Roaring Fork is an American Western Bistro. We utilize a combination of ingredients indigenous to the American West and locally grown, including produce, to capture the 'spirit' of the west. The restaurant offers a comfortable, laid back environment that includes friendly professional service and the highest quality food. A great deal of attention is paid in creating the recipes and always using ingredients that are found in the American West. Western cuisine is not a ceremony; it's a celebration! The robust flavors and the courage to try something different is what we are all about. We would like to invite everyone to experience our 'spirit' while enjoying our food and hospitality.

                                                                    Pork queso was amazing but our $60 steak left something to be desired. Very tough (ordered it medium) and grainy. Would not recommend. Jalapeño cheesy grits were pretty good.

                                                                    We were very impressed with our first visit so we were excited to visit again. But this time was underwhelming. We enjoyed the cornbread very much, the Caesar salad was ok. The grits with the shrimp and grits was not warm. Rather than having the cheddar mixed into the grits, it was just a slice on the top and not fully melted. Overall it was just an OK dinner.

                                                                    Roaring Fork is one of our favorite restaurants. Great food and the best service. Our interactions with our server, Celeste, was amazing! Her energy, attitude and humor made our night so much more fun! I hope Celeste is recognized for her outstanding customer service.

                                                                    Our food was delicious, and we had a very special waitress. I have essential tremors, and she was able to have the Chef cut it in bite-size pieces to make it easier for me. She seemed to understand the problem and help me in anyway she could.. I have been to other restaurants that wouldn’t accommodate me.

                                                                    We always have great service and tasty meals. We love the trout almondine! This is one of our favorite places to eat. This is a good family restaurant and always enjoy. Would recommend!!
