Named in homage to the town of Glen Rock and the building in which it is located, Rocca is the Italian translation of ‘rock fortress.’ Opened in 2004, Rocca features an innovative Farm-to-Table menu and a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for lunch, dinner and private parties.
Beginning in 2011, Chef Levy spearheaded the Farm-to-Table movement in Northern New Jersey. While he has always procured seasonally fresh, high quality ingredients, he routinely sources local farms for produce, cheese and grass fed meats. Housemade pastas, focaccia, mozzarella, pastries and ice cream remain staples. Favorite "Rocca Classic" dishes are still represented while he injects unique New American cuisine with locally sourced flair.
