   “!VALENTINES RUINED! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced!” I Wanted to reserve a balcony seat 4 days in advance for me and my fiancé. They sent me an email stating that the time I asked to reserve was not guaranteed. I replied with an email asking and saying, "Ok so when could you guarantee a balcony seat? That is practically whole reason I'm going to your restaurant." then they had the nerve to straight up cancel my reservation while stating. “That’s a little offensive to the staff who endeavors every day to provide high quality food and service. That was an automated message to prevent overbooking. I will cancel your reservation" I’m sorry but when did requesting a better time constitute as offensive? I would not suggest this place to anyone ever. if you can’t treat me like a valued customer out the gate then why would I ever give you my money.

   The location is excellent but the menu and decor leave a lot to be desired, mediocre at best. Wait staff was behind and seemed to be a bit overwhelmed which seemed odd as the restaurant wasn't especially busy. Clearly the restaurant maybe in need of new management with some redecorating and a better menu.

   My family was in town for a wedding. Ten of us ate at the Riverboat Landing for dinner. I had to change the reservation several times and there was never a problem with that. The only thing we did not like was the limited menu due to it being Valentine's weekend. We had already looked at the regular menu on lineC and had decided what we wanted. Other than that--great experience and good food!

   Went for NYE dinner with friends. Food was good, drinks weren't bad either. I've had the salmon twice here and have not been disappointed. Asparagus was too salty and mushy but everything else was fine. Went later in the evening and service was a bit lacking but I like the restaurant.

   They sat us at a tiny table for two when there was an empty table for four the entire time. The waitress disappeared for long periods of time and the room was very noisy. However the food was very good.

   Three of the dishes were great, however, the cod was not memorable and the fries not crisp.

   Sunday night in November is really slow at this place. However, the food was really good. I rarely comment on a specific menu item - in this case, if you like salad don't miss the Riverboat salad. A generous portion loaded with Mandarin oranges, cranberries, nuts and other goodies with a delicate vinaigrette dressing. The pasta dishes that we had were also memorable.

   We showed up at the bar in late November to find we were the one patrons there. The waitress had been eating t the bar and had to wipe her hands and mouth before she greeted us. Had a bad glass of wine and were about to leave when the most awesome bartender/waitress appeared. She was friendly, knowledgable and a delight! Our guys had the steak, which was mediocre to say the least, but our lobster ravioli was amazing! Our night was made with a bottle of wine from the cellar that wasn't on the menu, but recommended by our waitress. It was delicious and the price was amazing.

    The server was awesome. The cook made a mistake on the entrée but was aware and offered dessert. This was very nice and quite professional.
