We enjoyed a delicious early Easter Dinner.
Very good food and service. Leisurely dining and excellent river view.
While I am usually favorable to the Rivershore, I was very disappointed in our dining experience this time. The service was slow (we almost walked out because it took so long for our server to get to us) and not very enthusiastic. We ordered salads, which never came. My daughter ordered fried chicken and requested no gravy - it came with gravy so we had to send it back to be redone. For the amount of money we spent that night, we should have just gone to the grocery story and made a more enjoyable dinner at home.
Everything we ordered was delicious. Fresh salad, juicy prime rib and fresh baked bread ! They nailed it.
We had a good experience, but one of our members ordered a 1/2 sandwich but had to pay full price. That was so wrong! No one told her she would still be paying full price. The 1/2 sandwich should have a separate price of it's own.
The food and service were excellent. The view of the Willamette River right out the window was fantastic. Our server was Dani. Ask for her, she is great!
We enjoyed the Monday steak special! The special came with a wonderful ice-cream and chocolate dessert. It's a little loud, but we were from out of town and enjoyed eating with family. Our waitress was wonderful and helped us with planning an event. We would come again.
My husband and I have eaten here several times, we brought friends for Next Year's Eve dinner and they loved it!
I appreciated the service at the restaurant. However, much of the buffet was dry or cold, and the selection was not as it should have been for a $36 buffet. The servers were quite nice however.
Really run down (the pictures are deceiving). The food was adequate but overpriced. The waterfront view was pretty and the server was very friendly. But overall did not meet my expectations.
Went for first time in October for my birthday had great experience so I booked our Christmas party. Really tasty steaks and fish, everyone loved it. I would recommend to everyone.
Our group enjoyed the great view and exceptional dining experience. The waitstaff was friendly, helpful and efficient. This visit was for breakfast and everything was delicious. The eggs were done perfectly to our order!
Are family had a great meal and our server Heather was cheerful and spunky making sure we were well taken care of. Prime rib dinners ordered and served perfectly.
This is wonderful place and we had a great time catching up with family.
Celebrated a friends last day on the job. The waitstaff was cheerful and extremely attentive. So many different salad options! All the food was delicious and the lemon cheesecake melted in your mouth! Highly recommend and will come back again!
Thanksgiving buffet was terrific! The place was full with families laughing and enjoying their meals together. Was happy I was able to get a reservation.
Food was hot and they had a great variety of all the favorites and then some! The artichoke hearts in the salad was a great touch. And of course the shrimp! Can never get enough of that.
Staff was extremely attentive to my every need! Will definitely come for another holiday.
We had the Thanksgiving buffet and it was the best I have ever had. The choices in food were unusual and some were traditional, the food was cooked to perfection, and the staff were accommodating and friendly, very nice. We got a table by the river and watched the birds catch fish. I love this place for a regular meal but this Thanksgiving was superb!
Portions were generous and food was adequate. I️ won’t avoid eating here again, but I️ also do not plan on returning. There are too many better places to eat in the Portland area.
Staff was friendly enough, but nothing exceptional.
Brunch was mediocre at best. Food was dry. Eggs tasted like they came out of a box. Potatoes were flavorless. I would never go again.
Brought a friend for dinner and she was surprised at how wonderful the place was and how good dinner was. Waitress took great care of us. We had the prime rib and it is the best I have had. Served to order and huge portion!
Went into bar after dinner to listen to live band and had a wonderful time relaxing and catching up with my friend.
Highly recommend this restaurant and bar!
We will return again next week for dinner, drinks and trivia night on Thursday!
Everyone was dressed in costume. The cat in the hat waited on us and did a fabulous job. Prime rib dinner was cooked to perfection . I highly recommend this restaurant! Food and atmosphere were superb. Will come back again
Kim waS great! chicken tortilla soup And chicken fried steak were just right. Restaurant was busy but we were seated right away and everyone was attentive and helpful. The atmosphere is always fun and upbeat.Great place to sit and have a conversation over lunch.
Food was excellent. Waitress and hostess very friendly and attentive! Made sure we were happy with everything. Definitely pay attention to details and take care of customers.
