charming for sure, but the ambiance leaves much to be desired. We were seated in a black room with dim lighting & possibly the homeliest booths I've seen in an upscale restaurant. The aim of the decor was dark, sultry and sexy, but it was just bleak & poorly stylized. The distasteful & uncomfortable 1940s brocade high-back booth seat was matched with two completely unbalanced, stark white French country style chairs opposite the table. Next to our table was a high pony wall that was flat-black-panted... as if I haphazardly shoved a booth seat & table against a wall in my bedroom. Although the atmosphere does not a restaurant make, it certainly needs to be an item of serious ponder & deliberation prior to execution in a fine-dining establishment.
We began with a rather bland beef carpaccio that was a very small plate, suited for one rather than for sharing. I requested a truffle oil to accompany it; the response was there was no truffle oil to be had. I also inquired as to whether there was a burrata or caprese salad, & much to my surprise (& chagrin as it's my favorite way to begin a dinner), that did not exist. The main courses were Chilean seabass & an 8oz filet, accompanied by sides of creamless corn mash & whipped potatoes. The entrees & sides were well-prepared & cooked perfectly, but we simply could not stay past finishing entrees for a second round of drinks. We generally have two cocktails each at dinner, but we really were ready to leave despite the quality of our main dishes.
Overall, the ambiance killed this experience for us. We enjoyed our meals, but we won't be returning.
This truly was a dining experience that I have missed. My wife and I live in an area where we are not privileged to experience this type of place as often as we would like. We enjoyed everything about Rococo, from the hostess to our waiter. The meal was superb. We highly recommend Rococo. You won’t be disappointed!!!
Grass-fed filet was sooo good! Cod dinner and sea bass special were also excellent. Mac and cheese was great too! Service was perfect. All around a great evening.
I was very sick when I got home
Absolutely wonderful! great good, atmosphere and the waiter, Josh, was fantastic. I took my girlfriend and parents there for a nice dinner and they loved it!
Danielle, our server, was AWESOME. Always there when we just about needed her, and gave us our privacy at other times. Great place to celebrate something. My Cowboy ribeye was cooked to perfection (rare), my wife's was a little over (asked for rare, got med rare). Great st social distancing. Just a little bit more expensive than I thought.
Food was delicious. More noteworthy was the service. Wait staff were excellent. Very attentive but not overbearing. Caliber of the service was completely in tune with fine dining experience.
slightly slow service ...the ambiance was less than I expected. the food was delicious
Another fabulous meal! Rococo’s never disappoints. The best wedge salad in the east coast. Great petite filets all around our table.
Able to get an inside table even after making reservations for outside. The server was very knowledgeable. Steak was cooked exactly how I ordered.
Great waiter food. Service slow but we will forgive
The food was amazing, our waiter Sean made the even fantastic! Professional and very attentive, great food and wine recommendations. If you go, ask for Sean!
Danielle the hostess + server + super delight = made our night!
Simply put, we Had a great time.
