The food was phenomenal as always! The service was fabulous and our waiter was on point. This steakhouse is one of the Top in NYC it’s a Must Try!
It was my old pal's birthday the week before so I took him out for a weekend brunch. We arrived around 2pm and all COVID guidelines were being enforced properly which put us at ease. I'd heard good things about Rocco and for the past few years since I moved back to NY I've been making the rounds of NYC steakhouses and this one did not disappoint. Lots of drinks and shrimp cocktail and oysters, which were great. He had a rib eye and I had a filet au poivre avec creamed spinach, broccoli and mashed potatoes. I trust experts and they cooked everything perfectly. Decadent chocolate layer cake for dessert with some decaf and a snifter of Amaretto. Please do yourself a favor and have this old school steakhouse experience, you feel like a king for a day, an OG baller, a cosmopolitan erudite right out of Mad Men. I have fond memories of my dad cooking steaks on the grill or in the broiler, of sad experiences at national chains like Sizzler and Ponderosa, as well as my first taste of this dining after college in Boston where back in the late 1980s there was a steakhouse where you could get a sirloin, a baked potato, a green vegetable, a soda and a slice of pie for $12. At the end of the brunch we saw a table of 20-something men and a separate table of 20-something women. It was good to see this tradition being passed onto a new generation.
The sautéed mushrooms and esparagus were delicious. I recommend the rib eye steak.
Had the turkey dinner, it was just OK but the grilled salmon was delicious
Excellent food & service
Everything dropped on the table was delicious. From the tuna tartare, Canadian bacon and lamb chops cooked to utter perfection!! The bacon was better than lugers!!
Less salty and much tastier!!! Will definitely be going back. For sure Madison ave Steakhouse!!
Perfectly dry aged beef, and the best Chilean sea bass anywhere. Fun waiters, attentive service, and an overall terrific vibe. Highly recommended!

Always a great time at Rocco's. Less people obviously due to the situation. took our temps at the door, very easy, smooth process. Felt safe and clean. The waiters are great, always there for you and the food is even better!

Staff as always was first rate. Always there when needed, but not hovering. Food was top rate. Porterhouse was amazingly good, and sides done well also. Never have had a bad experience at Roccos.

Fantastic dinner with the best service. The steak was one of the best we have ever had. Our service by Tosh and the other servers was over the top. Definitely will have dinner there on our next visit to NYC.

Hidden gem! Filet was like butter and served with perfectly-cooked sides. 3 course brunch was an amazing deal, but best was Rossini our waiter - kind and professional.

Even though they are well known as a steakhouse, the shrimp scampi was also delicious! Great service and ambiance.
