Food is great. Staff truly cares. Highly recommend to anyone.
Very loud. Wait staff not very attentive . Bus boys were pleasant .
Food overly salty.
Chicken sandwich very dry, with unusual Cole slaw like substance on it. I would not go back.
Our pretzel was hard, our salmon was raw (despite asking for well done) and of really poor quality, and the service was slow especially given we were one of only a handful of tables in here.
convenient because we stayed at hotel...food good...family friendly...lots of seating types.
We waited 1-1/2 hrs after placing our lunch order, and after being told they were sold out of our appetizers, we waited another 20 minutes before mediocre (and lukewarm) food was delivered to the table. The whole lunch was a disaster. Hope they get their act together because the setting is lovely.
Food service took over 2.5 hours to get our meal. There was no refund provided for service until I had to bring it up to the waitress. Thank goodness I wasn’t there with clients because it would not be good.
Nice (hidden) location near Madison Square Garden. Had Sunday dinner with family before taking the train back to NJ.
Always love Rock and Reilly's. I do wish they would offer some gluten free pasta for kids. That aside, I recommend Rock and Reilly's for any occasion.
Great pre-MSG spot!
It was a good midtown bar! No complaints at all
We took our teenagers and a friend out after the car show. We thought Rock & Reilly’s would be a fun atmosphere for them. They enjoyed the restaurant and loved the food. Will come back when the outside deck is open.
Our server was very attentive and patient since half our group was 40 minutes late.
Very good food and attentive service, just simply WAY too loud for dinner. It was a total bar scene level of noise at 5pm for dinner on a Thursday.
The food was really good and it was a nice atmosphere. Definitely will be back!
Good service and good food
Eric and the team are awesome !
Great food, good value, good environment, good service and good food selection. We had burgers and the really tasty pretzel appetizer.
Great place to hang and have some drinks with friends. Apps are great and foods decent. I have been here for a few business meetings and it’s more on the loud side but overall a good place to drink and gather.
Loved this place! It’s my new place to meet up with family and friends. So close to Madison Square Garden!!
When come to NY every for the international beauty show (IBS) we stay at a wonderful hotel and dine ,out for the Weekend.
My daughter works in NY a few times each month and always recommends places for us to dine. She hosts events for her company and has used R&R.
We had reservations and where taken promptly, seated.. when we asked to move from original seat it was not a problem, very accommodating.
Waitress wasn't the best and it was a bit loud, however we enjoyed. Nachos as an app for the four of us, one salad with steak add on, two burgers and the fried chicken sandwich was our order, it was tasty and well digested. I'd definitely come again, especially when the weather improves and daylight could shine throttle atrium,
Brought two out-of-town business guest here for lunch. They were very happy with the food, service, and location near Penn Station
LOVED this restaurant. The vibe is trendy and open, with awesome decor and natural lighting. I got the Veggie Burger with a side salad and it was delicious! Best veggie burger I’ve ever had, and the side salad was a nice portion. I would highly recommend this place for any casual occasion.
Great spot. Came for brunch with my parents. Will definitely go back.
We have been to New York many times and this was the first, but not the last time to Rock & Reilly's. We definitely enjoyed our anniversary there, great experience, our server was most alert and attentive to our needs all evening.
I have been there for lunch mid-afternoon. It was quite and a great place to have a late business lunch, service was great and friendly and interested in making sure you had a great experience. Food was ok.
I returned that evening with a reservation before the Billy Joel concert, the menu was paired down even from the lunch menu, the staff was hurried and understaffed. Food was passable nothing to write to mom about. We received substance and that was about it.
They took a reservation for 11:45PM only to tell us that their kitchen was closed once we got there.
I think they should not even give an option to make a reservation for the time their kitchen is already closed! It was a cold day and we had to go around the city trying to find some other place. Don't think I'd go back.
The restaurant touts itself as an Irish pub but it really didn't have menu of Irish fare. I got a very good burger but the menu had little to do with Ireland.
Staff was very friendly. Bartender Eli was excellent!
I had a small get-together for a breakfast on Friday, we enjoyed the food and the service so much that we came back for a brunch the next day. I do have to say the Friday service was better than the Saturday service. I highly recommend this restaurant
Food was amazing! Everything we tried was incredibly good—pasta dishes, cheese & bread, desserts. Server was inattentive and forgot things a couple times but the food and atmosphere more than made up for it!
Always spot-on. Tony and his crew know how to provide a stellar dining experience.
Food is always great, hidden gem within walking distance of Penn. Terrace is great when the weather is nice, but still keeps the outdoor feel even in the winter when it’s closed with the heaters.
Great service and food!
Great food, but unbearably loud. not at all conducive to any conversation; the waitress couldn’t hear us order without kneeling down so we could literally yell in her ear
We made a last minute reservation and got a nice booth. Service was prompt, pleasant and efficient. But best of all, the food was outstanding. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup b cause I wanted comfort food. Wow. Went way beyond expectations. My husband raved about the chili then finished half my sandwich and French fries. We loved it.
service was slow/poor, food wasn't good, and it was very expensive for what we got.
We went to this restaurant on our first night in New York. We were expecting great things, but we weren’t that impressed. The food was fine but nothing special. It was very dark in there and difficult to see what you were eating. I guess my expectations for New York dining experience were higher. We ate there again for breakfast because they gave us free vouchers. The breakfast was very good.
Great place! Never disappointing with great service and food! Open and wonderful atmosphere . Highly recommend
Tony, the manager, is the best. His professionalism is superb. The best value in town 👍
Top notch service and foof
