Complimenting the dinner selections, Rizotto Ristorante also offers a daily lunch service between the hours of 11:30 a.m and 2:30 p.m. Whether it's lunch, dinner or banquets, Rizotto Ristorante truly redefines fine dining."
My father and I ordered your seafood pasta dish and several of our claims and mussels were closed. The Waiter did bring extras for my father from the kitchen however, he proceeded to tell us they were good to eat and not seafood gone bad. Well, I disagree with that and also, was he willing to sit there and pry them open for us? We certainly were not going to go through that hassle. I am not happy that those were even served to us, shame on the Chef or whoever not checking quality. It ruined my father's appetite and our dining experience. I hope this feedback improves your food quality and service, thank you.
We made the reservation not knowing it was Graduation weekend from local colleges. The service was longer than usual but we were kept informed throughout -- and the food did not suffer - It was excellent - more time to talk with our guests
This was our first visit. We chose this restaurant due to recommendation of a friend who was here restaurant week. Despite the fact there were several graduation celebrations going on this night, it was not loud. We were able to have a nice conversation & enjoy our meal. The service was perfect, not all in our face, but just enough information & inquiring. The food...OUTSTANDING! I had the shrimp & scallops, my friend had lasagna. The seafood was cooked perfectly. Just enough, very large pieces on top of asparagus rizzoto that was also cooked perfectly. The lasagna was enough for the next day as well and cooked perfect & cheesy. Antipasto was the perfect appetizer. However, I did see some other wonderful looking appetizers at other tables that I would try another time.
I highly recommend. Will definitely be back to try more!
We went on Mother’s Day. A wait was expected once we were seated. Our waitress Never came over for almost 25 minutes. The host came over apologized to us and brought water. When our “waitress” finally came over almost 45 mins later. She never introduced herself to us and seemed highly annoyed. We placed all of our order drinks, apps and entree’s all at once. My mother wanted to substitute Risotto for macaroni. She was told they did not have parm risotto. I said yes it’s the side with my entree. I was told very nasty no it’s not. I said ok whatever. My boyfriend says it is on the menu. She then says well if they can it’s a extra charge. I said that’s fine. She walked away not very happy with us. Another 30 mins passed and my mom asked if our apps were coming out. The waitress said yea in a few. Brought over a bread basket with 3 Slices of bread and 3 butters thrown in. A chef actually came to our table and apologized for the wait. We said it’s fine. We weren’t all that worried with the time, it was absolutely the attitude We received. At one point I had a empty wine and water glass. She had a pitcher of water right in her hand, looked directly at me and walked away. My boyfriend ordered a beer and was brought a glass. The disgusting part of it was instead of using a tray she had the glass tucked under her armpit. If my boyfriend didn’t see that as well and attempted to use the glass. I would of slapped it out of his hand. When then proceeded to wait another 30 mins for our food. My mom politely asked if our apps would be coming out soon and she was again given attitude. At one point the Chef came to our table, he was so nice and apologized for the delay. We understood the delay. But the actions of the waitress just were down right offensive. Finally our food came it was delicious as expected. We have been to this restaurant many times and always had a great experience. We took a few bites and basically just wanted to leave. We asked for boxes and received them.
Food was perfect. But $28 for a buffet seemed not worth it. It was mothers day, I understand the price increase.
Beautiful Mothers Day brunch, everything was perfect!
Mother’s day brunch...service lacked. Waited forever for drinks and on 2 of them had to ask 3 times for them... and these were just the 1st order. Only came back over to ask for refills once brunch was over. And only gave water to 1 person and no refills. Food was ok for a buffet, some items luke warm. Not worth the value. This is my 3rd time there for various occasions...think I am done trying.
We come here every year for Mother's Day brunch. We come here other times too, but this was specifically for brunch. Always plenty of really good food; not overly mobbed, good selection; always great service. Kudos Jennifer our server today!
Food is of good quality and value. We started with drinks at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and helpful in choosing a specialty cocktail. The hostess checked with us about seating us for dinner but did not rush us. Our server admitted it was her first night (!) but she had the menu details down pat and was very attentive without being annoying. Good job!
The "pick a pair" antipasto offerings that come with each entree are all delicious. We tried the farro and veggies, marinated mushrooms, roasted squash with cranberries, and caprese salad. Our entrees were chicken parm and butternut squash ravioli with sage cream sauce. Both were yummy. We will probably be back for the Wednesday night chicken parm special. We stayed to listen to the live music after dinner in an intimate setting. They host many live music nights.
Food was so good, the menu was a lot bigger then what was on the website. The music was wonderful, the trio is called Dozo my lady and it was a nice touch to a wonderful night. I highly recommend Risottos.
Had a wonderful time, our server was very attentive and brought us limoncellos after dinner. We came to hear Dozo my Lady and they did not disappoint. Bring them back again and the 10 of us will come again.
The steak was DELICIOUS, service was a little off and the waiter didn't bring our limoncello after the meal which is always the extra added touch. His name was Nick and he seemed to have too many tables to service but was still good. The desserts are home made and the butterfinger cheesecake is EXCELLENT. Can't wait for Wednesday nights on the patio. The prices are very reasonable and we love the place. Always an enjoyable evening........
