Experience guacamole prepared tableside. Sample from 400 varieties of tequila. Order a margarita with a sour mix you’ll taste nowhere else
Not really worth writing about - the food came quickly but wasn't anything to write home about. The waiter wasn't friendly or helpful at all and seemed either annoyed or overworked.
Drinks were definitely not worth the price.
Went to Rocco's on a weekday with my boyfriend. The service was friendly and prompt. The food was also great. The drinks could be a bit stronger. But overall, I would definitely come back.
Food was very good - and a really nice tequila list.
Good food, fun atmosphere
My experience was okay. I’m not a fan of their brunch however, I will return for Taco Tuesday.
We had a nice experience.
We had a great time. Food was great!
Made a reservation for 8:30...however we still had to wait until 9.
Food is a little bit overpriced, but the vibe is great.
Drinks were ok. Pricey for the taste i would say. Food took forever to come out as other tables were serviced before us. Once food got to us, portions of it were colder than others, plus it didn’t even taste that great.
Chips and guacamole were ok too, the table side guac making thing is cool but our guy seemed tired of doing it. The overall theme of the restaurant looked cool tho so they got that gonng
Great table side guac and ambiance
Solid food and top notch service
Food was great as always.
The food and experience was good until after I closed my tab and decided to finish my drink before leaving (a frozen margarita) when i saw a fly in it.
Although I met my friends and they included an extra person without letting me know, I was happy the restaurant accommodated us even though we waited for quite a bit WITH A RESERVATION! Then 5 ADULTS were seated at what would have made for a comfortable 4 person table. 3 adults being squeezed into a two seat hard seat by the kitchen was intrusive and uncomfortable. Clearly a chair should have been placed at the end of the table but the traffic in and out of the kitchen would have been even worse. I enjoyed the meal but was left not wanting to return because of the seating and waiting.
Very beautiful inside!
We had reservations, but still had to wait a little while for them to find a table.
Rocco’s food is still reliable, but the value has shrunk - chips are no longer complimentary, they must be purchased, and prices on everything have gone up disproportionate to inflation. Service was a little indifferent, too. It’s still the best sit-down Mexican food in downtown Brooklyn, but we’re just not motivated to go much anymore.
They were closed when we got there due to MLK I suspect
Don’t accept reservations if the restaurant isn’t open.
Ambiance, drinks, and nachos are awesome. On the other hand it’s was a bit expensive, their California fish tacos are not worth their price of $22 dollars, they’re not tasty. Also, on their website their priced less than in the restaurant, so they should consider fixing that. This place is definitely a place to have a casual night out or come to watch a game with nachos and margaritas.
It’s always a wonderful experience with ambiance and good food. Always fun
Food was good. Loved the beef tacos and pork.
Loved the Seafood Molcajete!
Great atmosphere and loved the strong drinks. However the nachos were burned. Music needs improvements. Al in all I had fun.
Absolutely love this restaurant! We drove from westchester just to eat there.
the guacamole was the best thing I ate all night ...
THIRD TIME THERE -- ALWAYS BRINGING SOMEONE NEW AND THEY LOVE IT ALL.
BEY THE WAY, BEST MARGARITA EVER...
Excelente ! Im highly recommend!!
We wanted to like this restaurant... tacos and tequila?!? How can that combination be bad? Well, a harried waitress and poor service takes the pleasure out of dinner. The music was too loud, making conversation a challenge and the food was mediocre at best. We expected more of an intimate dinner, instead a corporate, soulless experience. Too bad.
Food was good, not as good as other Rocco's Tacos locations. Server was very hard to find. 2 glasses of wine took 15 minutes to come out. Way too loud, couldn't hear over the table. Overall, I wouldn’t go back - at least not to this location.
Nice after work place. Food was decent. Not a place to go if you want to chat
Met cousins for dinner. Everything was excellent as usual. (I’ve been to Rocco’s before).
Service at the table was wonderful but when I arrived to what was essentially an empty restaurant, I was told that they couldn’t seat me. Which I understand when a place is busy but it was dead.
Terrible service and Luke warm food. I finally cancelled my 2nd margarita after I had finished my meal entirely and still hadn’t received it.
Service was very attentive, ritas were yum but guac could use a touch more salt....
Excellent food and service
The best guacamole hands down & they have a cart that they roll and make it front of you.
My wife and I like the Rocco’s in South Florida, but this one didn’t have the same food experience. The guacamole was bland and the server was hardly around.
always good food and a good vibe. highly recommend
