I used to eat here frequently but for some reason haven’t been back in a while. Well my loss. I forgot how good and fresh the food is. Had a wonderful meal while overlooking the East Rive. Outstanding service from all staff. They could not have done more. Exceptional dining experience. Will be back much sooner next time. What a gem
This restaurant is amazing. The food was excellent. This is one of the places that I will definitely return. Thanks so much to waiters.
Great hostess and overall an amazing view and the Sunday Brunch options were limited but very nice.
Very friendly and elegant atmosphere yet not pretentious. The AGM and servers really catered to our needs and more! Delicious food and wonderful brunch dining experience!
Decent place. Food presentation seemed sloppy. Food was ok. Took a long time to get main dish after appetizer. So many great restaurants in NYC to choose from and this one is not top of the list.
Great service friendly staff especially the bar staff. Skate and the sprouts were out of this world
Fresh from farm to table food. Excellent quality with great service in beautiful setting.
Excellent farm to table food. Delicious and beautiful presentation. Really appreciate dedicated vegan and vegetarian menu. Chefs do a superb job. Attached photo is of a vegan appetizer: Roasted carrots with chamomile, roasted pistachios, barley and marigolds. Of course only one guest in our party was vegan, non vegan options are wonderful too!
I brought my Mom here for a birthday celebration and it couldn't have been better. Every single member of the staff was pleasant and our server was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious and the view was spectacular.
Riverpark takes "farm to table" to a whole new meaning, with dishes made fresh from their beautiful garden right outside the restaurant! The service was great, the menu was incredibly unique, and everything was SO delicious. Plus the restaurant has beautiful views out over the East River, and a great ambiance for any occasion. Will definitely be going back, thank you for such an incredible evening!
Can drivers have no idea where to drop you off. I was dropped off at another venue and my date was dropped off on the highway. No worries s though their place is with the walk. The staff is amazing from the bar-table-sommelier 100%. Will definitely return and bring friends!!
My family celebrated a birthday here. The food was totally overpriced for what was good, but not exceptional. Lovely space but also kind of dead. Too bad. We expect more from Tom Colicchio.
The food and service was to perfection. Love the ambiance and how comfortable this restaurant makes you feel
Had a great time there!!
Beautiful restaurant. Lovely view of East River. Creative menu. Well priced. Delicious food. Excellent service. Came for brunch with dear friends from out of town. Stayed 21/2 hours. Relaxing. Just perfect. We’ve dined here with them before and plan to do it again. May just possibly be the best brunch spot in the city. And, added bonus, $5 parking.
It is an absolutely amazing experience. Me and my girlfriend are celebrating our anniversary there and I’ve mentioned it when I made the dinner reservation. Every staff we encountered there sent their congrats to us and the menu was specially prepared!
You expect excellent service at this $ level, but this place went a level beyond the expected- expertly unobtrusive service that also managed to be graceful and kind. Food was generally excellent, but the standout was the $8 side of wildly fresh baby eggplant, flash sautéed and dressed with oil and balsamic. The best eggplant dish I’ve ever tasted.
Lovely setting beautiful day and good brunch food and drinks. Very nice staff
I adore this venue visually. The Jazz Brunch menu did not suit me. The cappuccino tasted processed like a pod, but I was told it was not, and it was removed from my bill without my asking. The waitstaff is, mmm, oddly disorganized , but kind and helpful.
This was my 4th visit in 3 years. I plan to return, but not due to the food. Sorry Tom Colicchio.
It was very nice - food, service, ambiance. We sat on the patio and it was great.
Fabulous, food, service, setting, ambience. This is a top NYC restaurant. Great job by manager and team.
Very nice brunch, wait staff was very attentive. Excellent food and fantastic view of the river.
All the touches one would expect. The menu noted our anniversary as did the dessert plate. The food... ahhh, the food, spectacular. The pork belly was to die for, the osso bucco perfect, loved the pickled eggplant. The freshness and flavor of the greens and herbs was notable. Service just awesome. Could not be happier with our experience.
Great. Will come back.
Riverpark made every effort to make our anniversary special! We had a lovely night and will be back.
Beautiful room, great views, attentive service. The food was very good (but not amazing), avoid the pesto pasta dish (no flavor). Nice desserts and not big, the perfect ending to a lovely night.
Walking to the restaurant through the lobby of Alexandria Center prepares you for a better evening than just another one. Entering the dining hall, with it's dimmed lights, high ceilings and spacious seating areas drives the anticipation up another notch. I had requested a table by the window so that my Parisian guests could enjoy the view... and enjoy they did. The waiter was pleasantly patient when we made him come back later, twice. We had a lot of catching up to do, delaying our choice of food. Then came the meal. Refined tastes like an after-thought lingering on your palate. The wine, I am partial to Argentine Malbec. The dessert, sinful. The whole thing washed down with a double espresso... We had a quick look at the view from the open terrace, and a breath of fresh air before going downstairs to the underground garage. An evening well spent.
We very much enjoyed our brunch there. Food and drinks were spot on.
Riverpark has great food, excellent service and is excellent for a business lunch
Wonderful food and ambience + waterfront views! Went for an anniversary dinner and they did not disappoint. They even made a customized menu for our occasion! Highly recommended.
Service was amazing. Food was OK but presentation and creativity was lacking. The view is ok on a 45degree angle but not the front and was blocked by a column. But the service was great and special touches by the staff made it memorable
We have now tried Riverpark 3 times recently, hoping each time it will get better. BUT, it does not. While the food is very good, the service is terrible. The staff is inconsistent, the wait times for drinks is long and they never seems to know what they should be doing. At first, we thought it may have been an off night, but after 3 tries, we are done. I would expect a lot better service from a Tom Colichio restaurant. I don’t think he goes there much, otherwise he would experience first hand the lack of training his staff has.
Awesome meal, great views, loved the entire experience.
Outstanding restaurant. Great food and views. Right on the water.
Food was ok. We were a group of 7 people . My lamb was very good. Duck was missing salt and the wild rice wasn’t cook at all, it was impossible to eat. The veggies pasta was unseasoned . Also the appetizer with tomatoes had the same problem with the rice . We won’t come back.
Appetizers and desserts were amazing. My entree was scallops and the dish was lackluster. My tablemates ate the gnocchi and the lamb. Much better choices!
Good service. Quality food with originality. Outdoor seating could be nice , but right next to FDR highway, so we ate inside.
Food and service was outstanding as usual
Pork Belly starter was delicious as were the Scallops
Excellent as always
a truly enjoyable evening
will come again soon
Riverpark is becoming a sure thing for a quality meal, without breaking the bank. We had an awesome red wine, too. Service could have been a little sharper. I personally don't dig the ambience of Riverpark (my husband likes it), which wasn't helped by the table of three business bro's sat nearest us. But the tables are far apart enough in Riverpark that you don't feel oppressed even when your neighbors are objectionable donkeys. Food was fabulous: branzino with octopus was generous; pork belly appetizer was delicious on a sort of ragu; the duck was nicely cooked; and the cheese plate was (as always) well done. Consistently very good, Riverpark lacks (for me) that little sprinkle of special that would make it excellent.