View of river and eagles soaring were wonderful to watch.
Food prices were perfect for food ordered.
Went to bar after and had a Spanish Chupacabra which was inventive and delicious. Bartender was adorable and made sure all the customers were taken care of!
Great place to relax after a long day.
Highly recommend crab cakes appetizer and prime rib dinner! Best prime rib around!
We meet as a group of friends for lunch one Sunday a month, and really enjoy Rivershore! The staff is absolutely delightful and take great care of their customers. And the food is yummy! Be sure try the Greek Wrap, and don't forget the tater tots!
FABULOUS FOOD...Beautiful riverfront view....excellent service.....BUT TOO TOO TOO NOISY! The food is to die for delicious (especially the battered chicken and mashed potatos if you need the best comfort meal in the world), fantastic desserts...well worth it in every way EXCEPT TOO LOUD. This was our second time going there for a very special occasion and were so hoping our first experience of horrible accoustics and LOUDNESS was just a fluke. It was not. This time was even worse, sadly...although it is true our perfect table was sandwiched between two large groups (one with profoundly loud children), this wonderful restaurant would be SO MUCH BETTER if they would 1) carpet the floors, 2) add some sound absorbing ceiling/wall materials, and/or at the very least, 3) put FELT on the chair feet! Every time someone moved a chair it was this loud drumlike grumble that reverberated through the room...and chairs move a lot with people coming and going all evening. Once the large tables FINALLY left it did get more quiet but still the chair rumbling on the floors continued and because of the accoustics we could still hear most everyone's conversations (actually even more because the LOUDS had finally left). Please, awesome restaurant, DEAL WITH YOUR NOISE ISSUES! Everything else is picture perfect and beyond words delicious. Next time (if there is a next time) we will at least be bringing heavy duty earplugs....
It was a great dinner on the patio
Great good and excellent service! We were very pleased!
Our outdoor table was dirty and when we asked to have it cleaned we did not get a pleasant response. Food was okay, but probably won't return
They were out of the ribs. And the main special on the menu "prime rib" was horrible
Seafood menu prepared everyday. Chef has some wonderful inventive dishes for all seafood lovers. Great prices as well
The food was great (I gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the halibut on my salad being dry) the other plates were excellent. Service was excellent. It's probably the best place in the Oregon City vicinity. Not pretentious as the Italian place in OC downtown and not as expensive. Pricing is just right. Great atmosphere and the view of the river. We will definitively go back!
Good food, fare prices, good wine selection list, service was lacking, waitress forgot to bring bread to table before we got our dinner. View of river was nice.
Family gathering for a birthday. Loved the river view and sitting on the deck. Our waitress Danielle was the best; attentive, friendly. Will come back again.
Went here for Father's Day breakfast and aside from a mix-up between regular and blueberry pancakes, it was not bad. Is it strange that the "Greek" omelet has guacamole? Nice view of the river, but older decor and the only entrance without stairs is through the lounge.
Extremely noisy at breakfast time. Small portions. We expected something other than a regular breakfast menu, when was advertised as 'brunch.'
Way to loud with drunks on Friday night, staff would not & did not try to quiet the groups. This was outside dining, really bad.
We are "snowbirds" so the last time we were here was last summer. We all
commented on how the "noise" of all conversations around us had increased.
In the past, we did not remember so much of others conversations. Just a lot
of LOUDNESS in the main dining area. Possible the restaurant should look at
installing sound suppression. We felt like we were in more of a bar type
atmosphere. Not a true dining experience with atmosphere. Not quiet at all.
Food was good and service was great! Just do something about the fact that
the noise was horrible. The bad thing was that only a few tables were occupied.
Can't even imagine what it would be like if all tables were in use.
A very pleasant surprise. I will definitely come back!
We live near here, so it is easy when someone asks for a dinner (breakfast or lunch) suggestion, we give River Shore, as it is the only restaurant in the area that has a River view, and is good.
We were there for Mothers Day. The restaurant was very full so, it was probably louder than usual. I am looking forward to dining on the deck