Went with family for a nice Easter meal. Above average cost
I've been here twice for restaurant week and the food was fantastic. Unfortunately the Easter brunch was very disappointing. Every single thing we tried was cold, some to the point of being inedible. The quality of food was not the same as my prior meals, this tasted mass produced and under seasoned. The service was average, but I was honestly not happy to see the gratuity added automatically to my bill. With groups I understand, but we we two people. I would probably go back in hopes that dinner would be as good as before, but I would never do brunch again.
The Easter brunch was outstanding with numerous selection.
The food was delicious. There was a nice variety for the appetizer, entree and dessert. We also got a complimentary limoncello after dinner. My only complaint was that service was kind of slow (I don't think it was the waitress, but perhaps the kitchen). This would not prevent me from going back. It was the final day of Restaurant Week and I think they may have been a bit short-staffed and had several very busy days prior to Sunday.
Would highly recommend. Went during restaurant week and was a great experience.
Excellent service and superb meal, well worth the trip
Everyone was very nice and food good but the service was extremely slow. From the time we sat down and waited for a server( tables that were seated after us were served before us) the wait times in between meals was long. Came to dinner at 4:30 and we didn’t leave until after 6. The sad thing was it wasn’t just us, it also other people in the restaurant ( heard many complaints) not sure if under staffed or how tables were distributed contributed to this.
We live in Orchard Park and it def worth the drive to tbe Northtowns. Great staff, even better food!!
Food was excellent! Busy because of restaurant week, But our Waiter handled things well! Would definitely go back and we have been there in the past. Three years ago we had a baby shower there and it was excellent.
Experience almost identical to that of other restaurants in this “chain” which shouldn’t be surprising. Food is average at best, service & mgmt very disorganized. Ambiance fair to poor of an atmosphere not well thought through. We won’t go back.
If the waiter can be nice give the spoon knife fork for us
I will give 5 for here
Our waiter was Derek. He was awesome. It was restaurant week so it was busy. Limited parking. Food was good. Price for meal was exceptional.
Horribly long wait to be seated even with a reservation. Waited 15 minutes to even be greeted or given a menu. Waited an hour and a half for food.
We went to Rizotto during restaurant week, so i understand it was busy. But the service was not very good. It took us about a half an hour to get our bottle of wine to the table and when it was time for our dessert our server said "oh i straight up forgot about you." It was funny however the person that was waiting on that dessert waited about 20 mins. The food was so delicious and because of that we will for sure be back!
Very good food. Service was friendly but staff didn't seem prepared to be able to handle the large crowd.
We went during Restaurant week, and it was a fantastic experience. Although the restaurant were extremely busy, the service was outstanding. Our server (Jen) was efficient and cheerful. The three course meal was delicious. We chose the beef tenderloin- it was cooked exactly as ordered , and was seasoned perfectly. The highlight of the meal was the strawberry gelato in a waffle bowl- both made fresh in house.
We would not hesitate to go back and will recommend Rizotto Restaurant to all of our family and friends.
Food was superb and prices were very reasonable. However we did wait quite a while for a table despite having a reservation.
Beautiful restaurant, excellent food, and extremely vigilant and kind service. My only problem was we had a reservation for 7 and didn't get seated until 7:15. Still worth the wait!
Very pleasantly surprised by an excellent restaurant. Will go again .
Saturday night had a very big crowd which caused service to be very, very slow. Our waiter took our order and came back in 30 minutes to tell us that the two orders of Grouper couldn’t be because there was no Grouper available. Twenty minutes later he came back to get our order which was brought to us 30 minutes later. Food, as usual, was quite good but the bad service caused the 4 of us to be a bit dissapointed. We’ll probably return but will check to see what the crowd is like before heading out.
Total experience was top notch from the wait staff (Rick) to the food to the ambience and music. Overall was a great dining experience and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for value and great time dining out.
We had a great time celebrating a birthday. We had a large party and felt well taken care of. The food and service was great.
Our server Nick was awesome! Super attentive to our party and made sure we had everything we needed. My daughter's birthday was awesome and he really made the entire evening splendid!
We were a party of 11, seated in a secondary area off of the main dining room. There were other tables in that area (but no diners seated) and it was very close to the bar where there was live music playing VERY loudly. The manager did come over and offer to have then tone down, which they did, but it was still very loud. The main dining room was not very busy, so I am at a loss to explain why it took several HOURS for our dinners to be served. In all, our meal took almost 3 and a half hours. The waiter was friendly but clueless and was rarely available. We even had trouble finding refills for our water. We might as well have been seated in the basement - we were basically forgotten. When the meals finally came out, several were cold AND they completely forgot one (the easiest of all - fish fry), leaving a companion without her dinner (no way we were waiting for that to be prepared!). We took advantage of the offer of free desserts - mistake. That took almost 30 minutes to come out as the pastry chef had already gone home for the night! It's a pity we won't be back because the food is good.
Our server Jennifer was superb. Mike DeVito is worth another trip. Service was excellent timing right on. Food was delicious 😋. Thanks for the good food and good laughs. The desert was fabulous. Your friends from East Aurora will surely be back. God Bless. 👌
We had driven past this restaurant for a while and finally decided to give it a shot. Glad we did. The food was well executed, the portions were generous and the prices were reasonable by today's standards. The waiter was super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of food on the menu that ranges from burgers and pizza to seafood and steaks. All the pastas are made in house and the one I had with a short rib ragu was delicious. Definitely recommend it.
